Premium Member Some Problems

Some problems
Cannot be solved with money
Do not have a clear cause
Do not hide behind words
Some problems
Appear out of nowhere
They live right where we do
Like furniture or crockery
On the table or in the sideboard
Or like the view from the window
On a clear day, or at dawn
When winter sets in
Summer days will be frozen
In the photo archive of years gone by
Memories will flood back
And there are no problems
Some problems, fortunately
Disappear of their own accord
Without anyone’s involvement
Like snowflakes melting in the air.

Modern Problems

The more unwanted a desire is the more likely it will come back to you if you try to throw it away....
Some feelings are like a boomerang
You can try to face it head on but it sticks its tounge out at you in the mirror and calls you names
It lurks in your cabinets and takes up space in your refrigerator
It sings to you in the shower and turns your internal radio to a station you'd never voluntarily listen to
Every word you ever said plays on repeat, oh would you like all the things you regret 24/7 commercial free
hurting your own feelings is now included with your paid subscription to abject misery
Sometimes it seems like theres no end in sight and the service charges keep changing
I'd like to cancel my membership please
Does anyone know how to log out of their anxiety?

The Wanderer

He wandered away from troubles
but he never gets tired of solving
whatever he does…
always with heart and soul.

He stayed strong through many hardships.
Whoever tries to strike him down,
he still rises without holding back.

He keeps walking--
even when the road is not easy today too.

LIFE

Life is about win or loose
But dont be afraid.
Be bold when life is loosing
Be humble when life is winning.

        Money is part of life
        But money is not life
        Enjoy life by money
       But don't run behind money.

Life wins when you face your problem
Life looses when you think you cannot
Although your life is hard don't care about it
Be happy, smily and face the situations that comes.

To Run Incites the Chase

I thought the silence sat heavy,
but only I was carrying the load,
and so only I felt the crushing weight,
of my silence.

I've found that I'm incredible at
running from my problems,
while inciting them to chase me.
But you did a real good job,
of causing them.

Just as you weigh my value,
to another of my blood,
I raise questions of your own,
against so many others,
who ought to be in my life,
in your place. Oh,

how could I ever make you understand?
When my tongue dries up,
moment your hands tighten on the steering wheel.
I'm not one to make my mind known,
and the cloth and wire I wrapped round my neck,
knows that twice as well.

my grief is not aesthetic,
my sleep is not coming,
my fever dream is your absence,
my hope is your damnation,
my pleasure is your absence.

your grief is my imprudence,
your sleep is your nature,
your fever dream is my humiliation,
your hope is my successes,
your pleasure is your mind becoming my own.

("Lonesome Day Blues", 2025, original encaustic)

My life is in a rut
Without direction or purpose
All I want to do is eat and drink
Escape into books and travel
All around I see society stretched
To the breaking point of collapse
The good persecuted for trying
The bad rewarded for lying
I don’t know what to do
Or where to turn to find a way through
So I’ll just eat and drink
And escape back into my novel…

YOU THINK YOU HAVE PROBLEMS

Nailing Jell-O to the wall
Is not the hardest thing at all.
No, the hardest problem in my life,
Is winning an argument with my wife!

Problems

Problems are always
Present. One gets solved and another
Pops up. Many times, more than one. Many are a
Pain in the a** to solve and
Persist, causing the air to turn blue. It is hard to remain
Patient especially when they can be so d*****
Perplexing.

Premium Member Everyday Has Problems

Everyday Has Problems
War Continues
Do you listen to all of the garage being built up
Do you protest along the sidewalk
Madness everywhere, continues
Another holy war planet in the desert
At every turn, is complete chaos
The government is divided
No one has a solution
Our freedom of speech has evaporated
The new is always pessimistic
Nothing is getting done
Too many people involved
When do we draw the line
It’s past the point
Leadership becomes dictatorship
For no one wins
Another lost war begins
Truly, we have lost our way
Everything is divided by turmoil
The world is depleting all of our resources
No one does good
Not even one
Conflict never subsides
False promises are aggravating
We are pushed to the brink
Soon it will be World War 3
