Premium Member Every child is an artist-- the problem is how to remain an artist once he grows up --Picasso

Your duck's the wrong color
--my kindergarten teacher said
(after all these years, hard to get it outta my head)
but Eric Carle proves her wrong
colorful animals-- dancing along

Now as a grown-up I must think more of others
and not criticize their creativity till it smothers
rather than stress out over what I've been through
I must see others share the same feelings, too

The Problem Is Me Or You

The problem is me or you
Go make your pvc
Is now the latest slogan
4years ago
It was the same
Yet till now nothing
You promised us ever changed
So tell me why I have to vote you again
By the way Does my vote really count
Cos if it does am sure this familiar faces
Will be out of office
Yet same circle never stop
Occupying our leadership
I wonder what my vote will change
I wonder truly if
The problem is me or you

The problem is me or you
You promised to change
The difficulties
That are not supposed to
Exist among our community
You promised to swap away
Poverty
Yet we so more deeper in this life style
Your games never change
And truly the youths are tired
We are not supposed to continue
Your way
We truly need a genuine change
And for this change to be a reality
I wonder sincerely If
The problem is me or you

We Don'T Give Up Due To

We don't give up due to breakfast.

Premium Member No Problem Is a Problem For Me

Summersaulting on the clouds of time
Makes me thirsty for yesterday’s old ones
They were the best; their laps were soft.
Kindness was their middle name.
Their first name polite.

No one said, “no problem”.
They said, “You are welcome”.
“No problem” to me means “you are not really welcome”.
My mind growls and snarls every time I hear it.

Curtseys are weird, and never looked right.
I do not go in for genuflecting either.
Because I am not of that religious persuasion.
Then of course I might flex.

I am doing cartwheels now, reaching my toes toward Jupiter
Showing the gods and goddesses I am limber enough to show them up
They scoff at my antics, sneering at my enthusiasm.
I care not, for I am in my own world
Still steaming over “no problem”
which I guess is one.

The Problem Is You

You say you're having problems
With both family and friends
Let's see if we can boil this down
Now where do we begin

No sense in pussyfooting
If we're to get right to the truth
By my calculations
The common denominator is you

If it's you that is the problem
Then the solution is the same
So let's start working in that noggin
And come up with a plan

Perhaps a whole new attitude
A softening of heart
A loosening of the chains of blame
Would be the place to start

If you feel they're out to get you
Before you draw weapons to defend
Search first for the problem
Because it might come from within

I've found a lot of times in life that if you're having issues with others most likely it's your own selfishness that's really the issue.

The Problem Is

The Problem Is

Quickly we throw in the towel
Like sheep to quail and grovel

We think Problems is Nature
And, misery is Human Culture

We’re neck-deep in dire Need
Accepting it like a noble Creed

We believe Others know it all
Ours is to knock heads on a wall

We then stop to think or to try
Hopeless a Pig will never fly!

We sit a beggar’s bowl in hand
“We’re the wretched of the land”

We look up the blue Heaven
For Bread that is not leaven!

When we hunger we curse God
When we sate we forget God.

When we over eat to dysentery
We cry and say: “God is angry!”

                    *

Greed light the Road we tread
To rob others of scarce bread

We are drunk and stop to think
When in Love our Hearts sink

We cheat and get away with it
Then celebrate it as novel wit

We pray with one eye closed
And believe the Heart is glossed

When the Devil’s hand shakes
We’re damn miserable wrecks!

The problem is we’re a problem
Which begets another problem.

The Problem which is a Problem:
How best to solve this Problem!

My Problem is...

The more people I bring in to my life
the more risk I risk of less joy for I.
The more people I bring into my life
the more I run the risk of saying good bye.
The more people I bring into my life,
who eventually all become Loved Ones of mine,
all seem way too early of becoming distant memories in time.
Lost Loves Lost Too Early, Too Quickly For Me,
and now the one thing I wish to lose I can't, My Misery.

...and that's what My Problem is.

Premium Member No Problem Is Too Big For Jesus

Life seems a never ending struggle, or times of loss.
From our own iniquities will our youth pay the cost?
All the hunger, all the drugs
No more love who cares enough to hug
So many types of addictions
Are we guilty of so many inner afflictions
Calling each other names
I think everyone is to blame
So much killing and crimes on the street
Everyone is lying, now days who does not cheat
People are sometimes so overwhelmed by circumstances so they act rashly
Build up anger makes them think swiftly and violently
We are governed through pompous bureaucratic procedures we love to hate.
Only God knows our fate.
Society suffers by losing the imagination and vitality of life
We all need courage to overcome all this strife
Some people think there is total hopelessness
We Americans are truly blessed
Who will be the guide that leads us towards the light
Someone that will love us whether we are wrong or right
This someone will bring us true love and peace he will free us
We know Him as Jesus

Problem Is In the Details

The problem is in the details
which explains why sometimes
poets can't go beyond a few lines.

The Problem Is-

Poor people suffer all over the world
No should be denied nutrition
We as human beings should work
Out compromise
In order to satisfy the people
We have help one another
Education is for all no child or student
Should be deprived proper books and tools
To continue or positions
Of Employment to the Emperor
Only One rules the Land and Sea
All Creations respect the Creator
And his children cause we all family
No matter what kind of currency
You deal or religion you claim or do not
We all live bleed and die
So try to be nice
