Pull yourself out of it you have been sad far to long
But how can I pull myself out of it if I don't know what is wrong
Pull yourself out of it it's easy if you just try
But how can I Pull myself out of it if for no reason I start to cry
Pull yourself out of it stand on your own two feet
But how can I Pull myself out of something I can't defeat.
Pull yourself out of it your just looking for attention
But how can I Pull myself out of it when
The pain is to hurtful to mention
Pull yourself out of it it is an easy thing to do
But I can't Pull myself out of it because I'm
Me not you
A Gracious God
A God beyond measure
Revealing the Eternal treasures of life
The God of mercy stretched through time
The God that enables us to find Grace that
Uplifts the soul and the destiny of Man
Finding Grace exist at His Throne
When you moan and groan
Go to the Mercy Seat of Christ and
You will find a way because
He is the Way through it or out of it

For a diet there’s a number of clauses,
and natural food brings many applause's,
so for veggies I yearned,
until I soon learned,
most of us die from natural causes.
The time of struggle of those young days,
Brings along so much struggle in many ways.
A battle untold, a story unfold,
Everyday as we take up our swords, she says.
A new fight against the demons of darkness,
Time passes by each day pressuring us with lesser days.
All reasons gets thrown out of the window,
When the temptations of everyday life comes to play, she sways.
Pretending to be alright and in the right mind,
She begins straying from her path as time goes by in many ways.

If iniquity is in your head
Far away it should be instead
Of all the Joseph's looking for a manger
You are the one in great danger
As the guilt of sin plays on your mind
Participation will safe human kind.
LIFE IS SHORT,MAKE THE MOST OUT OF IT
Life is short and the world is an ocean of unfriendly people...
A sense of humor is the only paddle you have got....
so hold on it and keep conquering that tide
Every flake and flicker and flame of my heart
The glass all shattered and it all fell apart
The days we spent and the times we smiled
Seconds with you kept my soul like a child
The days now drag until I glimpse you again
The sight of you fills me with throbbing pain
My pieces of heart still long and yearn too
You the seconds together, the time with you
The blame myself for the pain i now feel
But thoughts in my head i expertly conceal
I can't go on with wasting these days
I'll pull myself out of this wallowing phase
GOING OUT-OF-IT (triple Haiku)
going out-of-it
where time looks back at you
eyes open but shut
all life is stagnate
not a rustle in the trees
going out-of-it
yet you are aware
going out-of-it half-way
life is eternal
Life can be tough at times
Depression and discouragement
Can set in. The cares of this world
And negative thoughts, can overwhelm
You with heaviness, you have a choice to
Think positive thoughts.
David in the Bible encounters difficulties too,
I’m afraid no exemption for me and you.
When depression, and discouragement, takes
A hold. Say like David: Why are you cast
Down oh my soul?
Snap out of it; shake off that spirit that comes
To kill, steal, and destroy? Endeavour to put your
Trust fully in the Lord. When you praise him he’ll
Give you the strength to overcome. Every trials you
May face, and every victory won.
