How many times have we heard this form people who have no idea About what you are going through and the suffering we are going through in our mind It is easy to say pull yourself together but it takes a lot of time and understanding .

Pull yourself out of it

Pull yourself out of it you have been sad far to long
But how can I pull myself out of it if I don't know  what is wrong

Pull yourself out of it it's easy if you just try

But how can I Pull myself out of it if for no reason I start to cry

Pull yourself out of it stand on your own two feet 

But how can I Pull myself out of something I can't defeat. 

Pull yourself out of it  your just looking for attention 

But how can I Pull myself out of it when 
The pain is to hurtful to mention 

Pull yourself out of it it is an easy thing to do

But I can't Pull myself out of it  because I'm 
Me not you
