Premium MemberIMAGINATION

Imagine me the sun imagine me the moon
lets not pretend but rather
                        BELIEVE
that the sun and the moon are me

Imagine me a butterfly of purple hues
unreal ? ... no never think it so my dear
                       BELIEVE
and I shall be everything you want me to

Imagine that I was the Faery of Avalon
and you were the King of Oberon
                       BELIEVE
that legends are as real as magic fiddles

and they shall be...

Imagine me as vivid as your mind's eye
dream me up love and never doubt,
                      BELIEVE
that I am here with you and I will be

BELIEVE BELIEVE BELIEVE

Premium MemberTitania Loves Bottom

Oberon orders Puck to pick a purple flower.
This solitary blossom has a unique power.
Cupid's misguided arrow hit this specimen of botany.
It makes anyone fall in love with the first creature they see.
Bottom becomes a victim of Puck's chicanery.
The impish little fairy gives Bottom the head of a donkey.
Awakening Titania has the flower's nectar in her eyes.
She falls in love with Bottom despite his disguise.
This is Oberon's way of getting even with his queen.
So many other comical situations will be seen.

Based on the play "A Midsummer Night's Dream" by William Shakespeare

The Birth of a Dragon and Rider

Come. John your a dragon rider. Who me? Yes,
Your dragon
Is being born at this minute in that cave you'll
have to ride him up in to the sky
To fulfill the prophesy
Where two become one
That can't be undone.
Later you'll go to the armory.
Come. John your a dragon rider. Who me? Yes,
Your dragon
Is being born at this minute in that cave You'll
Have to ride him up in to the sky.
John
Your Dragon has the colors of the earth
And sky which gives him his authenticity.
Your thoughts and your dragons will be
Combined you will never be alone.
What is your dragons name? Oberon..
He is named after nobility.
Come. John your a dragon rider. Who me? Yes,
Your Dragon
Is being born at this minute in that cave
You'll have to ride him up in to the sky.

Dragons and Unicorns

Lost in the forever of magic
but
whenever you call them
they will be there.

Oberon sold us on
to the highest bidder
from the lowest realm,
I
suppose on celluloid
that's allowed
but no deal when
it's real
life.

Like the lamp I've been rubbed
snubbed
bought and abused
used
discarded
and magically
I'm still here
tarnished
but
still me.

Midsummer Knight's Scheme

instigated by Oberon in Act 2, Scene 1,
Midsummer Night's Dream, Wm. Shakespeare

Has the son of Venus, god of love, lost his aim?
Bow’s arrow rendered useless in men’s game.
In truth, ‘twas it the moon who was to blame?
One sister escaped love’s dart, all the same.

Young girls, beware of purple flowers, once white.
Unbeknownst to you, nefarious knight
may draw flower's nectar, dab your sleeping eyes,
and as new day dawns, cajole you with lies.

Beware, indeed, lest he leave you senseless,
no longer fancy-free, but defenseless.
Yon midsummer knight’s a mere apprentice
who has much yet to learn of consensus.

Lights of Oberon

Lights of Oberon
I miss the lights of Oberon,
Where thoughts be Deeds today,
The Lord of Knights sharpens up his sword,
For comes the Judgement Day,
Sickness and the darkness,
brings the coming of the way,
The greedy one the world will shun,
While corporations prey,or pray,
Will greed impede your life force need,
Even cause dismay,
Next time to ride a donkey horse,
2 Mule fools for Sarah hey.

First Night Nerves

In my youth a starring role
as fair Titania in Shakespeare's play.
Learning my lines was my goal.
Remembering them all who could say.
Rehearsals went along at a pace.
Costume donned with pan stick face.

Oberon hissed in my ear.
Before entrance on the stage.
Something about "making it clear".
I looked at him askance,
then threatened with a glance

The director came backstage
with script in hand.
Flicking over each page
said " Titania! You understand?"

The penny dropped.
Oberon's jealous remark.
Hoping I "flopped".

Everything rested.
Being tested.

I.

Fairies

Slowly, night melts into dawn, and then,
the fairies, dancing through the wooded glen,
go to their beds, to sleep the day away,
so they can spend the darkest hours at play,
you laugh, dear friend, I wonder that you dare,
for tis the truth I speak of this I swear,

Pray what is that you say?, you have not seen,
king Oberon, and his enchanting queen!
Then, do not tarry, while the stars are bright,
and sleep not, for upon this very night,
the royal pair, and subjects one and all,
prepare for yet another midnight ball,

Beware though friend, allow me to be clear,
the mind may find such visions hard to bear
but believe, and fear not, for magic, looked upon
will stay with you forever, long after "they" are gone,
In knowledge of this truth, my wisdom's grown,
as has my gratitude for being shown!

The Planets(Uranus)

Oh Uranus, father of the gods.
The first of the ice giants.
Cold and cloudy.
You are tilted almost on your side.
Many narrow rings surround you,
Not as great as Saturns,
But impressive still.
Your moons named after characters of-
Shakespeare and Pope.
Miranda, Ariel, Umbriel, Titania and Oberon.

You Are...

When I wake in the mornings, it is you I want to see.
I love you with every ounce of my soul.
You are my best friend, no more than that, you are my boyfriend, and reason for life.
You are my music, my movie, my playmate; you are my all.
I say this to you because I want to spend my whole life with you.
You are My Romeo, My Oberon, and My Lover of the night.
You are My Angel, My Shinning Star, and My endless Sunlight.
Oh how I Love thee, oh how I dote on thee.
You can be the king, and I will be your queen,
And well live in a secluded castle, well never be seen.
Oh my love, please hear me thru,
I am nothing but lost without you.
I love you so much.
You are my library, my open book,
I am the recipe; you are the cook!
Never leave me, always love me,
This is all I ask.
I don’t know how well I’ll be,
If our love does not last.
I LOVE YOU WITH ALL MY HEART, ANDE WITH YOU I’LL NEVER PART!!
STAY WITH ME!
