All fulfilments of his nature attained, man is not merely a reflector of divine light but becomes actively united with Spirit. This state is Kaivalya, Oneness.
~ extract from ‘The Holy Science’
Jesus said, ‘My Father and I are one’,
signalling that with ego vaporised,
aligned with God’s will, He shines like the sun,
substratum of existence realised.
Awareness held like a flicker-free flame,
heart tranquil, nonjudgmental eye single,
with enactment of God’s will, our sole aim,
we delight as bliss pheromones mingle.
Tweaking this lucid dream, as of God’s will,
there being no sense of separation,
love’s peace dove perches on heart’s window sill,
enlivening God’s cosmic vibration.
God’s energy is love and is expressed,
by childlike souls who are by His grace blessed.

free from thought and free from desire
no earthy goals left to aspire
vibrant without a to-do list
he who has become a bliss mist
knowing this world is but a stage
impacted not by other’s rage
nonjudgmental eye, tranquil heart
deeming all souls one, none apart
outcomes any, at peace within
a purified heart, free from sin
egoless and bereft of pride
recognising God dwells inside
equal to birth death, rise and fall
walking path of truth, standing tall
present in the now, all the time
drenched in rapture of bliss beat’s chime

let our suggestion
be not an imposition
but only an offering
view point proffering
in utmost gentleness
to promote wellness
inducing love to spurt
seeking not to convert
eye nonjudgmental
mindful touch gentle

head melds with heart and thoughts recede
synced with gong Om, the void’s our home
free from desires, on earth we roam
ego dissolves, love takes the lead
heart-centric soul begins to glow
resistance ends; we gently flow
bliss pheromones begin to breed
pulsating within day and night
God bestows spherical sight
we live as of need, not of greed
our eye’s mindful and touch gentle
for the most part, nonjudgmental
one with oneness, our will we cede
Breathed by God, we see Him within
His grace erases every sin
head melds with heart and thoughts recede
ego dissolves, love takes the lead
bliss pheromones begin to breed
we live as of need, not of greed
one with oneness, our will we cede

Detecting deception,
our eye nonjudgmental
and blissful heart tranquil
but saw a weary soul,
slowly trudging uphill.
Detecting deception,
in a drop that rebelled,
we but saw its soul’s light,
seeking greener pastures,
to feel bliss beat’s delight.
Detecting deception,
by egos gone astray,
driven by dark instinct,
all we could see was their
yearning to be love inked.
Detecting deception,
by poets seeking praise,
all we saw was their dread,
resisting love and light,
head not by conscience led.

here we are encased in body-mind
feeling incomplete, we wish to expand
we sense there is more to us than this
but who we are we do not understand
thought and senses are the tools we use
yet form decays and one day we will die
cognition operates in a limited spectrum
our heart’s secret desire is to wingless fly
trapped in the open we are yet free within
in time stretched silence when ego recedes
from a centreless fulcrum love calls to us
cajoling us to gentle our words and deeds
softening attention, our eye nonjudgmental
we are then with our inner voice connected
the false falls away, light of Self is revealed
soul stands erect, stooped stance corrected

When we’re at peace, God’s light engulfs our chest,
on top of our head, He places His hand,
this epiphany dawning on demand,
divine gifts of grace, for which we feel blessed.
Employing free will, we ask thoughts to rest,
that drenched in bliss mists, soul may understand,
God’s omnipresence as we make our stand,
in our heart’s cave, where light of Self does nest.
Erased are our fears, in our sunset years,
with our heart now mindful and touch gentle,
softened attention, soul’s meditation,
reflecting God’s light, as His presence nears,
our spherical vision nonjudgmental,
radiance of love, our heart’s pulsation.

Today I’m grateful for remembering not to judge a person
by the person I initially see…
realizing I never know the kind of person
that person will turn out to be.

Some move to the left and others to the right,
each entity but an aspect of the whole
and so in timeless time, each will reclaim light,
thus we judge no one, as we fulfil our role,
trusting God so knowing things will be alright
and as a collective we will reach our goal.
Eye nonjudgmental and touch gentle we tread,
being breath by breath by bliss magnetism led.

the object the subject has dreamed
moves within the dream realm so conjured
acquiring an ego, a temporary consciousness
to navigate the terrain where it has been so placed
being hypnotised by the environment
the dreamed object inevitably enters trance
forgetting its origin it then seeks to expand itself
instinctively pursuing ephemeral objects of heart’s desire
the entity by itself is merely inert dust
hemmed in by senses five and lower mind
so it remains in delusion, pausing not to inquire
the answer to the age old simple question: ‘who am I?’
recognising thus earth life as but a dream
wherein we’re both the dreamer and the dreamed
though we’re a receptor, we may yet tweak the dream
instantly by simply shifting into the vibrant void of silence
nonchalant to outcomes, ceasing to react
our nonjudgmental eye and free flowing spirit
navigates the labyrinth leaving behind no residue
by vaporising thus, ending the purpose of the dream
the paradox of enlightenment is clear
who gets illumined when there’s no one here
all that really happens is imagined boundaries blur
whereafter all that remains is the eternal living light of Self

Indifference causes hearts to drift away,
even if tranquil eye be nonjudgmental,
since as long as soul’s in this vessel of clay,
to nurture love, kind touch is fundamental,
even better still, if we engage in play,
with interaction both mindful and gentle.
Sadly ghosting loved ones has become the norm;
lost is childhood innocence, tender and warm.

To reclaim inner light,
pulsating at our core,
we first make touch gentle,
that oozing compassion,
our eye’s nonjudgmental.
To reclaim inner light,
our ego must be tamed,
fears and desires rested,
that heart remains tranquil,
whilst soul’s being tested.
To reclaim inner light,
become a child again,
mode embrace and release,
exuding love and light,
living life as we please.
To reclaim inner light,
there is nothing we do,
save shedding resistance,
to imbibe magnetism,
with divine assistance.

Centred in the heart,
tranquil eye nonjudgmental,
love is our sole emotion.
In this lucid dream,
even if it’s unreal,
our breath enriches the void.
