Regan did command
always in air sea and land
should show a strong hand
we had called muster
were afraid in a fluster
a traffic cluster
so simple and plain
Walker always crashed the plane
insane will remain
She could not get away from her abuser
When it was only her
But when her baby came along
She developed courage she could not muster for herself
She and the baby left without baggage
She did not want anything to slow down their escape
Muster courage, resurrect love
All else but thought constructs
When head and heart be hand in glove
Then ego self-destructs
Enliven soul presence
Shake inner sentience
Know we are God essence
Turn a new page
Muster courage

There once lived a general named Custer,
Well-known for his arrogance and bluster.
He met his Waterloo,
By bands of wrathful Sioux.
Could be said this was his final muster!

When the sun is in the west
You will safely go to rest
At the setting of the sun
With your soldiers duties done
You will feel your God is nigh
As you ascend up to the sky
And in earths fading light
Where tears diminish sight
Where loved ones question why
A new star will grace the sky
Gleaming bright in the firmament
Proudly amongst the regiment
To mark the passing of a soldier son
Who died not seeing victory won
Now the time that moves us most
The plaintive lament of the last post
For those falling fighting foes
Heads bow as the bugle blows
His name was Mutt
'cause he was the runt
of a family of giants you see
and at only five foot three,
everyone called him Mutt.
Mutt wore glasses very thick
but unlike Magoo, Mutt Muster was quick
at all kinds of games
when you would think he couldn't see.
Well, he even played golf
and a real pool shark was he.
We all loved old Mutt
and were sad when he had to go.
He got a cold one day
and it didn't go away
so it took Mutt Muster
to the other side
where we think he's a giant today.
