Hearts are heavy, burdened
By worry and fear, a darkness
Coloring thoughts in dread
Breaking through hope and joy
To leave anxiety and concern
Panic about what might come

Hearts are scared, apprehensive
Wondering what might happen
To the world who is being consumed
By terror, shadows of gloom
Will war bring our fears into reality?
Our worries to an actuality?

Hearts are aware that the conflict
Has gone far beyond our assurance
There is catastrophic tragedy
Spoken of all through the world
Will this trouble condemn everyone?
To a battle no one can comprehend?

Hearts are nervous, agitated
By an alarm that dims the best dream
A dread that feels like it is murkier
Than the dirtiest, most dismal waters,
A dread that is so terrifying….
Will this fight claim lives we know so well?

Will war bring an end to our heart’s hopes?
Will we reach out to find all we love is gone?
Will our hearts know the answer to prayers…
Prayers only God can solve or bless…

Please pray for His help, His blessing, His grace
Pray for the chance to give Him all the praise!

The Departure

Murkier the world goes every day,
Dark clouds cloaking every Sun Ray,
Wetting the grounds with blood and tears,
Thunders follow, of pain and fears.

Voyage towards a better place,
Looking for a trace of solace,
Poor souls resign the worldly greed,
From anguish and grief, to be freed.

Someone rejoiced these demises,
For the vessels held some prizes,
Worth much more than the souls inside,
Won only when the angels died.

The Lonely

The place ,his haunt, he has been there countless times, this is the place where " everyone knows your name" CHEERS and so he mingles, most persons here are what we call regulars, jokes abound, the vibe here is charged with electricity. However, somehow ,he is detached and if you look deep, deep into his eyes you see his soul is wandering; it has been for a long time. he continues to mill around, continues the dance of the charade but even with everyone there he feels alone.not strange ,he’s felt this feeling from birth. he’s always felt like being on the outside looking in, that out of body experience, many speak of, and not having anyone to ignite some form of passion into him, to let him feel something, to give back, the loneliness keeps dragging him into murkier, downward spiral. Even his siblings , those by blood, those ex school mates, are nothing but strangers ,he has known these folks for an eternum and his customers they just like what he brings to the party, So he’ll continue to smile, to dance to attempt to fit in ,but truth be told,he’s running on empty because loneliness captured his soul.

Stone Glaciers

stone glaciers
it dont mean
nothing
nothingness means me

questions
of
what
have we
what have we

transparancy murkier
what closet
doors
knob
"try to set the night on fire"

blazes follow
echoes through brokenness
which flame am i
answer the lunacy
answer the me end
answer him not at all
be sheetless
with me stains
rose bush faced
pedals merely
missing
kissing me
through you
kiss me again
and again
lets do it
again
stop it
leave me
alone faker
you have
stone glaciers
?

Ducks Walk

Ducks Walk

Ducks walk
That’s what they do
It’s what they do when you‘re not there that’s scary
(Technically speaking they waddle but who cares)
Work occupies my every hour
Ducks can’t be tended to relentlessly
When morning turns away, turns a corner on reality
Ducks change their ways
They can’t be trusted
It starts with small things like the mail
They read it all but leave the bills
My checks went missing and then a sock
Rock formations in the kitchen said definitively
Something is wrong here and it’s not the fish
Naturally they left the dishes for my wife… to do
But absconded with my favorite watch
You know. The one with Mickey
The waters become murkier with each crime
Ducks walk. That’s what they do
Anyone can quack. What’s complicated in that?
Listen. Quack quack. Was that so hard?
And I don’t even have a bill
Hey! What happened to my car?

Standing Alone

Hurling the body from a rooftop
for a second life
after death.

An insult to human line.
I have no friend now
in this world.

Stay quiet. The storm is
dying, instead of
bringing down the palace.

Everything looks murkier.
Will you go to sit in
mourning for a broken wheel ?

A begger’s dream ? Will
you open the window
for a last look at the moon.

Yin-Yang

A tremendous force moved them apart.
They started moving in opposite direction,
never to meet again.

Negativity of flight
took them to frightening heights.
Like the two peaks
temples apart.

First causality was grace.
Loaves of bread gave them carnal satisfaction.
But gravity was taking its toll,
like god moving from one body to another.

The lungs started drowning in rib case
gasping, panting. Father of all the mistakes
now promised to stop
the whole transparency. Life had become murkier.

Who is going to move the world
and resuscitate the renaissance
from our bones?
