Things are really hard to believe
At this age, this way we misconceive
This path we travel
Sometimes unravels
And our mind gets all razzle dazzled

Premium Member Not One Telltale Sign

A cloudy sky pouts, under threat of rain,
as a brisk breeze rattles my windowpane.
While a ghostly fog reinforces doubts,
under threat of rain; a cloudy sky pouts.

There's little change; Winter is persistent,
any trace of Spring is nonexistent.
April is gone, and May is acting strange;
Winter is persistent; there's little change.

Winter is stalling, reluctant to leave,
sending signals, the wishful misconceive.
And defying Nature, She's stonewalling;
reluctant to leave; Winter is stalling.

There's no trace, not one telltale sign of Spring;
climate change is mucking with everything.
Until Winter leaves, Spring won't show Her face,
not one telltale sign of Spring; there's no trace.

We will be in June before you know it,
Spring is stalling; not willing to commit.
Another miserable afternoon,
before you know it, we will be in June.

Premium Member Hi Contest- Hello To Positivity

Yesterday I told sadness to leave.
Today I told all things positive hi.
Happiness is what I want to achieve.

Yesterday I had much to grieve.
Today I told negativity goodbye,
Yesterday I told sadness to leave.

Yesterday I was lonely and naive.
Today I had to give boldness a try,
Happiness is what I want to achieve.

Yesterday was meant to misconceive,
Today I am at peace and I don't ask why.
Yesterday I told sadness to leave.

Yesterday all I could do was disbelieve,
Today I will get new wings so I can fly.
Happiness is what I want to achieve.

Today hope is something I perceive.
Because I took a chance and said hi,
Yesterday I told sadness to leave.
Happiness is what I want to achieve.

Crimson Or Golden

misconceive so stable lie
yesterday the steps drown behind
purr of animals seem all fine
visualize the fainting smiles left behind
upon the earth new birth vines immense divine
a simple question which left behind
famines the nutrition for the wings so cries
each feather crimson the memory behind
disbelief to the golden path which lend the signs
this most so more that is left behind
new glowing of sins realize the demise
once upon a story was life behind
a new world of mourn this desperate implie
fly nor try what was sincerely behind
personality so anti we fallen plan for revise
our faces nothings but a white pale we each wish nothing behind
our arms our legs our hands our feet so sown with lashes defy
makes our anger blood stain not was like behind
dismissed with critical edges we imply our invite
begone the gate keeps key we won't stop whats behind
beyond this rage we reach for the coils so dine

Two Bit No Show

The two bit no shows
who fear what they don't know

The two bit no shows that won't believe
Because they think it too naive
As if they were made to misconceive

The two bit no shows that don't care
Like Baudelaire
Criticize and condemn without a second thought, so they declare

The two bit no shows that have no purpose
Search for it with a broken compass
Come up short, and deem life worthless

The two bit no shows
You are all fake
It's a competition
With no gains to make

Two bit no shows I'm sick of you
Everyone is fake
And I'm done playing
There's no purpose to it

Labyrinthine Simplicities

Don’t misconceive my mercy for weakness
Exponent to impuissance that bestows
Ascertain verity of Uniqueness
Appreciate my pose of apropos

Strength my forte led by capriciousness
I once shattered and left to be consumed
Thy inner voice pierces my graciousness
Amidst the flightiness presence presumed

I am semblance of authenticity
Your erroneous conclusions expressed
Trapped in mirrors of your duplicity
It is not I who is too dispossessed

My force is life, full of joys and treasures
Multiplied faithfully, basked in pleasures

Blink

Blink

When you blink,
do you think,
that you might be,
altering the very face of your mind?

Look at this,
Parti pris;
the world has gone and
tipped the scale on bliss and misaligned.

Hear me stutter,
the answers to these questions lie within;
feel me utter,
the key into your heart is cast from chagrin.

Look inside,
you will find,
that your beginnings
hold great significance to all that is.

Be naive,
misconceive,
because you see,
the only light you need shines far amiss.

Hear me stutter,
the answer to all questions lie within;
feel me utter,
the key unto your heart is cast from chagrin.
