The lustrous perfume bottle
avec neck spritzer and bottom caudal
With hexing brio it holds her captive
Pure rapture is sexually attractive
A woman’s torso a glass statuette
dressed in a golden chic corset
An old hippy scarf suspends on the wall
Her ‘Eau De Joy’ is kitschy after all
Shimmies into mid-calf western boots
She rifles through sequined body suits
Last touches of an aromatic scent
she deems the fragrance extravagant
Lurid lemon zest smacks of old school
Blithely vivacious leads them a drool
Juicy sweet notes from cleavage to chin
A whirlwind of hazy mist he’s in
Wild at heart with beats that throttle
A burning desire from a perfume bottle
I fell in love with a girl
Mirthful strength of hers I admire
Isle of the merciful she now dwell
Soaring up above my realm
Startling me by her extinction
Yes! She was a girl with unfulfilled mission
Of all things I wish I could say
Unto her soul I pray every day
They sit very close
together on the brown bench
beneath the branches.

A-ims at a thousand thrill;
V-iew in fireworks display
I-s far away from
C-hill.
E-ight more days to go,
S-unday December's last night will end;
T-wenty-third of twelfth month meanwhile
A-llows your birthday's beacon to ascend.
C-lock of midnight will turn
I-nto a time of vow to be sworn;
O-pen your heart to dawn's delight,
N-ew year's mirthful morn.
T'was the saddest time of the year
When one is resting, one oh so dear
Yearning for the presence that once was there
Reminiscing that white silky hair
But time will pass and time will heal
The heartaches and the pain we feel
Though none ever help but wonder
Where he journeyed in that deep slumber
The thrill, excitement and adventurous ride
In crossing that great divide
Then death would be a blessing
To whose heart is strong
The day the sunset mourns a mirthful song
