your soft crimson ink pours into rivers,
along shores of tenderness I seek nothing
but your adoration-
fair minded and strapped in with kindness;
my soul no longer scarred from wounds
too deep to heal-
for it was fate, my love;
you carried me over bridges when my fear
crippled me to the point I wanted to give up-
sacrificed your light for me,
for in your darkness I can only hope to be
what you need me to be-
the woman you truly deserve
and as I drown in the ebon sky only my mind
knows of,
I can sense your essence following me in the
mist of the cool October rain-

yet I know-
you will wipe them away with your love;
when I paint the sky with solitude, your
smile shadows it with yellow
(light shines like a medallion morn)
beneath curious gazes,
a true love that amazes;
without a past tense in mind,
true love we did find

My brave grandfather fought in the trenches
there he saw things that no man should see
With blood of his comrades he drenches
so exhausted, yet he dodged bullets every day
and bravely soldiered on so that we could be free
Ultimately with his own life he sadly had to pay
His St Christopher medallion he wore with pride
It was discovered amongst all the wartime debris
and was returned to grandmother after he died
I wear his medallion since it’s been passed down to me

a decastitch
Agur offered this dual plea
to the Lord God Almighty.
Keep lies far from me;
give me riches nor poverty.
a well-reasoned entreaty
Agur was no simple youth.
great wealth renders pride forsooth
great hunger makes men uncouth.
We’ll all encounter deception's tollbooth
counting medallion moments of truth.

An aria of dawn breaks, I’m at ease,
above the sapphirine skies sunbeams glow.
Morn rises in the east as night does cease,
stardust fades into warm light rays below.
Heaven’s eyes open with pure affection,
fervor delight with generous ardor.
With God’s annum I’ve made a connection,
something to treasure; a peace I adore.
Radiant tones of tangerine and blues,
sunlit day stars twinkle with emotion.
Pallets of deep splendored medallion hues,
my heart rests in ravishing devotion.
For there's nothing like basking in the sun,
awaiting eventide when the day's done.

Medallion moments dawdle,
shading hints of ruby and brass-
grains of sand linger,
like lost sand in an hourglass.
I feel the blazing embers of
heated passion in a lover's dream-
the sanctity of a desert landscape,
feathering a vista so serene.

The rose buds of chameleon drift off in time,
while chromatic willows weep and grieve-
I hear a midnight lilac mourn in a crimson chime,
and feel the medallion moments of the lily leave.

Dark were the shadows
thrown by a medallion sun
as you walked away…
Left behind in evening tides,
I brushed fool's gold from my hands

I
Cannot
Breathe my
Throat is
Blocked it
Bears a
Chain that
Chokes and
Locks my
Lungs are
Flat my
Eyes are
Wide I
Cannot
Breathe I
Cannot
Die

keep this in your bright heart's hollow
t'was rolled twice in the dust of stars
along the track t'winxt earth and mars
where cosmos would surely collide
save for my constant vigil
I watch the planets
keep theur time
and allthe things I say,I see
here take this thing away from me!
sewn inside are seven seasons
waxed and sealed by kings and queens
some for love and other reasons
slide them on your hands and fingers
gloves of love and sweet obsession
for you know how I conspire
to hold the wind and tame the fireflies
hold this lest true love expire
let the potion spread so fine
right along your earthquake line
plates of passion
sliding sliding
'round your skull
the tremors gliding
occipital configurations
chosen in the stars
numbers noted one to seven
point your visage up to heaven
mount up on your starry stalion
now take this...
my soul's Medalion
etched around with sharp
decisions
cutting to the bone with
visions
wear it till you come back home
I'LL be here
awake,
alone
