Who are you?
Where were you?
What’s the connection?
Why now?
My mind ponders,
In figment of imagination, it wanders.
Seeking truths in riddles better left untold.
As I walked in alone,
What was the calling, unknown?
Masked in a cloak, perhaps a riddle to see,
Waiting for you to appear, to help untangle me.
What is pure joy?
What is elation?
An infant cradled in mothers’ arm,
The embrace, the warmth.
The laughter of a child,
All innocence, free from guile.
The maiden glance, the nascent word.
Phew…Effervescent beats surged within,
A fountain of joy bubbling unseen.
Your aura, brushed in hues of rainbow’s gleam.
Your vibes, as pleasant as the memory of a childhood dream.
And I stood smitten, shaken & stirred,
Awoken from the slumber, my vision blurred.
Sometimes, a lifetime is never enough,
Sometimes, a moment is magic in puff.
Sometimes, words vanish, unable to explain,
Sometimes, silence sings what the heart can’t contain.
Walking in, I didn’t know my calling,
Saying goodbye, my thoughts and feelings were sprawling.
Blessed I am to have experienced you,
Pending tale, yet untold, will follow.
we were supposed to sing the song as a duet, Pa and me
he is a rooster, which means cocky and ornery as can be
I did my best on this song, starting out on the low C key
Pa sang it double time as if we were flying to Kentucky
I got louder, my way of getting back at this pompous he
Pa got louder, stunning radio people in WH3
My mother had seen this as she watched our eggs three
You two need a vacation she said, get on to Tennessee
Why that state? Asked Pa, who was irritated with me
Isn’t that your home state? answered my mother to he
Kentucky, he said. Let’s go, he added, nodding to me.
we came home with a basket full, egg count twenty-three.
looking under
flowing waters of truth
finding my own
Yellow-Crested White Cockatoo birds
Drew foot-stomp'n rave and applause from nerds
With belief defying tricks
To draw water fountain licks
All neat'n free, with sly-o-foot slap words
Call mom: when you need a favor.
when you need a friend.
when life gets ify.
when you don't see the Sun.
when he comes or leaves.
don't call when you want to borrow.
when the sun comes out.
when you are blue.
Just, to say, I love you.
Warm gold under my tiny bare feet,
Why should I keep my bounty discreet?
So please, look in this little green pail!
A gazillion sand dollars. Careful, they’re frail!
there was a young man named York
who lived with his ma’ in Cork
he asked her one day
what happened to me da’
why you young fool were delivered by the stork
Chubs is gravely flat.
We remove our hats.
Her wheel deflated him—
Chubs, my cuddly cat.
Flounder is lying flat,
ambling on his back.
Her croutons choked him—
Flounder, my friendly catfish.
Gopher is resting back-flat,
striking position for naps.
Her diabolical chocolate gateau
snuffed him out almost.
Gopher rose once again,
my mangy mutt, back-to-life.
Ma decried; she'd die
in a reindeer stampede
Somebody please call my ma and let her know that, I'm coming home to her.
I don't know when, where, and how but I'm going home to her.
Somebody please call my ma and let her know that her lost daughter.
Has been looking for her.
Somebody please call my ma and let her know. I was thinking about her on every occasions.
Somebody please call my ma and let her know, I can't wait to see her.
Somebody please call my ma and let her know I really, need her hugs and encouraging.
Somebody please call my ma and let her know, the good news.
I came along way from being abandoned by her, to being an overachievement woman.
So please somebody call my ma the end.

The village we live
It is what we call granny’s place
Because we think we are to classic for the village,
Talk of the village and see one’s anger.
The village is where the goodness of the world resides
Everything worth for one to live
The food we eat in towns
The greatest fruits in towns reside in the village
Infact the village is better than the town
Offer me wine
Offer me bread
Offer me money
Offer me good houses and cars
And I leave the village.
But,
Let all the cars and houses,
Let all the riches perish,
I will know where my roots are,
The village.
The sweetness of the weather
The loveliness of the air
The unity of people.
All in the village.
Thus, I prefer village life.
In the morning light, with a love so warm,
You were there to guide, through each raging storm.
Through laughter and tears, your embrace so true,
Oh, Mom, this song's for you.
You're the melody in the song of my life,
A beacon of love in moments of strife.
With grace and strength, you carried me through,
This tribute, dear Mom, is my love for you.
In the quiet moments, and the chaos too,
Your love, a constant, like the morning dew.
You taught me to stand, you taught me to soar,
In your arms, I found my forever shore.
Through lullabies and bedtime tales,
Through scraped knees and fairy tales.
You were there in every step I took,
In your love, Mom, my heart found its nook.
A whisper of wisdom in every word you say,
In your warmth, I find my safest bay.
You're my teacher, my hero, my guiding light,
In your love, Mom, everything's so bright.
So here's to you, Mom, with a heart so pure,
In every note, my gratitude, I assure.
Through this song, let my love shine through,
Forever grateful, forever for you.
She lives her love day by day
with all that is feminine
a touch,kiss or knowing look
concern,red-lettered in her book
Particular to detail
self-sacrifice a routine
as she walks the extra mile
ever ready with a smile
The days news eager to hear
her wise counsel,stills a fear
open arms brings her love near
her warmth dries a child's tear
Patience to give herself, time and again
soft and beautiful and feminine.

I hope my car starts tomorrow,
That I can leave my street Charles de Foucault,
That I can go write a poem, or almost,
I love walking an hour in the fresh countryside.
I hope that I can cross the bridge, the harbor,
To buy milk, port and natural fruits,
That I can leave my city for a few hours,
I love to think of you, in the silence of the countryside.
I hope my car starts tomorrow,
That I can go to the cinema to see a Romanian film,
That I can go flower Mom’s grave,
You see, I’m nothing without my car.
This is based on a something that happened today,
Though I will not be able to provide a backstory,
Me and my brother fought with each other and he came to a conclusion saying that I can't use his computer anymore,
I simply replied with, "well then if you ask me for help, I will be helping you nevermore"
Well today he wanted to clean his new desk,
Messed some things up, made a big mess,
Came to me asking me for help,
I told him this is something that is supposed to be dealt,
But you ain't getting ma help!
