Wems Henry Temmy
I enjoy lovely moments on bed
That bathe my soul in awesome dream
My eyes never go red
For rising from bed is really a gleam
Adedokun Youngjay
At early dawn
My eyes open gradually
When coming from holy ghost land
Where live seems beautiful
Through my everyday canoe.
Wems Henry Temmy
I am flying in my dream
I relinquish to embrace reality
Try flying on high... I scream
Here is a moment of my liberality
Been awake is such an awesome relieve in earth's stream
Adedokun Youngjay
In this journey I path to,
The journey it seems I stay indefinitely
After I saw many dreams put in effects
To me is the moment of elated
As a cock crow to remind me of reality
As I behold my phone nearly closed to my pillow
It's eighteen minutes to 5 o'clock.
Wems Henry Temmy
Its light hits my world softly
I condole it in guise to dwell in my heart acutely
It drives my heart wide open yet can't fathom broader
It should have been enough a tease than a blunt say actually,
Let's be real, dream isn't a good joker
Adedokun Youngjay
The dawn breaks,
Hastily picture drama of the day
How hasten we tend
To make the bread of the day
And what to gain from it again.
Wems Henry Temmy
Wems gym every blessed morning
Standing on his heel at ease to heal his stiffened posture
In his own little world alone; on exercise foaming
Sitting up his spinal column activates his alter
Else praying would entice dosing
Waking with Youngjay is a treat
You have to gear up in each second
Taking up the tracking in pursuit of fitness
What more will the morning be without workout
That's the blessing a functioning lung each morning retreats
Note: Morning Trail is a duet between Adedokun Youngjay and Wems Henry Temmy.
I sit here looking at a blank page
Inside a stay at home cage
I do have my friends in my mind
Role playing that I see and need to define
There are no boundaries that state how close they can come
That is why our literature fantasies are so much fun
As they act out their story
My keyboard gets a workout that is very wordy
Six feet apart my characters are not
When they keep me company telling me a dreamy plot
There are no crowded filled arenas blocking visibility
Only a conflict that to me has sensibility
An empty seat between two
Will bring peace not a feud
Creating more space
Allows the imagination to comfortably build its case
Being an author is lonely and time consuming
But nothing can interrupt it that could ruin it
Just a feeling to share
With someone out there
Who may be trapped in the stay at home cage
Appreciating what I wrote on the blank page
Young and beautiful
Secretive desires
With headphones plugged in
Exercise and look good
Big t**s and
bounce butt
Muscles and sixpack
Active in social media
Instagram, blogs,
youtube and spotify
The new lifestyle
Hormonal changes
A romantic relationship
- the intense emotions
Love how the music feels
like a new beginning,
every sunrise

There are a few people who motivate me
When I walk in the gym to workout I see
Balances of challenges a sea of humanity
Some with limbs that don’t move normally
The woman in wheel chair with a green smile
She’s moving and meeting her own goals now
The man using his walker has courage so loud
That inspires the lot of us even the small child
In the pool they are free to move
Silly me too embarrassed to try to
I can’t swim and once had lessons too
I’m watching them as I do what I do
You may not know who you indigo inspire
Just by being who you are you lift higher
Yourself and others despite dilemma's red fire
You are an earthly star press on towards desire
Day 1
Don’t forget the coffee grinder Hon!
Freshly ground coffee greets morning sun!
I need to bring more than one bag Mom.
Matching outfits are the total bomb!
Day 2
Oh! I can’t find my headphones Mommy!
Did you pack them in your case Tommy?
I set my purple case by the door.
It’s still sitting there I’m almost sure.
Day 3
This place is lame. There’s nothing to do.
Sand is everywhere and all over you!
Mom! There’s a bug crawling on the floor!
Please, please, please, throw it outside the door!
Day 4
Oh Mother, I’m so bored with the beach.
The shopping mall is not far from reach.
Please Mom, will you cook a hamburger?
Nothing here but fresh fish to order.
Day 5
Mother’s vacation a total workout.
Exhausted, she wanted to shout.
Mother sat with her head in her hands.
Tell her again about sparkling sands!
It was first and goal with time running out
And the home team needed to score.
I sat on a barstool glued to the screen
Till I saw you walk through the door.
I missed the final seconds and the replay, too.
Gave it up for a chance to flirt.
You focused my attention on a brand new game
By wearing dark stockings and a slit skirt.
Dark stockings and a slit skirt,
It’s all I’ve got on my mind.
Dark stockings and a slit skirt,
The really expensive kind.
I’m tired of always watching from the sidelines.
I know a little workout wouldn’t hurt.
You’ve got me motivated for some one-on-one.
You’re wearing dark stockings and a slit skirt.
You could make me take my eye off the ball
When the count is three and two.
Might be top of the ninth with a runner on third,
I’d be busy looking at you.
But I’ll round those bases, make a diving slide,
Then just smile and brush off the dirt.
I’ll score the winning run, but you’ll earn MVP
By wearing dark stockings and a slit skirt.
Dark stockings and a slit skirt,
It may be a worn cliché.
Dark stockings and a slit skirt,
But baby, I came to play.
I’m finished with the pre-game and the warm up.
The perspiration’s showing through my shirt.
I’m ready for some action and I’m in the zone.
You’re wearing dark stockings and a slit skirt.
Sunrise was just a red line in the inky void, as Lisa and I reached the harbor decking stairs,
but at once, the brazen slash began widening, like a silent, slow motion explosion,
thin, smoky wisps of cloud, like flammable tissue, prismed the stage light ignition.
bee-de-deep my phone chirped. It was Peter (my bf).
“Hey you,” I pronounced, as Lisa took off her left sneaker and shook it, upside-down.
“How’s the harbor?” Peter asked. I glanced at my watch, it was 5:32 am in New Haven.
Peter must be at lunch (in Geneva) and tracking our morning run with the ‘Find My’ app.
“Beautiful,” I pronounced, “they’re really putting on a show.”
Of course, I meant the universe, the sun, the turns who were already at work, and Long Island Sound.
The gulls, perched on whatever, and grousing at each other, obviously haven’t had their coffee.
I read that AI had decoded bird talk and on a wire, they chittered, “Move over, you’re in my space.”
“Just wanted to say good morning,” Peter confessed, “Good Morning.”
“Good morning,” I wished back, “gotta go,” I replied, Lisa had finished de-pebbling her shoe.
“Yep,” Peter agreed, “Seee ya,” he quipped. “See ya,” I chuckled, smiling.
My watch asked, in my Air Podded ears, “Have you finished your workout?” because I was motionless.
I pressed the crown of my watch and slid the phone back in my pocket, our jogg’s only half done.
We began our harbor exodus, by turning our backs to the haven. It was already beginning to busy with boats.
We slipped on our hats and protective, polarized sunglasses as we began to run directly into the blazing sun.

Candy placed her towel on one of the many shelves that separated the weight-lifting area of the gym from that of the stationary bikes and treadmills. Tossed casually next to the towel were two keys – one for her house and one for her car, together on their cute chain with the slogan: No pain, no gain. She decided to begin her workout with bicep curls. As she strode to the spot she wanted, she smiled to see that nobody was occupying that particular piece of equipment. Someone stood a short distance from where Candy had tossed her towel and keys. A shop right next to the gym made copies of keys. He had been biding his time, but today he would grab her keys and get a copy made of the house key.
The nondescript man, dark-haired and of medium stature, fancied himself quite inconspicuous in his plain gym attire: gray sweat pants and an unremarkable shirt to match it. He stared at the young woman, but the expression on his face gave no indication of whether he devoured her visually with disdain or with pleasure. He seemed to think the trim sexy blonde took no notice of him. He could not have been more wrong!
Candy indeed had noticed the man immediately upon her arrival. He was the same creep she saw almost every other time she came to the gym, which would be once or twice a week, depending on her schedule. She made a mental note of the day and hour. It matched up to the other times she’d seen him. He was a Tuesday/Thursday evening kind of guy. She wondered if he thought she were blind to not notice him eyeballing her. What audacity he had! Suddenly, she saw him move toward the very shelf where she had placed her keys. Hmmm, she thought, what is that creep up to? Candy pretended not to notice when she saw him take her keys and then slide casually out of the gym. She decided to follow him. A plan was already forming in Candy’s pretty little head.

(tentative title and beginning 3 paragraphs for my one idea for a thriller mystery novel that has been on my mind for a long time. I know the direction I want it to go, but I just can't decide how I would end it!)
My plush little Starflyer at pause in her play.
Your doorway to happiness a glance.
A spirit to conquer your independence.
A start, if there ever a chance.
The tote bag you carry
drawn on by it's swings.
The loads that you carry
in briefs and your things.
Excitement ahead.
Your joy bubbling out.
The workout you crave
and spirit on rout.
A time for occasion.
Your remedy now.
A hope for it's future
inciting your vow.
A place to remember.
Your time to move on.
A current behind you
left back till your gone.
Come home for the evening.
Exerting your force.
Spontaneous feelings
as time runs it's course.
The love you have family.
An evening of faith.
The night moving on
to morning and wraith.
Another new day.
You leave to your own.
Your memories left
with the ones you have sown.
As you walk in the door. You throw your coat on a chair.
I tell you darling it dosent go there.
You move it to the bed .As you turn around .
I run my fingers through Your long sweet blonde hair
You smile and pull me closer your body has a delicious odour
Now I have a stirring inside me an ardor.
You unbutton my shirt your hands small and warm.
I kiss your soft neck and feel the pounding of your blood
As it courses through my lips. Tickling your vein with my tongue.
Tasting the salty perspiration as you lean closer in.
You run your hands round to my back.
I let your hair fall in my face. Both of our hearts are upping the pace
You gently slowly pull my shirt of my body. As it falls to the floor.
I kick close the door. Nothing to interrupt our hobby.
I pull up your t-shirt. And a huge smile is on your face.
Yes our love is going to hurt. But it will be full of grace.
Now naked we stand and just hug each other.
Theres no need to rush. We are proper true lovers.
Lots of kissing lots of hugging and total respect.
This time will be special as they always are.
Just you an I together forever we never expect
Anything but the best in this our workout spar.
Giggling and laughing as young lovers are.
