Lean Over Blue Waters

This summer's evening still echoes
with the distinguishable city' noises:
the screams of adolescents,
the cranking of cars and motor-bikes
the loud rotating blades of helicopters,
and the blasting music
from luxurious convertibles
that unawarely tranfix...

We can get away
from this madness,
and find a silent,
infrequent place
where nothing has to be hushed;
where the firmament
emanates a perfect peace
to submerge us by awe
as we coalesce
in a lascivious wish...

We can return to be innocent,
and lean over blue waters
to cover the still lake
with beautiful,velvety roses
as the gondolier enthralls us
with his poignant vocals...

The quite geese float
in the aromatic lake of flowers,
inperplexed by our presence
as we lean over blue waters,
so intoxicated by the balsamy air,
to invoke and inflame
an incessant desire
and incur no regrettable fault...

Premium Member Thinking of you

"Violinist : Diana Yukawa Vocals : Jemma Lyrics : The Poet"
If you start Dianna's video on the 26th second and Jemma's voice recording on the 13th second simultaneously, my words fit exactly to the music.

Where do we go to?
Feelings so blue now,
When we think of you.
So many souls are gone now.
Gone forever into the blue.
Lost not forgotten.
Thinking of you.
Thinking of you.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Where do we go to now?
Where do we go?
Something familiar and new.
Dear one I need you.
I am no where near you .
Feeling this song is for you.
See I long for you now .
All on my own now.
My body longs to know you.
I light a candle loving you now .
longing too.
Longing for you.
You are my savior.
I am needing you.
Happy as I am,
Missing you too.
I do need you close now.
Needing you so.
Where dear are you now?
Seeing you now.
Longing for you I am too.
Longing for you.
You are my savior.
I am needing you.
Happy as I am,
Missing you too.
I do need you close now.
Needing you so.
Where dear are you now?
Seeing you now.
I Am
I am the unchosen, yet highly claimed, ardent.
I haven’t received my awaited chance,
But I am anonymously dealt in my own way.
Living within the ways of the many,
But caught in the works of the few,
Gracing every moment with joy and laughter.
I am the white crayon never used,
The children’s laughter that brings joy.
I am the vision that was never prophesied,
The believer who was never baptized.
I am the hum pushed beneath the deep,
The unknown reality’s dream.
I am a revolutionist with no weapon,
A coming coup-maker of a forgone generation.
I am the lithe and languid lover,
Swelling in the scripts of poetry—
The paintings on muralled walls beneath marble floors,
The undertow to my melody.
I am the man behind the shadows,
The boy reciting heavenly, euphonious harmonies.
I am in a carnival ride with hypocritical mockers at feast,
But I lace in clown clothes, laughing at their feeble ways.
I am under a cross, eluding the sickle moon,
Interlaced with fragile chastity and all finest things connected to heredity.
I am the music never arranged,
The dim unknown vice behind the backing vocals.
I am not old conversations,
Nor solemnly opposed music far from the waking world of men.
I do not dwell on the past,
Neither do I live solely for the future.
I am a veteran of a war I never fought in,
And a general in a shadow army.
I am the message behind the talking drums,
The incantations of the Royal fetish.
I am the new sunshine of the old rain,
Worthy of my weight in metaphors, verses, and haikus.
I am a 21st-century man living a 1st-century life,
Combining harmonic defiance with the cryptic void of silence.
I get a little tired,
And strangely, wherever I go
Seems a little closer to wherever I thought after I left off.
The Seagull and the Dove
The seagull and the dove
There was a time,
when I thought that,
love would never come...
but as the time goes by...
you've changed my mind.
This vision of you,
goes on and on...
my mind is so alive...
hoping for you,
helps me survive
Chorus
Patiently...
I will keep waiting,
for you
Time flies,
with the wings of love
I'm your seagull,
and you're my dove...
I'll keep waiting,
patiently...
for your love.
Woman,
I've dreamed of us,
together... ev'ry day
A vivid imagination...
but I can't,
find the words to say
I can't think,
of anything...
that I want more
I'll be waiting
here for you...
Now, please make
my dreams come true
Chorus
Patiently...
I will keep waiting,
for you
Time flies,
with the wings of love
I'm your seagull,
and you're my dove...
I'll keep waiting,
patiently...
for your love.
The years,
have passed by quickly...
and now,
I'm old and grey,
And, when you finally,
find me...
Will you,
still love me anyway?
Bridge
I've spent,my whole life, waiting...
for you to come...
I'll keep waiting, here patiently...
until... my days are done.
Chorus
Patiently...
I will keep waiting,
for you
Time flies,
with the wings of love
I'm your seagull,
and you're my dove...
I'll keep waiting,
patiently...
for your love.
Too Good To Ever Last Song Version
Too good - to ever last
Vs1
When we first met, I never thought
that you could ever love me...
You were the brightest star shining
so high up above me...
Bridge
I loved the way you stared, with your sparkling eyes...
I loved the way you laughed, out loud until you cried...
I loved the way you moved, with such grace and finesse...
I loved the words you used, the way you'd catch your breath...
Chorus
Guess it was too good... to ever last
I knew the end was coming... but not so fast
I thought the good times... just might be enough...
I guess you got tired ...of my simple love
Vs2
I remember when you said our first kiss
gave you the shivers...
And every time that we made love,
I'd watch you gently quiver
Bridge
I loved the way you stared, with your sparkling eyes...
I loved the way you laughed, out loud until you cried...
I loved the way you moved, with such grace and finesse...
I loved the words you used, the way you'd catch your breath..
Chorus
Guess it was too good... to ever last
I knew the end was coming, but not so fast
I thought the good times, just might be enough...
I guess you got tired ...of my simple love
Postlude
Now in the heart of the night,
nightmares fade from view
Sometimes when I find peace of mind
I still... dream of you
Wars Turn
Wars Turn
I look around
I see the machinations
hatred burning
world not turning
Try to see what's left of
love's light shining
is love's light shining?
is love's light shining?
Never thought I'd feel like
it's all over
Is it over?
It's all over!
The chance for peace,
was it just an illusion?
so much confusion,
so much confusion
Chorus
When I think about tomorrow
I want to shed a tear
Many hearts are filled with sorrow
their hearts are filled with fear
Distressing just to say it
It's so hard to believe
With madness never ending
looks         like           its...
WARS TURN........WARS TURN
WARS TURN
People hope they will find the answer
what's the question?
What's the question?
Children playing in the schoolyards, helpless
They know nothing!
They know nothing!
Hasn't history's lessons
taught us something?
taught us something
taught us something
Chorus
When I think about tomorrow
I want to shed a tear
Many hearts are filled with sorrow
their hearts are filled with fear
Distressing just to say it
It's so hard to believe
With madness never ending
looks         like           its...
WARS TURN........WARS TURN
WARS TURN
"Life is about taking risks to get what you want."
                                           Quote by _ Adam Lambert
Adam Lambert,
runner up on American Idol 2009. Oh, that hurt !
But with magnetic power and charisma he toured with Queen,
his makeup, flamboyance, costumes and vocals are to be seen.
Adam's first real job was on a cruise ship,
with theater and singing-  his courtship;
he grew up in San Diego,
rising to fame, a Draco ...
a twisting constellation, a starship !
So talented, "music is where my heart is," he declares,
and his performances on stage leave audiences in tears.
On a wild journey, touring, creating albums and singles,
while touring with Queen, gathering awards and accolade sprinkles.
All creation sings your praises,
Thou who angels love to praise.
Singing holy, holy, holy
round Your throne in heav’n above.
Feathered creatures of all species
worship You at each new dawn.
Joining in a joyful chorus
praising You for each new day.
Wind and rain with trees of forest
join in singing praise to You.
Leaves vibrating making music,
as the rainstorm rustles them.
Sun and moon and stars in heaven
praise You their Creator, great.
As the sun vibrates its vocals
moon and stars ascribe You praise.
Let us all as image-bearers
of the God who gives us life.
Join with all of His creation
Singing praises to our God.
Praise Him for the great salvation
purchased by His Son made flesh.
So that man redeemed and ransomed
Will one day with angels sing.
A Song of Hope
Sing for me
A Song
... A song of hope!
Sing for me
A song
... Different from this
Which I hear
everyday!
What song do I hear
On a daily basis?
You query...
... I hear
A Song of pain
A Song of bondage
A Song of anarchy
A Song of deceit
A Song of fear
A Song of hunger
And Songs...
Of POVERTY!!!
Songs of poverty
Amidst plenty...
Songs of the poor
Amidst the rich.
songs whose tunes
turns a man to a goat
songs whose tunes
makes the husband's
sigh
seem to you like the
belated bleating of a
hungry goat
albeit the piercing
moo
of a cow
hit by the fulani's
staff...
The same song
Whose tunes turns
the
Woman to a hen.
She asks her sighing
husband
The reason for his
sigh
But because she is
hit
By the same bullet
She clucks like a hen
Hot in heat!
Can anybody sing to
me?
...A song of hope.
A song which will
Ease the pain of my
people...
...A song of hope.
A song which will
Ease the burning in
my heart...
...A song of hope.
A song which will
Bring salvation to my
kindred...
...A song of hope.
A song which will
Bring smiles to our
smileless faces...
Is there any
Out there with such
a song?
If there is...
Let (s)he come fast
and furious
With the songs
Accompaniments let
him bother not
About. Lots of them
have we!
Just come
Come along to us
With the song.
Ready are we
With instruments
And vocals.
Just come
To sing for us
... A song of hope!!!
