Turning Anguish Part 1

5/21/11-5/22/11
I rule over the night
undaunted with all my might
I have time to spare all I can bare
Watching the hand chime
tugging…pushing…shoving
through whirling toil
that feed the spoil
Perplexing strife
refusing to give up
Power and torment

We are too caught up in our own power
and ruling over each passing moment
each passing night…destroying the twin towers

Who’s doing all the blaming?
Who’s choosing our faults?

I’m tossed…shifting around with uncontrolled anguish
Zipping…tripping over rambling bolts
spiraling into a mad house
Don’t enchant your intolerable voice
I see no love dwelling in this household
Do you seek for your power…
you insufferable traitor?

Seeking our upcoming doom
brewing strife in the heap of ruins
brewing strife while we still leave room
to obey and remain under power
You are assuming the worst
father…mother…
rule over the passing anguish…circling around
stumbling around…not aware
Hey you! play fair

Behave and stay awhile
before you feed the fire that holds sheer vile
Allow love to not be thrown away
into another pile

I grasp no love engrained
In our giving garden
that plants ceaseless approval
Pardon my faults
I was far from comforting sleep

Dread is driven mysteriously
Through an endless night
Moving on the tracks
Forming into an alarming train

Who’s doing all the blaming?
Who’s choosing our faults?
Who did the labor suitably?

worthwhile father…pleasure-seeking mother
Don’t enchant your intolerable voices
and expect us to listen sensibly
Demanding us to do labor
and assist our displeased neighbor
Why do you melt the delight away?
Throwing away a flavor of ecstasy
and put us to glove-less labor
without putting our favor and opinion
into the overlooked pile

Burning agony
dries the buried glee
Saved for a grieving moment
Playing like a warped tune… unable to express
solitude that develops in the heart
raped by the ragged uncertainties
without taking heed of our pleas

These desirable moments
Cherished in the deplorable journey
They weren’t acknowledged by power
Love in those days were brand new
Do you have a clue?
they were cherished...
Bountiful…
stranded in a deserted past
in merciful beauty…caught under the spell

Where did that come to pass?
Where’s the love?
Who’s doing all the blaming?
Who’s choosing our faults?

The Rising Tide of Cyber Warfare and Military Robotics

Robotics - Ex-Machina In the evolving landscape of modern warfare, cyber warfare and military robotics have emerged as pivotal elements reshaping global conflict dynamics. From covert cyber operations to autonomous drones patrolling warzones, these technologies redefine military strategies and geopolitical alignments. They said it all started at Westworld.

The Role of Cyber

Warfare in Modern Conflicts Cyber Warfare as a Strategic Asset - Inception Cyber warfare has transcended its initial role as a supplementary tactic to become a core component of military strategy. It enables state and non-state actors to achieve strategic objectives without deploying traditional military forces.

Through cyber espionage, denial-of-service attacks, and misinformation campaigns, nations can disrupt adversaries' operations, weaken their economies, and influence political outcomes, often without firing a single shot.

Case Study: Stuxnet or Sky-Net

One of the most notable examples of cyber warfare is the Stuxnet worm, a sophisticated malware that targets Iran's nuclear facilities. This cyber-attack, attributed to the United States and Israel, demonstrated the potential of cyber weapons to inflict physical damage on critical infrastructure, highlighting the strategic value of cyber capabilities in modern conflict.

Implications for Global Conflicts Cyber warfare's asymmetric nature allows smaller nations or groups to challenge superpowers, shifting the balance of power and introducing new uncertainties in international relations. The blurred lines between cyber actions and conventional warfare complicate responses and escalate tensions, increasing the risk of unintended consequences.

The Evolution of Military Robotics and Autonomous Systems - I, Robot
Advancements in Military Robotics The rapid advancement of military robotics, including drones and autonomous vehicles, is transforming the battlefield.

These systems enhance operational efficiency, reduce human casualties, and allow new tactical possibilities. For instance, drones provide real-time intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities, while autonomous ground vehicles support logistics and combat operations.

Premium Member Runs Out with Fate

Fast steady steps but not sure where to go
Strong sturdy arms but ready to give in
Warm playful gaze with a hue of sadness
A cursing tongue
capable of sweet innocent promises
Wrap me in your arms
Hide me in your smile
But baby don’t drag me for a mile
Fill me, consummate my soul
A touch that could burn
A look of yearn
Words that could calm my spirit
An embrace that shields me
A smell that rubs off
A presence that could linger
A face that could show me the world
A being that makes life unfold before me

I wish i could be the one
Who could be with you when you are afraid
Placate your fears
Chase the dark shadows of your past
Close your wounds
Heal your scars
I want to be the one to te tell you that
Snowflakes do not taste good
That flowers do bloom in the spring
And that splinters hurt
I just want to be there for you
Make sure that your everything is going to be alright
I want to make you believe
That true love exists
I want to smother you with feathery kisses
If i can't hug you long enough
tell you I love you too often
Know that I believe in us together
Even if it can’t be all that
I have given you the rarest opportunity
To allow you to see my own beauty
All the reasons i have in me
My qualms, realms, pent up emotions
New perspective and even my uncertainties
You have reached that special part of me
Where you could hear my heart flutter
Listen to me when i say nothing a
But i mean something
When you could thrust me deep
In the night sky’s feverish theme
In return you have share with me
A place where we can confront our needs
dreams and unspoken fears
The storehouse of our hope that encompasses
The essence of who we truly are
But when i see a furrow in your brow
A glitch of sadness in those eyes
Or hear you curse and yell
Sense anger in your voice
I shudder with fear but somehow
 make myself strong enough
So i could run and hold you
 rock you gently
Say it's okay baby
In your world where everybody hates
a happy ending story
Let me be the one to say forever and ever
before the end
I hope time will not come when my dawn will break
Giving light to your mind that we are meant
But this time with you is not wasted in sorrow
But spent in smiles
Despite the future’s call
My case i now rest my heart i now give
Myself i surrender before my time slips
And runs out with fate.

Premium Member The World of Expectations Words

The world of Expectations

Expectations, do – in all likelihood – become frustrations.
They, in their painful anger, do become manipulations,
of both – both the aching heart and the fragile soul
and of the one’s you seem to want to know
and would prefer to show.

So, what one must do , is set them free, let them go
so that the seeds, one needs, in order to sow,
might have a chance – into something – grow.
Expectations, therefore laden the load, hamper creation,
making for uncertainties and difficulties in any situation.

WORDS

Words fly upon gossamer wings of invisible angles,
from sources of universal / internal, unseen energy,
to and through the fragile tips of my crystalline,
clear fingers, like specks of light, fireflies
out of the darkness of my mind, to light up,
- in shades of gray or rainbow colours, bright -
the empty spaces that wait to be filled.
Those pieces, - eight and a half by eleven – of paper,
pages I write, - for the sight of others – of shadows
that are cast upon the retinas of the minds that look,
upon, read, see, understand the essence of this old man.

Dawning of this day has come to us in untarnished,
Salvador Dalí, blues, chaperoned by a blinding glow
– that bright, life sustaining, golden orb radiating down –
giving light to this early mornings life, life in this tiny,
portion of this great blue planet – my multi coloured tomb,
my four cornered room, where loony size orbs , of violet,
indigo, blue, green, yellow, orange and red orbit, slither,
– in their cloak of rainbow colours – these coloured comets,
their tails streaking across, upon, all-around an ocean
of material objects, objects of historical value,
objects – a visual representations of , pages of my history
basking in the light of beautifully coloured flakes of rainbows,
drifting, rainbow specks, coloured splotches splashed across
the eggshell white bars of this prison I sometimes inhabit,
this tiny little universe washed in history and colours.

This beautifully coloured day was brought to me by crystals,
chipped at – pieces cut away by the hands of artisans –
by the hand of man to allow light – white and clear –
to be refracted, reflecting, releasing to sight, that which
the human eye is unable to comprehend, to see.
Rainbows filled my day – too bad they could not stay.
Then again, that would be asking to much, isn’t that the way ?

Premium Member Nadir

When the smoky quartz sun
slumbers into a cold winter,
we see the aftermath of a garnet twilight,
it is then, we find rose stars
that refuse to abandon us in shivering solitude,
and beneath snake-skinned skylines of nadir,
   we learn to appreciate
           the truest colors of nature……

Hope is but a hollow rope,
hanging loose on empty lies~
splattered across eclipsed skies,
and this aching heart sighs,
singing to the fallen flowers,
fading into depths of
black-magic silence,
for peace is a distant memory,
frozen within pixelated Polaroids
of poignant pain.

I remember the night
I was unplugged and strangled
in toxic tremors,
slipping into fatigued negligence,
too tired of fighting a
battle with no prudence,
but no one hears the unspoken,
amidst the tears that
croon in tragic tunes.

Now my mind is a muted mausoleum;
weathered and withdrawn,
impregnated with deceased dreams~
and remnants embalmed in poison ivy.
Yet diabolical thoughts
keep whirling
through funeral chaos,
to cloak my conscience in
a glass casket of sleepless uncertainties,
smothering the last breath I held.

I do not seek an orchard
blooming with butterfly orchids
and pristine pansies,
yet, somehow, I am the wrinkled
willow~
awaiting dancing rays
of diamond twilight.

Perhaps this is how a poet grieves,
writing epitaphs with
bloodstained ink,
when familiar faces are
clothed in ivory farewells,
to rest amongst the forgotten,
away from the cruelty that creeps.

I know not the synonyms for healing,
the poems I’ve woven beneath
starry skies now flow undone,
and I am burning,
in my crippling confusion,
pondering why the sun is now
a curse in disguise,
why do I long to walk
through forests of ruins,
where the mauve moon was,
when insomniac
instruments of galaxies
strummed broken strings
of feathered fate.

So take this poem, weave these words
it into the final line
of tasteless satires,
streaming in the
  rhythm of zestless zenith,
for I have no desire to
    pretend and play,
         or swirl and sway
when all I knew now is a
melancholic mystery untold.
So listen to the rhapsody of tears~
I am a frazzled firefly,
eloquently tangled in the
ruthless roots of jinxed junipers.

Premium Member Praise

I’ll praise Him
Through the darkness,
Through the fears and tears,
Through the worries and anxieties,
Through the worst that I might experience

I’ll praise Him
Through the silences,
Through the bitterest defeat,
Through the despair and discouragements,
Through the heartbreaks that bring such sorrow

I’ll praise Him
Through the whispers,
Through the murmurings of doubt,
Through the suspicions and apprehensions,
Through the uncertainties and reservations

I’ll praise Him
Through the dreams,
Through the joy and hope,
Through the beautiful so bold,
Through the kindness and grace

I’ll praise Him
Through the wonderful,
Through the inspirations and bliss,
Through the believing that brings courage,
Through the miracle of His grace, His loving

I’ll praise Him
During the sunlit moments
When the heart needs renewed hope,
When the spirit is downtrodden, desolate,
When the soul needs its burdens lifted, moved…

To give to Him all the praise He deserves
Praise for the serenity and love, the peace from above
Praise for the gentleness of compassion that silences every tear
Praise for the sincerity of a light, a priceless guiding light…
Who brings hearts through the dark, into the glory of knowing
He is there, forever aware – always preparing the way…
For the heart who believes in the One He sent, His Son, Jesus

I’ll praise Him now and forever, with praise that is intent
On offering love that is our most important gift, our greatest
Contribution to the One who makes a way to see the light of day
The ONE who is light and who brings grace that saves – forever
He is always worthy of the love that we offer, the praise that we pose,
The worship that is His even when we don’t know how to show Him…
Our love for Him, the One who makes life worthwhile, the ONE
Who shines His light through our lives, so we can surely survive…
And someday reach out to Him from our heavenly abode, that home
Beyond beautiful, beyond hoping for, that home of love from the One
Who gave us this hope for eternal life – because of His marvelous sacrifice!

Maiden Voyage

There comes a moment in our live's
Be it this day, this year, this night
When all at once we can bare no more
Of life's struggles, strife, and fights.

Not to say we wish to end it
But just to retreat a little while
Like a ship that leaves the harbour
To sail a sea of trials.

To deal with one wave at a time
Tossing and turning with each blow
Of what beguiles us day to day
When riding high or lying low.

Woe betide us the awkwardness
Of discussions with mother-dear
The to's and fro's of where to go
Resulting in life's understeer.

The highs of unchecked enthusiasm
Taking ourselves by surprise
With assurances of what we'll do
Towards the optimistic goal we dare to realise.

'Till at last we meet our pillows
For the truths to flow freely then
The floods of tears urge them forth
As for the first time, reality we tend.

The more we fight the more we fall
So says the back of our tired mind
But hoist the sail of want and drive
And work with the storms design.

Sometimes happenings feel larger than life
More like someone else's than our own
But just play the part and fight none
As is the only advice people seem to condone.

The step up and out can feel more like a fall
The stern ruling dominate over the bow
Severe is the harshness of reality
Of what we must face now.

No step by step instruction
Just a compass and a destination
Through the terrors we must ourselves navigate
It all being part of our confirmation.

The confirmation of what we choose to be:
An ocean liner with ease cruising through?
A fighting, battle worn frigate giving no chances?
Or an honest trade barge plodding through?

Once in a while settling at a mooring
With futures docks in sight
I know I long to stop forever there
And prolong the stillness and calm of this night.

Wether it's calm or just panic beyond measure,
I guess I'll never know
As each song on the wind's a current
That can lift me high or sink me low.

One summers day I'll reach that docks
Of the place I'm meant to be
Far away yet oh so near
I hope that soon the end I'll see.

For now I guess I'll stay adrift
In a sea of uncertainties
And shout once more and again
A young sailor's prayers and pleads.

Be Nearby Me

Be nearby me, get close to me,
my dear goddess
I want your tender mind
and spicy body next to mine.
Hold me close in a warm hug,
kiss my tears and sorrows
While our two bodies tangle.
You touch my body with your fingertips,
Then slowly your lips get together mine.
I can feel those striking feelings,
They feel, so simply celestial.
Come closer to me, my precious.
I have so much love to bestow.
I want to keep sharing it with you,
As long as we both shall survive.

ABOUT THE POET:

Poetry dates all the way back to the beginnings of Humanity. People have always been questioning nature, and the day-to-day existence of themselves and other humans love, death, survival, war, injustice, and the universe are all examples of things that have been questioned by men and woman since the roots of human existence. Whether in nursery rhyme, ballad, jingle, rhyme, anthem, or music, people have found poetry to be an outlet for expressing these questions, sensations, and experiences. People often associate it with strict rhyming patterns, complicated vocabulary, hidden iconic meanings, and difficult rhythmical conventions. Poetry is even taught in school to be an intricate, complicated, inexplicable puzzle. True, poetry is difficult. Sure, it can be harder to understand than prose. However, that is only because sometimes it is involved with your inescapable complexities and uncertainties of your existence. Williamsji Maveli (Williams G Maveli) is an enthusiastic and solid writer. He is a sincere, resourceful and diligent in his poetic work. He is very well connected and networked within the literary community and is willing to take up projects even in his tight schedules. His writings reflect the amount of research on the current events that has gone into it along with his knowledge and expertise in the field. However, Williamsji’s many poems are simple to read, interpret, and understand. His latest book, titled “ARAMVIRALTHUMBATHU…” (On the tip of the sixth finger), is now published and released by H & C Books,Trichur which is a collection of lyrics.

Many Faceted Modern Prejudices

The mind wants to believe in positivity around the globe & when this desire sets its roots, what happens next is a world wide disease 'Globasity'
It spreads like a forest fire but unfortunately its end doesn't come as free and easy as does its Origin or Spread!
But wait, this term is too general !
What are the modern prejudices we want to talk about, here !
The world we are in today has an immensity of problems as well as solutions, lifestyles or rules and regulations !
Be it private, government, or corporate, nothing remains untouched by this abundance !
The most surprising aspect about the term 'Probability' being 'Uncertainties', have different Nature, too !
All this might sound like a jigsaw puzzle but well, here is an attempt to nurture its meaning relatable !
These biases which are far beyond the differences prevailing in minds of an Individual set their roots in 'Perception' !
A misfortune occurring to oneself or some other can get stuck forever if developing strength against any such happenings is not taught since the very beginning.
The study or observance of practicality that develops from the learning of pasts with adulteration of perceptions, at each level !
Another instance is, an embellished wits of someone is a challenge to another but what makes it malign or beautiful is the perception. So, most difficult question out of all this is what builds it and how can it be changed !
Talking physically, it can be changed only by understanding and working towards its betterment.
What creates a stagnation towards its betterment is the adamant mind to sustain adaptability. For others to adapt your thoughts you need to adapt them yourselves first so that you can be understandable and not contradictory, hence, confusing !!
If all you need & want is to run away from the thoughts responsibly, you must take the burden of your decision and hence adapt your lifestyle henceforth. Putting resentment in mind is not good for healthy survival.
So, no matter what the decision is, taking charge is the ultimate solution !
By taking a charge I mean other's success should not develop repentance for your decision but a firmness in chosen path is important ????
