Naughty But Nice

Voluptuous beauty, innocently naughty, and fine,

You tease the mind and in the heart, you suspend time.

Your beauty’s perfection caresses my eyes,

A goddess so radiant, with mouth drooling thighs.

Oh, the pleasures we will have behind secret doors

To making sweet music on the sun set seashores.

Your naughty smile eases the pain,

Yet the flutter of your eyes drives me insane.

Let me delve into the nectar pot as bee on a flower,

I promise you quivering pleasures every second of the hour.

Why does this wrong seem all so right?

As the moon caresses your breasts with the gentlest of light

You whisper my name in orgasmic delight,

I surrender; I obey, without a fight.

What happens to you? What happens to me?

If we caught indulging in life's secret ecstasy.

why…and yet i know…

save those who know
the same womb
few sing my praise…

many wish me low
to fill the waiting tomb—
outing me as if a fueled blaze …

how long will i be their prey…
how long will i be slain at will…
why must i fear each and every day…
why must i fear being today’s prized kill…

is it something
that unfortunately i lack…
or just because
i’m young gifted and black…

of this tell-tale theme
the world and i know
‘cause i remain on the scene
you’re being driven insane
finding i’m of amaranthine fame…

you may kill the dreamer
but the dream will not go away
it’s impossible to exterminate her
new black lives are born each and every day…

one thing i know and this i mean—
you can kill the dreamer but not the dream.

Premium Member Ptsd I Don'T Want To Sleep

I know I'm really tired
I just don't want to sleep
I guess I'm just really wired
Dreams will make me weep

I'm scared to see those things and sounds
Locked deep inside my brain
Make me sweat and wriggle around
Makes me think that I'm insane

Rational thinking is the cure
Its easier said than done
When your thoughts are so obscure
Rationality is to far gone

Stay awake with my relief
Is the action I shall do
My inner thought bare belief
Share them all with you

Anger resentment on oneself
Is a starter just for ten
Nice and calm me sat on the shelf
It's happening all too often

Guilt that burns within ones soul
Is hotter than volcano lava
Need to find the deepest hole
And cool it like a bottle of cava

Worthlessness is another one
But how can this be the case
For advice i give to everyone
But I can't keep up the pace

Failure is the biggest thing
It hits you like a rock
Needing help is so belittleing
You want to crawl into a sock

I could of said an obscenity
In that last verse of course
But this I say with sincerity
I will get back on my horse

These feelings now I've let out
Are because I'm so upset
So I write in form or shout
To be infront of the net

Glad to be on this mortal coil
Walk head high once again
Get sleep at night with no spoil
Black dog inflict no pain

Goodnight "sleepwell"

Premium Member No One Can Get Anyone Angry Faster Than Me

Never fully hidden in the shadows of my mind
Are things I do not speak of for they are no longer important
But they used to be things I dwelled on,
situations and people who hurt me.

Slights so tiny, others might not have noticed.
But I was super aware of teachers who were speaking
of me in a mean way. And there were several for
I was never easy with them or on them.
Catching their mistakes.
Making them super angry.

No one can get anyone angry faster than me.
For I do not like injustice or rudeness and I will
call anyone on it. Always have, always will.
And adults are not always fair because they
do not realize they have time for fairness.

Retaliation is hell, and adults are vindictive.
My childlike pains brilliantly fling themselves
into paintings, cartoons and poetry
for I remember meanness and unkindness.
I remember pinched and angry faces.
I remember being taken advantage of because
I was a mere child. How dare I! How dare them!

I do not dwell on it, but I am
easily hurt. Especially young little, child me.
Because I did not hurt others, and
did not expect to be taken advantage of for my
for my naivety and my insane
crazy need for fairness but I was.

A super computer
Is coming for my lines
It thinks faster than me
By several thousand times

First it was chess
I thought it my domain
I can’t compete now
It’s driving me insane

It’s better and better
Not awkward at all
Feed in an idea
Or Tale rather tall

No spelling mistakes
Grammar precise
The jokes on me
AI ain’t very nice

It can write copy
Or a hit song
Damn it’s so good
I want to sing along

But in the end
It’s no good you see
Writing what I write
Brings joy to me

Artificial Intelligence
No heart or a brain
I prefer human
Forget the mainframe

Inner child wounds

Inner child wounds to condemn or condone. Now a part of me has never grown
Taking care of my mother became my role. Pretending to be a grown up took its toll.
As a child, empty just wanting a father role. Leaving me spent and out of control. Drained and plenty now to resent. Left with these memories. I wish I could forget. Never grown in the ways needed. Only realizing at 44 I feel defeated. Learning about myself in ways I never learned. Left with anger feeling torn. As a child I felt the abuse and pain. Left in silence once again with no one to hear. Left with my thoughts and fears. Unable to ever be washed away. Hurt that subconsciously lingers till this day. Long after the marks disappeared the scars stayed as a reminder of an unimaginable time. Left feeling like existing was a crime. Loved ones abandoning me lost and gone. I knew he’d leave all along. Yet again. Abandonment drew near. I had no tears no emotions left. Numb inside to forget. Left before I had the courage to speak the truth. Witnessing and experiencing the temper that left me scared. All the abuse that remained. My mother broken down again. Numbing herself with multiple men Obsessed with men that seemed to care. More than she was obsessed with me. Left there. For all to see. Innocence lost. Demons fought. Insane is what he made her be. Some of the inner wounds that made me me. Instability exist. A loveless home persist. As a child it’s do as I say, not as I do. To be seen, not heard. To bleed inside of you. Hiding what is true. I never had a mother. I learned to raise myself. As a child I was the one that helped. No normalcy. I dealt. She hid her mental illness well. Created through her trauma and hell. Missing hugs I never got to feel. Too busy in her mind for what was real. Left three generations later unable to heal. Yearning for things I never knew. I cared for myself and the numbness grew. I hid the abuse he put us through. Torment from the only dad I knew. Escaping the truth when he went away. I was only 10. I remember that day. Crying in despair losing the dysfunction that was there. Left with distant pain and grief. Believing all people leave when things get tough. Coming to the realization that my mom gave up. Now left with scars and subconscious fears. Growing out of these impressionable years.

Mom

I never understood her decent into
that maze of jumbled thought
and just
who she was hearing
between the walls of drywall
she would start laughing
as if someone had told her the funniest joke

and then silence
as if someone where whispering between
the echos of her mind
and suddenly
a word salad would emerge
in full flight

I used to worry that it was catching
this state of being
it haunted my days and made my nights
a worrisome blanket
that I wrapped myself in
as a type of vertigo would overtake me
and I found myself
tenaciously grabbing
for reassurance of sanity
in a most
insane
world

Nothing But Blood

Written By: D. Collins 1/28/16

Throughout life you should trust nothing but blood.
That is where you get that unconditional love.
It won’t set you up, nor put you in the cross.
Blood is what you need when it is time to floss.

Anything other, will hand you to your foe.
Maybe from envy, or your stash of ‘Dro.
That’s the times we live in, so please take the nudge.
In the foxhole next to you should be nothing but blood.

We live in a society that is borderline insane.
So, know what you’re doing before you get in the game.
For as long as you live, know there is only one love.
The one handed down by being born of blood.

Fingerless

It's insane how much has changed.
From never talking-
to talking every single day.
I am more attached to you than I am my phone
My 2 addictions combined
Infused with my blood
It is a good thing that you would never lie, right?
My heart has stopped.
Frozen in it’s tracks
When I am down in the dirt, it is your hand that pulls me back
The hand is made of arsenic, little did I know
Slowly poisoning me, while I beg you not to let go
You’re my 2nd addiction.
The only other thing I couldn’t live without
The weight of my phone in my pocket and the weight on my chest when you are away.
I want to break the glass prison that you hide in,
The one that surrounds your heart.
The shards from the glass would shed my skin and I would keep the blood in a bottle,
One that I would keep on your altar while I pray at my knees.
I would use my hair as a rope, one forever attached,
I would tie it around your heart so that you could never leave me again
I would use my tears to boil my eyes so no one would ever question if i have eyes for anyone else
My skin as the carpet of the room I furnish for you with my bone.
But now there is nothing left of me.
Just the pieces I gave to you.
The ones I hoped you would treasure
But you really dyed them blue.
You took the parts of me that I let your arsenic hands touch,
You boiled them blue until I was exactly the kind you liked
You left me there,
Blue on the corner-
Begging you not to drive away.
Not to let a stranger pick up the pieces that you tossed in the waste
Those letters and poems, i filled my notebooks for you
I would have written until my fingers fell from my hands.
One-By-One. Use them as fuel for a fire to keep you warm.
Pick my nails until they bleed.
My blood, all for you.
I would let you drink my soul
And chew on my bones
My heart was left dry-
Thrown out with your junk
Left to rot and cry
I thought we were tied.
Mine heart to yours
But you cut my hair and used it to climb the wall
The one of the room I built and furnished with my bones.
You used my hair and my veins as means for escape
To get away from all I gave away
Now I burn.
My exposed muscle and organs
They thrust for oxygen
But I could only get my oxygen from you.

Disappear

I wanna runaway from
All of these expectations and
If I could escape just for a day
I think I’d be more than okay

It’s hard for me to
Sit down and breathe
With so much
Going on in my mind

My therapist tells me I think too much
Honestly I don’t think I think enough
Cause the best decisions always
Pop up when the problem’s over

If I go insane will you be here?
Would you try to help me?
Even if I acted as a jerk again and again?
Or would just give up and call me hopeless

Seems like it’s been like that lately
Maybe I am hopeless or maybe you are
With you already giving up on me.
You let me down easily, who’s next?

Either way. Imma runaway
Runaway and disappear
