ZowieBowie

ZowieBowie

Cut it into little pieces.
All we are left with are lines that leave us speechless.
Speak no evil. Wishing for peace.
All we see is the future before we cease to be.

Waiting on a better day.
Folded paper, build a way,
Of crossing bridges,
To better places,
With better piano players
And prettier faces.

Whisper me to go direct.
I will walk through fire to pass your tests.
Take my blood, my body, my head.
Use every part of me to need what you get.
Radiohead never misled.
Always spoke the truth to us.
Never forget your teenage bests.
Never forget that one day you will turn to dust.

Man in make-up, do not trust.
Paint his finger nails to not be one of us.
I am indifferent to your indifference.
I will not comply with your judgment day wishes.
My blood is red, the same as yours,
But I won’t spill mine for a worthless cause.

Got a lizard named ZowieBowie.
We can be heroes like David Bowie.
I am all-seeing, all-hearing and all-knowing.
I know I know nothing about a thing you say.
I guess I should, for I am Jesus so eat my dust!

Cry in happiness to do your best.
I do not care about the things you won’t confess.

Starman on stage is a Super Hero.
I am nothing new. Just another Neo,
With a Matrix Mind.
Oh would you mind, telling me the time,
To change your mind?

Scared Princes can’t cross water.
They soon arrive for a dollar, I’ll wager.
Give them no respect for being born,
Into an old world order.
You are no King of mine,
You’re just an ego-wailer.

Count the cost of having no job.
Making money is your struggle to the tippity-top.
When you make it, do you think I will care?
I will only look if you’re waving your hippy hair.

Take a placebo to play electric guitar.
Write a great song and it will take you far,
But if you want to sustain the lines of greatness,
You have to sell your Golden Soul to make it.

Premium Member Happiness

Happiness is scattering herbs of kindness,
watering weathered willows in the wilderness.

Happiness is following lavender streaks of twilight~
gliding across cerulean skies, so bright.

Happiness, a synonymous noun for my precious son,
his lyrical laughter, mirrors the rose moon and sun.

Happiness is wildflower wishes that free flow~
woven with sunflower syllables, amidst inked woe.

Happiness is the dahlia sanctuary of my beloved’s heartbeat,
as home is a frangipani feeling in his poetic retreat.

Happiness is reminiscing magic within violet vapors,
recoloring mauve meadows on watercolor wallpapers.

Happiness is walking away from deceptive witches,
alone, wearing cashmere cardigans with no lethal stitches.

Happiness is indulging in the chocolate flavor, so sweet,
when my cousin bakes hearty muffins, together we eat.

Happiness soars from magnetic melodies of an electric guitar,
harmonizing diamond serenades of my twin-star.

Happiness is an endless emotion of peaceful purification,
when soul feels warmth through internal perfection.

One Must be Certain

Due to an inherent desire
                                               for love
                                     we look to tomorrow
in the sybolance of the day
                                     lovers together as one

                                           living as one
                                       Since we had begun
                                         no doubt about it
                                            it's you and I
                                      devolving such a trust
                                      that matures with age
                                               day by day
                                            as time goes by
                                          love for love's sake
                                              we anticipate
                                               Tears of joy
things to make one another smile
Even if it's not done when
                                              it suppose to be
there is is real reason why
                                            We believe together
                                            comfort one another
a bond between us is why
                                                  Living as one
                                        each day new chapters have
                                                        begun
our love grows stronger as time goes by
                                                marry me for love
                                                  take the chance
                                              uncertain and certain
                                           we'll handle each change
                                                    not alone but
                                                        together
                                                        as lovers
                                                    and as friends
                                              stronger our devotion
                                                  as time goes by

I like it under these shady walnut trees
It is a restful spot where Time can sit and pause
And maybe breathe a little too
The casket is a beauty; alabaster and golden cream

My friends are here and I appreciate their presence
They are sitting in folding chairs in front of my coffin
Their silent heads are respectfully bowed as if in fervent prayer

Or maybe they are listening to the ghost music soaring in the trees,
Like electric guitar birds seeking shade with the night blooms
Maybe they are waiting for me to rise up from there with my song

But it is just a sad madrigal for strings and a prepared-piano—
My choice to share—as these dead leaves descend like lost stars—
Exploding with fire and memories and used-up words

Is my funeral finished now?
How nice of my friends to strew forget-me-nots upon my grave
If only I were truly dead and not standing over here alone
Then I could at last taste the discarded crumbs of life again
What a feast of bones and teeth and dust that would be!

Premium Member If Six Was Lightning and Nine Was Thunder

In appreciation of Jimi Hendrix and Mary Shelley

I am sick of minor authorities,
and my boring life, and those stupid fools -
of my job, order, and priorities.
Strike this mundane existence and these rules.
Rise, Jimi, with your electric guitar.
Ghost of your wild, psychedelic flower -
flash stirring midnight lightning from afar.
Jolt me with true, tempestuous power.
Nature, release me from the doldrums' grip,
Blast away, these cloudless, temperate days.
Come on baby, bring it. Now, let 'er rip.
Light up this flesh, these bones through purple haze,
Like Frankenstein and his beautiful wife,
the lightning and thunder bring this beast life.

We Are Africans

Even with your electric guitar and your drums,
It cannot be compared to our skin made drums.
You still cherish the sound of our music and it value
Despite how hard you tried to make we live life as designed by you.

We are Africans and our history is not all about slavery,
Yeah! It a dark side that when enunciated of will always bring misery,
As we spend centuries building your world in the absolute absence of choice,
Breaking our self-esteem, humiliating our ego, all to silence our voice.

Yet we grew up stronger than you think,
Providing for your factories with just a eye blink,
Despite with all the division you preach,
We chose to play by... as we stretch our hands friendly for you to reach.

Yet you think you are shrewder than us,
And you try to corrupt our leaders whom we trust.
Then paint them black by your media
Those who at the start realize that you are not our friend nonetheless the healer.

You take our rich heritage to beautify you museums,
You still, loot and scattered or kingdoms
Over four centuries you milk our Caws, and harvest our ivory,
You take our diamonds, steal our golds, and all the things you envy.

We are Africans, one made of many,
Rich in diversity, and a culture that you envy,
Skin color that shine, glitter and glow
Even with suppression, oppression yet slowly we grow.

The Antagonist

they implanted a computer chip in her

Simple enough huh?

 He is Sköning
Jag är sexig
Du är så vacke
Jag vill ha dig
Får jag kyssa dig?

occasionally eerie rhythm
Sweeping, lush violins
carry the melody
 dark, heavy cellos and
double basses add
 counterpoint and suspense.
the bold, loud, and
menacing stabs
The backbone of
 the spy sound
 driven by a
 double bass
or electric bass
 a drum kit,
 and piano
Sleazy big-band feel
 provide a moody
Lushy unobtainable
woman kinda feel
heavily twangy, surf-rock
 acoustic/electric guitar riff

 "Vísceras is my name
you only have to hear it once to remember it
such they say."
" Perhaps a lesson in loyalty is needed:
you seem to lack passion:
it's a the enthusiasm for loving me!"
" He trusted to and became unusable,
could it have been the woman lack the kind
and sincere needing for him; or
maybe he just didn't understand the dynamics of
communitive love "
"extraction often leaves the host less favorable doesn't it?"
'Antagon?, The full opposition of what? How dare you!
To define me, How dare you to define me!"

Jimi Hendrix-Played electric guitar with his teeth and left hand
Ripped through scales, held notes, used flames on stage on command

Janis Joplin- Rolling Stone—Her cover enthralling ”Me And Bobby Magee”
Mezzo-soprano vocals and an "electric" stage presence that’ll ever be

Mama Cass- Of "The Mamas And Papas" Singer Alto—perfect pitch
“California Dreamin” rumor she choked on a ham sandwich

Mama Cass was in the club too
but kicked her out because she was 32!

Jim Morrison- “L.A. Woman” His presence quite a sight to see
The Doors, his band, Jim’s buried in a famous Paris cemetery

Amy Winehouse- Jazz singer—her deep, expressive contralto vocals
New York bluesy new Motown sound, knew she’d die young say the articles

Kurt Cobain-Modern day Rock Icon died
lead singer & guitarist of Nirvana, by suicide
Although rumor has it was Courtney Love
Kurt’s death meant he joined the fabled 27 club

The Mane Event - On The Catwalk

The Mane Event - On The Catwalk

And now for something completely different! I invite you to experience this unique blend of music, where this dynamic video brings to life the essence of anthropomorphism, in an entertaining portrayal, highlighting creatures with human-like traits - a total figment of my fertile imagination.

Meet a lion 'With Attitude' so regal and fierce, as he prowls and sets the 'Catwalk' ablaze with his mighty roar, leaving a trail of awe, admiration and respect of the other jungle animals, and capturing the hearts of the lionesses. It's an auditory and visual feast, playing with themes of royalty, bravado, and humour.

Step into the vibrant spectacle of a jungle runway, 'The Mane Event'- On The Catwalk, a Blues Rock anthem bursting with charisma and wit, entertained by an elegantly dressed animal band and set to the gritty and soulful sounds and combines electric guitar riffs with stomping beats and deep, smoky vocals, inspired by iconic figures like the MGM lion. It combines realism with playful, cartoon-like elements set in a fantastical realm.

How does this bold and cheeky lion 'With Attitude' resonate with you? Could you see him becoming a legend on the animal runway?
