Freely admit am more than a bit of a Test cricket junkie
VIP pass doff for punky class of Bazball’s start so spunky
Revel in rocking devil may care peacocking flair so funky
But when stuttered became rather cluttered and clunky
Then Ben not with his men again is still a cheeky monkey
Iffy getting squiffy forgot curfew & in a jiffy all got gunky
Palaver in a lather farce of toff ECB job & gob of slob Key
Smelt wrong the pong not dope has felt old school skunky
Hunky stallion did quaff the trough now rapscallion donkey
Scoff not bob on plunky fob off dob em in for being a flunky
Got a cob on Baz a show off ar*e & Rob chubby and chunky
Sob should burn on the hob as each other’s jail bit*h bunkie
Turn the door k*ob in lob Baz & Bob then Ben lose the key
What went wrong?
Why the fury
And tempestuous storm
The destruction
And watery death
A watery calamitous agent
What was it for?
Born and Unborn babies
Great Generals
With potential destinies
Flooded out hurriedly
Technological advancement
Could not apprehend your design
Typhoon Ben
You Succeeded
Men were carried
Like leaves on water
Houses were swept
Like pebbles on a floor
Your watery muscles
Wreaked Pains
Involved groans
On the populace
In a split second
I thought I saw you grin
Why the grin
You need recognition
A notorious one
Like a wave
You came
And returned
Typhoon Ben
What went wrong?
Why the fury
And tempestuous storm
The destruction
And watery death
Typhoon Ben
Billy Bob Bear was on an adventure on a bright, breezy day
Birds and bees swarmed in to light his path, to show him the way
Bunnies were hopping along, in a hippity hoppy sashay.
It was going to be an adventure that would make him laugh and play.
His cousin Big Burly Ben came along and asked if he could go too.
As pirates, they sailed a ship round the bend, with a hullaballoo.
I’m on board said his friend, Bitsy Bumblebee Bear, fingers full of goo.
She brought honey cakes and a picnic basket with an emblem of blue.
Bees and birds were intrigued, entranced and followed the crew.
Sailed from New York to Cape Canaveral before they were through.
They washed their laundry in the ocean, also where they took a pooh.
They had a great time playing a guitar also, these cousins, bears two.
Oh, maybe I forgot to mention that after their lunch Bitsy did not fit.
They had gotten bigger; the bunnies had joined them post-knit.
Billy Bob and Big Ben welcomed then, pretended to be close knit.
For they needed tasty lunches, on their adventure, post wit.

She lies naked on the blooming heather
Whilst her Highlander drinks from the stream
This Princess from the Med, closes her eyes as if in a dream
His cold hands ignite, as she awakens in trance like stare
Her hazel eyes looking into his blue, in awe as he kneels so bare
His hands in adventurous roam, her thighs in delicate touch
Their paradise in prepare, below the Ben they enter their clutch
Her locks from her cheeks are brushed
Revealing her beauty that has captured him so
This giant with such tenderness, excites his Princess to glow
His touch makes her body writhe, her sighs echo throughout the Glen
In sync their breathing increases, as her eyes view the Ben
Arched in body share, their love deepens in their abyss
Lips in joyous join, as an Eagle soars and views their bliss
Tethered to each other they are, hands now clasped together
From the stream he returned, naked she lay waiting in the heather

Makes me giddy…that most ferocious...
Precocious host & toast of diddy men....
Spunky cut sl*t....Ben...sweep junkie....
Funky monkey boast...squat & chunky..
No ruddy fuddy duddy
Croney…phoney baloney
Bucket Hat Duckett isn't
A bloody one trick flunkie..
But a gung ho show pony
In good nick..ramp champ.. taking the mick..
Willy nilly picks...slick flicks
From Sehwag's brag blag
Swag bag of tricks..
Sometimes sinner..silly billy snicks..
Winner against spinner or the quicks…
Heaven sent style…bat on ball, hell bent on heaving..
Tops them all…by a mile...leaving just 2 percent…
Never a defender...run pile smile..despite his trials...
Repeat offender...defiles with wiles & guile…
Never ending..peaky blinding..
Cheeky spellbinding Virender bender..
Nowt finer than our own homegrown wristy
Trippy Mr Whippy with a double 99ner..
Crave heroic stoic diddy Dave darlings..
Rave about our little fave…
Sending snarling gnarly
Giants to their grave…
Thanks to our tiny shiny
Spank tank in the phalanx ranks…
Simple cricket gambit...
See it..hit it..as you see fit..
Nifty impudent imps giving it large…
Sneaky shifty sprites living it large…
Name in lights..plucky puckish lucky zen…
Cocky stocky men..slap happy..
Bucket hat Ben Duckett..
Our diddy giddy wee chappy!

Baby Benjamin is here!
Oh, what a precious
Little dear!!!
After more than thirty hours of pre-labor, which progressed
to a long heavy labor for my precious daughter, Baby Ben
was born about an hour and a half after this prayer posted.
Praising our God and Father for this precious little baby boy
and his beautiful mommy!
"A woman when she is in travail hath sorrow, because her hour is come: but
as soon as she is delivered of the child, she remembereth no more the
anguish, for joy that a man is born into the world." ~ John 16:21 KJV
"Lo, children are an heritage of the Lord: and the fruit of the womb is his
reward." ~ Psalm 127:3 KJV
"Children's children are the crown of old men; and the glory of children are
their fathers." ~ Proverbs 17:6 KJV
A new day awakens in a bonnie Scottish Glen
As I await the morning sunshine peeking over the Ben
Standing at the door of my centuries old croft
The wild fern's arise as the rays makes them loft
A calming soothing trickle delights my morning ears
Meandering through purple heathers as it's done for many years
Hooded crows show their presence, then silence in quietness fall
In timid look they perch, as they hear a Golden Eagles call
The baaing of the sheep resonate from down the Glen
Freedom to roam they are in the land of crofting men
Above the sun now shines amidst a sky of Saltire blue
This land of clans and tartans, through my eyes you'll see my view
Upon the grass I sit, as I marvel at my surrounds
And my desire for a maiden, to share my Highland grounds
A mid morning stroll I take to absorb just where I am
I start thinking to myself, "aye I'm one of Alba's sons"
Phonetically that’s what my name
means in Japanese, I’ve been told.
My name has a synonym.
My name is in the Bible.
Maybe one day, folks will say,
“Holy Ben!”
My mentor also has my name.
He’s on the $100 dollar bill.
We are both very electrifying
and I like having him in my pocket
even though I'm not gay.
My favorite car company is Mercedes.
I owned one once
that had turbo and a diesel engine.
Just like me, our exhaust stinks and is visible.
I stand out in a crowd
with my voice and bamboo flute.
I play in parking garages and down back-alley ways.
Good acoustics.
Playing Jethro Tull and Calypso
puts me in a trance.
Makes it hard to sit still when all I want to do is dance.
So, I usually dance and prance like Pan.
I was probably Krishna in another lifetime.
But not now. I eat meat with my vegetables.
When I play the Star Wars theme,
it sends me out to Space.
When I play ‘In the Jungle,’
it sets the Beastie in me wild and free.
When I play ‘Amazing Grace,’
my spirit soars and flies.
I like getting the Thumbs Up
from the Band, and not just the crowd.
I have stage fright, so I need a helping
hand to make it up on stage.
But once I’m up,
I rage!
I have this recurring dream
with me in the spotlight
high up on a platform.
I’m sitting on my porcelain thrown
and there's a huge crowd below.
I have horns and a halo.
I sometimes grunt
when playing flute or singing songs.
I’m not ashamed to be a poet.
Even though I don’t know It.
Or grow It or pretend to flow It.
I prefer to freelance out loud in song
but the silent pen can’t be wrong.
I am the Ben!
Dare to dream Ashes nightmares it seems reawoken
Token words spoken after scares & flares teams broken
Dafter peacocking then rocking no blocking just shocking
Mocking laughter of the ghost of Christmas future knocking
Host boast from coast to coast toast as England roast
Boiling..recoiling..toiling & broiling this is our last post
Our iridescent flaming proper copper haired laird
Incandescent flairs no taming his despairs we all shared
Luminescent cares blaming Bazball heirs ill prepared scared
Stoic brawler our defiant mauler on a leaking reeking trawler
Too reliant on our brilliant defiant resilient glowering giant
Big Ben set up camp crippled by his men again & ripples of cramp
Overpowering pain courses through every vein towering skipper & champ
Heart on his sleeve…makes us believe in a reprieve heroic Firestarter
Immensity of intensity.. O Captain my Captain..our smarter martyr
