Please Pray Baby Ben Is On His Way Updated He's Here

Baby Ben is on his way
                               Mommy's labored
                                 Night and Day
                               Grammy's worried
                                         OH
                                   Please pray!

                              For those of you who
                                   lifted prayer
                               God heard them!
                                  Thank you for 
                                    your care 

                            Baby Benjamin is here!
                              Oh, what a precious
                                  Little dear!!!
                                
                             
     After more than thirty hours of pre-labor, which progressed 
     to a long heavy labor for my precious daughter, Baby Ben
     was born about an hour and a half after this prayer posted. 
     Praising our God and Father for this precious little baby boy 
     and his beautiful mommy!
 
  "A woman when she is in travail hath sorrow, because her hour is come: but 
   as soon as she is delivered of the child, she remembereth no more the 
   anguish, for joy that a man is born into the world."  ~ John 16:21  KJV

I was visiting their home yesterday, and she and her husband are still in such awe of this tiny little precious baby boy! I have a double dose of 'awe', my once baby girl, brought this baby boy into the world. I look at his beautiful face and see traces of her newborn face so long ago, God is so good! My grandma told me once when I was a busy young mom looking forward to when the babies were all grown and I could have a great sigh of relief and rest, that it was a vain hope in some ways. She told me that my heart will grow to love and worry and pray for each grandchild, and then great-grandchildren as they were born. She was right! Oh, yes, I was pouring my heart out to God on my knees, and felt a lot of anxiety for both my daughter and her little baby. They told me that at about the time I posted this poem they were really going through some scary stuff, he just didn't seem to want to leave his comfy little home...but he needed to, his heart was showing signs of the stress from the long labor. My daughter was utterly exhausted, she hadn't slept because of the long labor. She's so happy now, and her little tiny baby boy is doing so well. He's absolutely a beautiful little bundle of joy! <3
