My God,
I thank you for your light
to shine upon my path this day.
May I see all whom I meet
with your eyes,
with your compassion,
with your empathy.
May I hear as you hear,
act as you would act,
speak as you would speak,
With all whom I meet this day.
May I get out of the way
so you can walk through me
to do your will.
I give back to you
your gift of this day.
May I live these gifted hours
as would you
Until sunset returns
another end of day.
My God
I thank you for your light
To shine upon my path.
Living in the shadows but you still hold my heart
No light at all for me since the day we did part
Pleading for a sunray to feel again with love
Cursed into blackness no more illumination from above
Torn from the balance of equal light and dark
Wanting to burn it all just so I could see a spark
Knowing that forever I exist in this gloomy place
Waiting until the day when I can see the light upon your face
Sealed in walls of ice
My heart locked; frozen frail,
Ragged shardsduk-taped
After a swift fall from grace
Grim view of my shackled fate
Opening my mind
In order to see clearly
Amending time lost
Moving forward yet refrained
Seeking a promising path
Lily's, daisies, rose's,
Stoping to sniff as they bloom
Staring at the stars
Burning like a tigers eyes
Meek child I am no longer
Reach for heaven
To chase inner most desires
Stroking fire within
Aspiring to heights untold
Letting inner light shine o

You cast your light upon me Jesus
Never to fade away
Your light is all consuming
My destiny awaits
In the dark of the night
You whisper for me to hear
Everything is alright
Everything is ok
I am here with you today and always
Here I am
I am the great I am
Wiping clean the slate
You fill my heart with your love
It cannot be contained
Your love is all consuming
Overflowing from heavens gate
I hope Im worthy of your love, a candidate for your heart.
So that I may join the angels above, and escape from the dark.
You truly are beautiful, words cannot describe
how lucky I am, to have once looked in your eyes.
An angel in sight, this here is what you are.
Throughout the lonesome night, I wish to hold you in my arms.
I could write for hours, maybe even for years
to describe the delicate flower, that stands before me here.
Here I lye alone, with only you on my thoughts.
And one thing I know, I may have found what Ive once sought.
Your an angel in my eyes, you bring light upon my days.
You truly make me smile...please dont go away..

R endering the soul with Light
A ttaining value in heart and mind
H umbling one’s core to succumb
A glow with faith in word, in action
L ife of lore, wisdom, and thought
B ringing succor in days of anger
R esting peace in days of fear
A betting in need, in dismay, in grief
I now shall endeavor to remit, to pray
K eep my promise to Thee, Allah,
I shall live…I shall strive... I shall be…
