How to steal the wealth in this town?
This question was high on the dockets.
Oh yes, the wealth would "Trickle Down,"
But, only reached "Senator's Pockets!"
Results delayed by Washington's games,
As the panic and chaos mounted.
All were too weak to face the flames,
As we got filleted and counted!
The debate would never be won,
The argument was one-sided.
While some was blinded by the sun,
ALL were conquered and divided!
Today's parents better protect,
Lambs, you call, son or daughter.
Those affected by their neglect,
Will be led into the slaughter!

"A Soldier's Prayer"
Could I...
Make it right for them?
Should I...
Take the fight to them?
When I...
Pray it stands for them,
Then I...
Lay my hands on them.
But I...
Save no strife for them,
Cuz I...
Gave my life for them.

How mild spring comes in
the magic of nature bound
with many soft curls
They crouching close together
folded in each other's hearts

The school bell rang and out they came, fiddling,
all the while, a bright sunny smile bursting,
out in the playground then contemplating,
what more fun and games are there for playing,
teachers looked at the hush field, pondering,
ado of the silence of the lambs, thing,
thought their indulgence will be, obliging,
their final idea was exciting,
the playground alive till school bells ringing,
inside happy kids, with teachers, fiddling.

Coffee creamer
A streak of moonlight
A scent of sunlight
YOU ARE NO
I am the wrong way
Unlearn
Yield.

For a dead debt sealing
exactly how should you call
Jimmy Carter directly in solvable white house only to digress
the ever mystic Angelita?

Will of Tudela
Whose zeal burned for the white wolves
Against Languedoc's black lambs
Nameless soul of gold
Guided by heaven's muses
Pitied the southern pastures
Poem inspired by The Song of the Albigensian Crusade, a medieval epic poem written by two authors who had contrasting views of the crusade (explored in this Sedoka poem).

Early spring field and scattered daffodils,
Framed in by the ethereal green hills.
Sun sweet warmth falls behind and tries to gain
As gray clouds drift, a calming sprinkling rain.
Under the dappled shade of the tall free
Laden with rich white blooms Bradford pear tree
A wooly ewe milking her small lambs, lie
Contently tucked resting until clear sky.
Baa-baa, scamper, and leap among the field
Awaiting time as mama made them yield.

Soldiers at war
Boots in the mud
Fought by the poor
Paid for with blood
Death on the fields
Death from the sky
Nobody yields
Too many die

It's always the impoverished
that get it worse.
On occasions the wealthy
get it,
but the poor
can expect to get it worse.
Mother Nature
goes for the weakest buildings,
the driest wood,
the lowest,
most fragile among us
The meek often end up
precipitously dead.
Often, I ponder
about inheriting the Earth
I mean, is it worth it?
Often, I wonder if lightning bolts
especially single-out the meek.
I guess it's good to be special.

When her ewe Sally had twins, naming them was easy for Nelly.
They would either be Salt and Pepper or Peanut Butter and Jelly.
Her brother asked, "what about Jack and Jill or Bread and Butter?"
Nelly was irritated, he was bothering them; she ran to tell her mother.
Triplet lambs are rare, it only happens 2.3 percent of the time.
But Sally gave birth three times today, the neighbors all chime.
Huey, Dewey and Louie or Cat in the Hat, Thing One and Thing Two.
They were determined to help Nelly name them – red white and blue?
Nelly was excited by the baby lambs three.
She sat with Sally, and petted them, feeling carefree.
A photographer came by and took her photo; she was a beauty.
He suggested the names A, B, and C, as if it were his duty.

Strange wind puffs like curses in the air
Fine maidens in a devious stare
Silent lip blows, bold but unsure
Like puppet minds played in obscure
Shady shadows lurking in the dark
Hearts steered by a shiny spark
For the light of amber is too hard to resist
Pristine selfdom is too seldom to exist
The title was inspired by a martial arts movie

To keep us safe they came for our guns, then our thoughts
we had to sleepwalk for exercise.
We became fat and lazy,
fed as we were on manipulated lamb offerings.
They sent us to war against ourselves.
Then the soil itself surrendered
allowing the sky to wash away our history.
The younger people had no memory of us,
however, they taught us to be good
and never talk of how it was before the big people
made us happy.
