I cherish your dreary safe house; I share your cover trick.
The nightfall apparition is unmistakably pitiful, not majestic.
Alone, yet not the only one, I walk around my sorrow phobic
Almost when a heron offers a final chance, it is laded with panic.
The maelstrom witch hurls an illuminated usurper mystic.

Epiphany

As I came upon a lea,
flourishing both sides a verdant green, till I see
there, an ardent singular apple tree

twas in the stark midst,
with a solo trunk with a mid twist,
adorned with succulent fruits as it lists,

heavily laded being sparingly red,
I thought to myself tis be an epiphany in its stead,
for it grew in a golden poppy spread,

yet, stranger still, tis be naught Spring,
for the tease of Winter bring,
its chilly wrought sting,

by and by, a passerby says to me,
that be a Winter Apple Tree,
fruits are "Keeper Apples" to be,

twas naught an epiphany I saw,
But twas an added puzzle to my jigsaw,
nevertheless, twas my, "A-ha".

Emphasis On the Extra G

When the river Niger
swiftly flowed into America,
business as usual
was auction conducted —
thru a Diablo Middle passage

Chain pain deals
being Faustian sealed,
on a Mississippi River Styx ferry steamboat

Dark body cargo,
ebony souls from the delta river Niger,
saw their muddy hopes
sinking ...
when they were laded
upon the Euro long ships like cattle

This Grand money-making scheme
was a Pharaoh’s dream:
Canyon coffers was bottomless widening,
as far as the naked eye could see

The leather-voiced whips
backside spoke to the river Niger sullen eyes
with cruel impunity —
Flicking bifurcated emphasis on the extra G

River Niger bosom willow woes
wept for godly intervention,
on behalf of their iron-ore idol interest

Having hateful others
place Gentile emphasis on the extra G
River Niger stolen children
were given
a scarlet letter derogatory word legacy

Esdeath

Lack of emphatic, deemer of the weak
In the icy plain feelings of desolation, embedded to the cowards
The fallen lie in the snow of red and white
Laded deceased as the wind blows cold
Ravage the unworthy, scourge them with pain
No qualms to stay under the grey sky
No wrath greater than that of the Ice queen
Their lungs grow frozen collapsing in fear
Cold nature sadist control
Esdeath
With Teigu, she is whispering abyssal kill
Mother of all that is battle, can you feel the madness drawing near
Wreaking havoc on the unjustified
Crumbled fragments of lost souls
Possessor of demon extractions
Lead with power, lead with kiru, lead with manipulation
Time and space controlled by god
Rapider wielding slayer
Victims decomposing in the freeze

Beneath the Surface

vastly
irrational
perspective
invades the
mind's eye
of a heart
full of unmended
emotionally
laden pain
that laded just
beneath the
hearts surface

* Anyone interested can go to google and ask
to see photos of Egyptian curved knives and
you shall find this one within. It is shape so my
friends..I do hope that you enjoy....mi

P.S. the pharaohs commanded the slaves to
carve or they would meet the above

P.P.S. Please take notice of the, "y" on the
seventh stanza..on my Micro word it was
emphatically the curve to the "y" to give
the authentic dagger look...unlike here on
the Poetry Soup....lol

Prancing Rainbows In the Sky

We are the children of the dry ground;
A dust bowl of empty arid fields
is all our eyes espy
On barren land
…our voices cry

Clouds darken as we watch the sky;
Carousel dreams of balloons
filled with water
ready to burst
… our voices sing!

Romping the horizon, riding high…
Thunder prances its hooves
as lightning ripples
our rainbow visions!
…our voices rejoice!

Dissipating dreams of children’s wishes…
Merry-go-around horizon winds
chase rain laded clouds
from our view
…in unison we sigh

We are the children of the dry ground…
Hope remains within our vision
Waterless day dreams
evaporate our vision
… our voices cry

Vesture

I care not for such things
yes you cast your eye on
my holey socks...

...for my pockets not laded
with gold coin...

...truth visits me...these riches
we do not feast...

...I care only for my love...

...my poems for her I scroll...

...to daily work hard...the wolves
from the door I fend...

...with luck celebrate a goblet of ale...
at days end...

...my hair is shaggy I care not...
...my hair is grey I care not...

...I care only for this bliss...
...my loves smile and her morning kiss...

I care not we without great honor...
for we have discovered each other...

...for without you I will ever mourn...

...for my heart forever will be wrenched...
from you apart my heart will be torn...

...from you apart my love will not be...
for this love I will not tend...
