She rises where the lotus opens its quiet petals of light.
Moon-water gathers in her palms, spreading forgiveness.
Carried by unseen winds, even the smallest cry finds her.
She listens the way seashells do—holding whole oceans in silence.
Her compassion moves like dawn through a shuttered room.
Suffering unthreads itself in the in the warmth of her gaze.
She walks the earth barefoot, blessing what she does not name.
Every step plants a seed that remembers how to bloom.
Human hearts steady themselves in her presence.
Through her, the world remembers how to be gentle.
LEE KUAN YEW
A shining star in the Asian sky,Lee fondly,Singapore friendly.
What’s the definition of dedication? if one asked,say Lee.
Masons build mansions but nations only by true sons like Lee.
A magician doing wonders with the magic pole called A/c on workers to grow on his Cold War!
Reverting Sea water is science but sweat into sweet Lee sense.
Singapore is a success story written by Lee.
The dream of making Singapore a Colombo done.
The dream of making Colombo a Singapore is fun!
SNAKES (XI)
Temptation always comes in a pretty package;
they were caught between two worlds,
worlds apart. The reason for snakes
in the grass is to make elephants dance.
You were the candle leading him out
of the darkness, now you want to extinguish
his flame…you can’t have both ends
of his soul.
“I’m only forty!” Her words ringing, singing,
stinging his ears like a swarm of bees.
Locked in his silence, regret for a bed…
What hope is he entitled to?
The sky is bleeding stars and the Milky Way
it’s scar. Kuan Yin is humming a mantra
but there is no mercy for him now. She
disposes of people like he expels wind.
Does the cobra love or hate the flute?
When the air passes over the opening why
is the serpent compelled to dance?
Is it hate he feels for the music or romance?
Reality is the elephant on his chest and
he has faced that demon before and won.
Guilty hearts and broken dreams, Bok Hane,
can you live with the truth and be free?

"Death comes in time to each man,
Dear memory transcends span."
Glimpse of familiar face
Gone to eternity,
Fond memory we trace
Frames immortality.
This much we all know:
We thank you gratefully
Though we did not know
You personally.
Our hearts feel sadness still
Where secret tears still flow,
Our loss finds deep reveal
No one can ever know.
Thus we do remember
How we got to now and here,
Our people now ponder
How to live purpose most dear.
So here we now forge anew
A bold Singapore story;
Fondly we remember you:
Etched our living legacy.

"To the young and the not too old,
I say, follow that rainbow, go ride it."

Reach and attain that dream you seek,
Aim with brave heart that glorious ride;
Inscribe and gain that distant peak,
Nurture fine art to best the tides;
Be willing then to sync with flow,
Observe fond tact and spread your wings;
Work rainbow span where dreamer goes.
Do groom grand act as dream now springs,
Realise the gift daring accords,
Excel the way of pursuits grand;
Answer and lift what zest affords,
Mindset shift pays you brilliant trends;
Exploit the dance of pristine heights,
Rise to the stance of rainbow light.

On this fine day, we remember:
Urge compels zest to plant this tree,
Race Saturday's April shower,
Touch knows a quest in ritual spree;
Enact a sign that tells of you,
Mindful of grace and destiny,
Bear words and lines, niche tree and hue;
Use capsule trace, watch time tarry;
Sound memory greets history,
Under the earth for fifty years
To tell truly your legacy;
Reach for new mirth as time endears,
Etch Lee Kuan Yew in fact and plot;
Expound what's due on this "red dot."

See true legacy when death takes you away:
Each person sadly pays respect today.
Each feels gratitude for your kind caring:
A sure attitude Singaporeans string.
See the crowds and queues that come to thank you:
Tears long overdue tell of Lee Kuan Yew.
Each face in mourning since your sad demise:
Each man addressing sad shock and surprise.
See what you have wrought from emigrant tribes:
All ages share thoughts as outbursts describe.
Each man feels something for our dead hero:
One last word to string as heartaches feel flow.
See the grateful hearts sigh outspoken grief:
Your leaving jerks parts that treasures achieve.
A Singapore tribe will live your spirit:
Your fond words described a people discrete.
See for one last time how a nation mourns:
An outstanding rhyme your great life has sown.
Each side by side sees a future right here:
Let Singapore be excellence endeared.
See and Rest In Peace for all will be well:
We will never cease to fashion prized spells.

Singapore
Tears pour like rain
Flooding the drains
So many wait
Love's never late
No more scoldings
No more smiles fling
~~~~~~~~
Just see the crowds
Hearts speak so loud
Death's final date
Is never late
No more lectures
To mend fractures
~~~~~~~~~
Because of you
A nation queues
Our hearts feel sad
You made us glad
No more Kuan Yew
To care for you
~~~~~~~~~
You are no more
From these fine shores
One last farewell
We queue to tell
Who can forget
That unpaid debt?
~~~~~~~~~
Each man right here
With solemn tears
This long, long wait
To reach that gate
No more debate
To instigate
~~~~~~~~~
Round twist and turn
Bear sun tan burn
Tears ooze and flow
Teary eyes know
No one like you
To match your cues
~~~~~~~~~
You're the reason
For rich seasons
Yes we all come
To square the sum
To one we owe
Here at the door

Singapore
Stillness speaks charm
In sculptured grace;
Silence now farms
Bliss in kind face.
Silence now floods
A soothing balm;
Feel pulse of blood
Echo pure calm.
Such a firm poise
On lotus grounds;
Glimpse beyond voice
In rapture found.
Textures and lines
Of craft that styles;
A touch divine
Brings radiant smile.
Rapture and peace
Inspire fond thoughts;
Touch of clear ease
In purge of plot.
Closed eyes reveal
Soul elegance;
A touch now heals
In bright brilliance.
A lotus pose
In a new light;
Truth in pure dose
Brings clear insight.
This sculpture tells
In bone china;
Fond spirit dwells
Love's agenda.
In a clear light
A message flings;
Sense now the flight
Of hidden springs.
Sense calm mercy
In face so pure;
Kuan Yin Lady,
Trance that allures.
