Parts of me wants to die, parts of me wants to cry and yet part of me wishes I could fly far off from here, parts of me want to know what makes you think you are better than me. Selfishness, greed, jealousy, envy, and strife, someone remind me how we ever have properly functioned living this life. You judge me, you belittle me, you incarcerate me, poison me, you beat me down with your ignorance and your ineptitude and on top of that you wear you privilege like it's yours and only your exclusive brand. You treat me like I don't matter, and your agenda should be my foremost priority. Sooner than later, parts of me will no longer exist. Thank you for allowing me this opportunity to speak to you about these different parts of me.

Penguin gave a hearty shout!
At last his girlfriend was out!
She must have had a bit of clout.
Or the judge had some kind of doubt.
Anyway, penguin thought, do not flout
The fact that you are now out, out, out
For the court could still go another route
And incarcerate you with another lout.
Penguin’s girl was a wee bit stout
She had gotten out but not without a pout
Jail is not something that she doth spout
But she is thrilled to be out out out

New day, same day;
Depression drips
Hot on tortured meat.
Bloated grime and
Still doing time,
For beating shrinks
Just for fun we think.
Of grievous thoughts,
Of solid waste
In dampened corners
And diaper paste.
Spit trash and tinsel,
On souls unmeasured
For your child's redemption,
Or thoughts uncensored.
Back to paradise.
Wrong turns incinerate
Your blood and your mood
These brains incarcerate.
Get forked up into
Some greedy god's mouth.
Limp and lame
To rise up the South.
And your prison is yours
Made out of rock
And fried dung heaps of verbs
And fool's nouns and slop.
And the Words continue
As if looking for bliss
That you can dive into,
Just another swing and a miss.
One addiction, one penny
One car and one wreck
We kiss so slightly
The nape of the neck.
Of time driven to sorrow
Time is sliced into fours:
Drinking, dancing
Pills and a whore.
Jump and swirl.
Blasae blah.
All gumption is gone
Hallelujah.

Recondite River
David J Walker
How easy to live
on lies and stale air
to color within the lines
of pedantic pages
pleased with the accomplishment
of a predetermined outcome
How easy to flow with the
Current of the incarcerate river running
Between banks that will
Never be robbed nor deposited
You must go your own way believing
The river is a God that has only
The best intentions on a trip from
Here to some unknow elsewhere
Nameless space on blank pages
Turned with only the warning
Of another days dawning on
A mission of false forming
of what seems to be the variant
of another recondite day

Emotions run deep to the core
I've eaten so many shrooms they should be growing out of my pores
My mushie girl just wants to show me the secrets about the universe and more
Psilocybin just wants to get inside your soul and enlighten
Big Pharma wants you addicted to Fentanyl, Xanax, and Vicodin
Pharmaceutical companies just wanna ruin our lives again... and again.. and again
They don't want cures they just want you taking some kind of medication
This ensures there profitization
They are the root of the Meth and Opioid pandemic in this nation
Is it so crazy to believe in the power behind our plants
Is it so crazy to go on with these psychedelic rants
I think it's crazy that we all serve our government like little worker ants
For what? For our government to lie to us about every substance they fear
It's because they know the control they have is near
They know we are educated and we are going to prove these truths they covered up
They take tax money for marijuana and still incarcerate our family members
One day my footsteps will be remembered
As soon as corruption is finally dismembered

Why do you want me
To shoulder your bags?
That are made of filthy rags
Yet this seems to make
You quite glad
Can’t transport your own stuff
Enough is enough
You are a vagrant incarcerate
But the only thing you can
Say is “I’m so sorry”
For what congesting decades
Of my life, even you realize
Nothing about our history
Has turn out to be genuine
A wanderer of a forgotten era
Keeping in touch
Only to give me a rush
Of the paraphernalia you can’t let go
You are a hobo
That does not comprehend
The meaning of “hell no”

The most beautiful morning I have ever witnessed.
Mesmerising expanse of cumulonimbus clouds.
Pull me up there.
Keep me alive or make me dead.
I want to fly up in the air.
Misty clouds plunking down from the celestial dome.
Oh! gravity is losing its control.
I want to glide through the clouds, evanesces and shines.
Pull me out of this cage.
Free me from this incarcerate.
I want to write on your grey slate.
Let me come up, let me gyrate.

Shebetheria was excited beyond excited.
Today was the first day she was able to conjure an elixir
Since she was released from the spell of the Dragon Maker.
She had made a mistake and accidentally turned his family
into squirrels and elves, and she had to forfeit six years of her life
to pay for this tiny mishap.
She began to toss her potions together, anxious to try ideas
she had been conjuring and contriving for the past six years.
The Dragon Masker stopped by to watch.
Any chance you could get my family back? He asked, hopefully.
She did better than that. She instantly turned him into a squirrel.
Not only can he join them now, but he cannot tell on her
or incarcerate her.
How smart was that? She asked herself.
A giant vision came out of the cauldron and laughed with her.
You are about to find out, a hollow voice said from the cauldron.
It was the Dragon Masker's voice.

From the broken strings I compose
Lyrics of thy song
And from the sullen vales
Of thy art do I endure
struggle through the doorsteps
Of another world of praises
And ruin down my history
For the tales of a common man.
I was neither heavy to poke
At the realms of life
Nor do I sign to make wonders
For wonders are miracles of Divine
And Divine is a miracle Himself
To confirm the merits of being one.
All those doubts shall pass beyond
And shall mark a hermit's word
Written like fables of a gloomy life
And all those objects shall succumb
And fall prey to the ultimate reality,
From one lonely person shall I rise
Like a scary poet of my era
In the dark secrets of a troublesome life
Only to incarcerate our unborn tale.

"Consistency"
by: Eric L. Boddie
Contemplate, debate hate
Rate state magistrates
Mate great fates
Wait....date late
Deflate straight weight
Emancipate inmate traits
Dissipate irate gates
Indicate! Investigate! Litigate!
Incarcerate? Degradate? Incinerate?
Rejuvenate! Captivate! Demonstrate!
Innovate! Motivate! Fascinate!
Anticipate! Dedicate! Articulate!
Communicate....congratulate....exonerate
Infiltrate....penetrate....interrogate
Implicate! Detonate! Annihilate!
Separate? Segregate? Disintegrate!

My thoughts you dictate,
I can't do enough to escape,
It's like my whole soul you've raped,
Turning me into someone I hate.
I ing hate you,
I can't shake you,
How can you elate me
When all you did was berate me,
You had to dominate,
Using your love to intoxicate,
For you to manipulate me,
Incarcerate me
Now all I do is medicate,

Courts can free
or incarcerate the body--
we are subjects of laws,
both legislated
and those self imposed:
"Faith" is a double-edged sword--
it may work fine in heaven
but fails miserably when it comes
to politicians.

'True Jihad's a holy war, a hope for 'Better World,'
And not just 'tour de force' that aims to see 'your' flag unfurled,
Not party’s bribe, or prison camp where you incarcerate
Those peaceful souls whose inner dreams don't rise to take your bait.
It’s war because dark dragons live in regions like man's heart,
And if you’d join this battle, then one's soul is where to start.
True Jihad is fake if you'd require that others change,
For ‘Holy War’ can never dream of violence down range.
The only change acceptable is when it is a gift
That others bring in gratitude who hope the world to lift
To newer heights of brotherhood, not seeking selfish gain,
Rejecting any path that forces others through more pain.
True Jihad’s a Holy War whose battleground’s your heart,
Discomfiture’s a sacrament, ‘the horse before the cart!’
Humility lies in your doubts, suggests that you’re on track
Of righteousness! A man who’d be a vintner weeds out slack!
Investors that you’re seeking think to look at more than wine
For those who make best partners share your search for the “True Vine!”

My immortal soul I asked:
" Why have you chosen to incarcerate yourself within the walls of perishable flesh?"
" ...for to witness the thrills of temporarily.." was her surprising reply!
