Turn off the TV
Turn off your TV device
And let us face reality
Can't you see too many
Illusion in this screen
The news are similar to
High blood pressure
The media are not far
From immoralities
And all we watch are
Programmed
I guess I need to see reality
It shows exactly the point
We truly needs
It is not full of illusion
Just like the TV
So if you are of truth
And wish a change
Face the reality and
Turn off the TV
A virtuous woman is so full of love
She's filled with wisdom from heaven above
She keeps herself from the immoralities of life
She gives up a lot making the ultimate sacrifice
She never gets pressured she makes her own mind
When temptation comes she has always declined
She is misunderstood to her family and friends
She's considered an outcast because she won't bend
Though pressured from peers she stands through it all
She is a virtuous woman determined to stand tall.
"Misconception has loan the world into probation"
1)My mother is the same,
So is my father the same:
Tall,shapy and all of that,
Graced with natural arts.
The lazy chick are lazy still,
Insect still on the leaf feed.
The atmosphere looks yet innocently,
And the harmattan beating us mercilessly.
2)Many calls it a new year.
But it's same here, how's it there?
Look!
The politicians are yet crook.
Immoralities still sit on our pitch,
Variant disasters yet are on nature unleashed.
Pompous sickness still lurks in those mansion,
The sun still doubt if he'll perform his actions.
Joy still comes and go,
While sadness in her pride still flow.
3)I saw trump on many trump,
Eating all delicacies like junks.
The rich oppress yet the poor,
And destruction grows yet tall.
The loyal folk will not bid adieu.
And the so called newyear will not change the moon:
(Even if it'll,the moon will fight,
And he'll flee before him in fright.)
"A new baby cannot be a sage",
It's just an old year with a new name.

Wet eyes! while questions follow, the melancholy?
Does it really matters or better said who cares?
The lonely road I go in search of loyalty, give me a home
In Desperation I stood up to be heard, identity i crave
Why the hatred why the ignorance, cannot wipe no-more
Longing to be saved hopeless may i never become
Oh Thee who created man from a thick clot of Blood
Rescue my sinking Soul, free me from immoralities
Tis my dream to heal from emotional pain despite everything
I am a believer, I am Africa world of its own, tied to culture
Beautifully representative of nature, I am Africa
Never take me for granted, stand your ground my child
who are you? own yours.
I am Africa.
Rain falls on the ground. Drizzling water.
Television turned on. Angry rhetoric.
New plans proposed. Armies marching.
Please, please, please,
pray for peace.
Skies black with hate. Lazy yelling.
Fish swim back and forth. Danger unaware.
Tribes gather and they scold. Malicious vibes.
Please, please, please,
pray for peace.
Watching children learn. Violence dominates.
Corporations preach and burn. Insipid parasites.
Grass grows in tones of brown. Dying atmosphere.
Please, please, please,
pray for peace.
Water runs fast and slow. Strangers shouting.
Trees shade and have no leaves. Corporate hello.
Moon rises naked in the sky. Sun is empty zero.
Please, please, please,
pray for peace.
Churches empty as stores open. Religious tolerance.
Dinosaurs gone but more to come. Media harmony.
Up is downwards and down is up. Confusing immoralities.
Please, please, please,
pray for peace.
