Premium Member Jazz Dance

Expressive dance that communicates emotion.
Energetic dance inspired by the jazz sound,
creating a lively, fun and high-energy motion.
Graceful, expressive movements that are profound,
like in lyrical jazz, need hours of practice and devotion.
Evoking emotions to convey and astound.

Premium Member The Forest Calls

The morning sun illuminates my bedroom window causing me to awake
A breathtaking journey through the forest I am soon to partake
Nature has invited to be part of its day
Promising to enlighten me with every step I will take along the way
The morning silence is broken by the birds and the animals welcoming them to there place where they reside
The path ahead is a visual delight of color leaves that seem to enhance my stride
To be alone with my thoughts and having nature as my guide
Tall trees with their branches waving at me in the wind, a true sense of pride
Many walkers with their high-energy dogs, extend smiles and greetings along the way
The beautiful sights and sounds of nature are truly elevating my day
Whenever you can, make the great outdoors and all of its splendor part of your plans
Once you experience the mental clarity and other health benefits it provides you
will truly understand

Premium Member WHOLE EVER BRIGHT LIGHT-

 I come before you whole;
Yet, I am half;
Standing tall in the short of things;
Captured free abundantly;
Every word out of my mouth, is a witness;
In due process;
I am most, a lot above cost, found and not lost;
Whole insight;
High energy I am a light, ever bright:

Premium Member LOUD GRACE-

 the silent embrace
 allowed it was hard
 for me to come aboard
surrounded by the noise I embrace
 the peace
 this within me
high energy cease
 Touch by the low frequencies
but I believe in the leaves
 in the trees
but they cleanse so the atmosphere
that I inhale and exhale
 I am above the rest
I am shiny metal
Inate energy
so now as the noise
that's supposed
 to dissipate
I am encased in The Wonder of

Tina Turner - Woman On Her Own

Standing with defiance,
as a woman on her own.

Like the young Mr. Dylan,
she too was a rolling stone.

Star of the screen and stage,
her moves of sweet suspense.

Known for her high energy,
and musical reverence.

Icons of the era,
call her Queen of Thunderdome,

She got what she wanted,
and made the world her home.

The memory of her,
rolling on the river.

The honor of character,
not a taker but giver.

Now forever on video,
again she'll be all the rage.

For the new generation,
a bright star of the stage.

Father Sun

When the sun rises high, energy and life are vibrant in nigh.
The light shines over all, from the great divine fiery ball
It gives energy to the trees that stand tall
And life of breath in the wind that passes by.

Husband of the moon, father of noon
Beaming high, shining on the birds in the sky
In their flock they fly, singing their songs far from shy.
Over the flowers that bloom, such a pretty sight for the birds delicate tune.

The sun's heat radiates the air
It's the spirit of life, and life does it share
It comes every morning, to show us its care
In this world, nature is the only one that's fair.

Heaven Leads

Starseeds
I confess
We are blessed
The world has secrets
Our Lord reveals it
High energy and frequency
Released within me
Traveled distance
Without resistance
Father reminds
Journey your mind
Recovery
Love is our discovery
Graciousness
Forgiveness
Enlightenment
Paleoenvironment
Preparation
Elevation
God Expressionist
Playfulness over Illusionist
Truth set
Preciously kept
What an honor
God strength and valor
Creator sight
Conquers with light
Appurtenance
Ordinance
Pertinence
Revelance
Tutelage
God law of privilege
The Holy Spirit
Our Lord does give it
Released our light from God
Seen through the fog
Love offer receiving
Through the power of believing

Premium Member I Like Shiny Glitzy Fun-Loving People

I’ve moved thirty-seven times, been employed in four hundred jobs.
People love to hire me; I am enthusiastic, fun-loving, and high-energy.
I do well on job interviews. I am also tenacious and persistent.
They think it’s hilarious that I stalk them; I cannot let my interviews go.

Been a truck driver, waitress, word processor, disc jockey, stockbroker,
teacher, cashier, writer, poet, cartoonist, painter, and I liked them all
Fifteen hundred social media friends, and I probably know half of them.
I like shiny glitzy, fun-loving people. I am a Gemini.

Premium Member Some Poetry Is Crap

Writing poetry makes no sense at all
It springs out of nowhere and travels into nothing ness
Lemons are nines and wildcats are chickens
Metaphoric twists have my stomach in knots
Iambic pentameter makes me want yell
Dammit ‘er!

I fling things onto a page on Monday
That I do not recognize myself on Tuesday
Not sure which personality wrote it
Sometimes it is impeccably bad, and none claim it
Abecedarian is fun for me,
But makes no sense in any way
Still I do it.

Why?
Why not?
I have this high energy waiting to
run, bounce, jump, slap and play.
So I read flowery sonnets, and they give me pause
I have tried to write prissy, Shakespearean but it does not like me.
I don’t even like to read that crap.

Yes, some poetry is crap.
Some of it is marvelous, witty, funny, cheery and gay.
You can take that both ways
I do.
Poetry is something I fling onto a page
Some of my writing I eat for breakfast
and some of it eats me.
It is as simple as that.

Premium Member Flick the Switch

flick that switch in my brain

cheerleader in my head
