Over Heated

Woke on the wrong side —
a restless bed,
skin warm like summer sun,
a stomach twisting softly,
aching with quiet longing.

Trying to taste the day —
flavors fall away,
waiting for evening’s slow light
to open the door again.

Sadness lingers —
a gentle ghost inside,
her voice soft in the silence,
a shadow I hold close.

I reach —
to touch the place
where I feel whole,
hold

At the forth angle trumped up charges bemoan you
Twas a case of of an eagle eating a chic..... cry folly

Heated Hearts

Too much change, everything’s different,
How do we live here in the present?
Hot air rushing in our lungs like a vent,
Contagious fires, bright and fluorescent.

Dry cracked ground like our hearts,
Slowly drifting away, all off the charts,
Icecaps melting with all our hope,
All of humanity holding on by a rope

As the sky cries for us,
A painful topic all

Radiant Blistering Summer Heated Waves-

 Climate summer shifts solstice wind burn sees
Time earliest sunrise and sunset breaths 
 Radiant hot temp blistering heats weaves
 Happens longest days the years solace sheath

  So, twit spring summer and fall autumns draw
  Sun Stilled, standing, or stopped sun shun shines bright
  Plenty full leaves trees multicolor awe

The Pull of Passion

Attracted to his accent and his lean physique,
he followed her home when they met on that street.

Mist the Heated Aire-

Mist the heated air
Spread adrift the clouds up high
Swirling clouds cross casting shadows over grounds

Closing variable of scenic vibes
Questioning the humidity
Wavering atmospheric breathes of freshness

Dews in the grass lightly watered
Fourteen-inch mist above the waters
Ponds, Lakes and streams in front of me, mist the heated air

Ozarks are brutally hot
Heated discussions and disappointment.
August is a potential fireball
Backs are sticking to leather car seats.
Animals escaping from the west arrive daily

Grass is dried brown, our earth parched
Cultivation of garden is a pipe dream

Summer's Hot Burns Up In Heated Sweat-

I walk the heated grounds the sidewalk wales it's boil
summer burns it boils heat
raging is the air heated up to 100 degrees
sweat rolls down my brow
boils burns the summer heat
dripping down my unto my shoulders
ringing wet in sweat you think I've just left the pool
hot as hades
I can't wait until October the month its starts
