everyone strives
only the lucky achieve
the meaning
long since forgotten
what is happiness
how do you know when you feel it
or when you don't
only those who have known sadness
can know happiness
true
truth of the matter
pain is the opposite of bliss
yet
one cannot live without the other
they are opposites
yet the same
in a way
sorrow: happiness
pain: bliss
it is all a loop
a wise one once said
I'm in pursuit of happiness
Happiness that brings realization
Realization for loveliness
Loveliness in all my formation
Happiness is all this sad world needs
Needs to bring enlightenment
Enlightenment that feeds
Feeds the soul's nourishment
Happiness brings with it peace
Peace embraced by everyone
Everyone living with bliss
Bliss shining bright like the sun
The recipe for happiness is simple
Simple to practice as it is free
Free to all the people
People who are willing to be
Be kind and love to smile
smile to anyone, anytime
anytime anywhere smile
smile to bring happiness every time
Let's try to gauge happiness
Happiness-the true life's quest
quest of enjoying life without worry
worry- a very bad caste
Summer touches its end,
the daylight fades out
with the children's happyness
playing in the park.
Sad trees with empty nests,
abandoned by their guests,
in the search of the long days,
to discover new happy trees,
covered with green leaves.
New adventures to find out,
places to conquer
or to come back
to keep feeding
the same candle alive.
September month,
a half way
between light and darkness,
between sun and clouds,
joy and sadness.
Semptember month,
facing big changes
mixed with different feelings.
Ends and beginnings
meet in a cool month,
a good time for new diggings
inside of our own September
being here or there,
being the same
or change.
Out of my window,
I see emptiness.
People throw their lives out
into a bin to be looking for
a big mess to put up with,
where nobody will be searching for.
Out of my window
is nothing to look at,
but bushes with no birds
singing for tomorrow.
Out of my window
I see a new day full of gratitude
and a new day is welcome
to start with nothimg.
Out of my window
we find a new air to breath
and change the wrong mistakes
to open a new window to look at.
A Fools Downfall.

Expectations are often the fools downfall
As nothing is guaranteed in life
We dream of tasty cheesecake
But end up with the crumbs
And don’t always get a slice
.
The happiest people that I have known
Are the poorest
Who have little or no expectation at all
They don’t make the most of what they have
And smile a lot
Because they know the secret of true happiness
Gratitude
And that makes them glad
.
I was a fool with high expectations
That never came to pass
I was in a race for love
And finished last.

You'll always want
What you don't got
Most the things you get
Aint as important
As you thought
Once you get them
Is when they start
Losing value
Got you on the hunt
For something brand new
& it doesnt stop
You could have a fortune
And still be miserable
It's impossible to fill a hole
From outside sources
There's certain things
That are only gained internally
All that Purchasing & searching be
A waste of time
Up Until you learn to be
Content and find your happyness
From you and you alone
The results
Will always be discouraging
& I aint speaking from experience
Personally that sounds like
Allota work to me
I'd propabably need a therapist
When your moneys funny
It's far from being halarious
But there are people out there
That just wouldnt care & s***
They'd be happy
Just sitting there with nothing
Dang I wish I was that well adjusted
You leave me sittin around
With nobody and nothing
For too long,
I'm gonna be putting on
A large production
Going on & on & on waiting for someone
Or something to To interrupt it

adventure, happiness, happy, mother, nature, senses,

Jello first made me happy and to clap hands
It fulfilled my four senses given to take note
And never to forget that tasted sensation! =31 word count
My very first steps to walk made me very happy
And I was happy when I could tell true time
Time became my time as I walked forward on my own! =61 word count
My life was made complete when I learnt to read
It told of many happy life adventures awaiting me
And taught me right from wrong in showing me which way! =91 word count
It was Mother Nature 101 teaching me true happy bliss!

Happyness
What is happiness ? - Is it all those little,
bright crystal – rainbow moments, solidified.
Is it ?, when one is at one with the universe,
at one with the world, one’s own world, ones self.
Is happiness ?, those few or many times in one’s life
when there is no need for spoken or written word.
Is happiness ?, found in others, in another or from within
one’s own heart, one’s own soul, one’s own spirit
that may be brought forth, brought to life by others
as you walk together – for a moment – upon the same path.
Is happiness ?, observed and expressed by the heart,
the inner eye- something the ears may hear, but never see.
Sadness
Sadness, pain, heartache – unlike happiness – need words,
not to express the obvious, but to be a catharsis for the soul.
Lyrics, poetry, prose, setting free, giving wing so they may fly,
may grieve, let go, achieve what we look for, need – HAPPYNESS !
