The suffocating structure of the water
Engulfing my lungs,
My body,my bones.
Shivering with my skin,
I feel as if I'm not alone.
I can hear the waters strong winds growling in my ears,
A roaring sound
Pounding in my head
Yet so quiet...
So quiet, your listening
Your breathing...
My opposite...Air.
Im water, my body flows
My lungs have disappeared,... expired.
Frisson, one last gasp.

A Threat of W A R
So weep, dear world, as
The bear advances.
The bear with his trainer named Putin,
Loved by none, now not even his own.
So end your roar, dear bear!
As Putin thrills to cause disarray,
Loving his terror — that weapon
He’s loosed again, yet again —
On the world’s lesser…
His finger on a trigger,
Making the world tremble…
Against all sense, all reason,
Whipping the bear forward
Out of his rest,
Resisting, but
Still tromping forward, growling
And the world wailing.
Stay struggling, dear world,
To keep the mystery of peace working
Against more than a war to end all wars:
A war in these days, which would become
A war to end our world.

We need nourishment and oxygen or our body dies. My tummy is always telling me he’s hungry by growling at me no matter if I ate or not. Sometimes he is so loud he embarrasses me around people, they'll stop and stare. When is this madness going to ever stop? I don't really eat that much. I eat like a bird. The scales constantly keep lying to me and my clothes keep shrinking in the wash. I’m tired of wearing a girdle to keep my tummy in it just overflows over the top. I want to live a happy life without having to worry what I eat and belly dance.
