A Threat of War

A Threat of W A R

So weep, dear world, as
The bear advances.
The bear with his trainer named Putin,
Loved by none, now not even his own.
So end your roar, dear bear!
As Putin thrills to cause disarray,
Loving his terror — that weapon
He’s loosed again, yet again —
On the world’s lesser…
His finger on a trigger,
Making the world tremble…
Against all sense, all reason,
Whipping the bear forward
Out of his rest,
Resisting, but
Still tromping forward, growling
And the world wailing.

Stay struggling, dear world,
To keep the mystery of peace working
Against more than a war to end all wars:
A war in these days, which would become
A war to end our world.

Yes, that is Putin who enjoys having his flexed muscles being highlighted, tho' presently, it's symbolically saber-rattling, yet sadly, his past with Ukraine is not one for diplomacy but rather daring stealth jabs with Russia walking away with the spoils and a world viciously attacks ... with words. C'est la vie, NOTE, I did a name change from my actual name William to Hilo Poet as I move forward my friend, Aloha!

Truly a dire warning, let us hope the 'mystery of peace' finds a way, I shudder to think of what that bear would inflict~

It could be prophecy revealing itself during these unpredictable times. Armageddon will be with Russia, China and Iran, which the tensions are high. Plus the mandates (you can't work unless you get the mark/vaccine) Our world needs god.

For sure, Sally; another world war would be catastrophic -- but Putin's Russia, and Xi's China could not do it, without the green-light of our own, Marxist evolving administration... -- we are in pickle. Joe. Oh, well said. Great writing!
