Foment Poems

Premium MemberLost In The Moment

Summer sweltered in her summer retreat -
Necking hot and heavy on the back seat.
In the heat of the moment
Summer’s passion did foment -
Lost her cherry in that moment of heat.

Description, Dash

Sun dog, sign.
Belladonna, breaker point, fine wine.
Deign? Design.
Grimace, Guelf, and Ghibelline.

Young? Yes.
Grind gears, golden guess.
Torment?
Foment... Wilt, flower.

Master of Fate!
Fortune, ply pace. Lower the rate.
Petrichor.
Soar, heart within. Love, adore.

Forge? Pore?
Abyss, chasm, gorge.
Ravine.
Stranger, thy mean scene.

Meter? Reader.
Bottle, classic cola, fast cars.
Greeter? Leader.
Out on Mars they counted stars ..

Codex.
Manual, inform.
Quahog.
Quagmire escape, ape.

Tympani, roll.
Backward black, somewhere in time.
Dole? O'er soul?
Cumbersome cucumber, coal.

Storm, reel.
Elysians, feel. Heal.
Night? Sight...
Hurry to do, seal.

Flicker Fine

O boulder, with pitch resin shine!
Flicker fine at night!
Fate and Fortune, thus we dine!
Sign, O line of sight!

Ichor in immortal veins?
Crenellate to hold.
No use waiting for the rains!
Sane and centrefold!

Explain, O my spark-lit brain?
Bone of throne and bane!
Blossom inward! Core and chain!
Melee, meet the main!

Gone and unreturned? We learned.
Oh, what we discerned.
Night of nail and ne'er-do-churned!
How the bodies burned...

Yellow streaks in starry sky?
Panels on the fade.
Foxfire, foment on the fly!
Beckon as ye bade!

Climate of the covenant?
Back the boneyard bright?
Feet of clay, about me plant!
Cant cerebral, kite!

Mortal life, upon the knife?
Who to target, strife?
Circumstances, rhyme or rife?
O Rhine River, fife!

Raw Red

Raw? Depends on what you saw.
Disaster? From jaw.
Who's the master? Real or raw?
Melee, mighty, maw...

Peoples of the ocean blue?
Vehicles to ride?
What exactly do we do?
Heaven and Hell, hide?

Tide of all tomorrows!
I requite you each!
Surcease of our sorrows?
It must be in our reach!

Peaches grow in gardens?
An orchard is the place.
Wolverines dwell deep in dens!
Rage lurks on the face!

Tyrant of the desert storm?
He's been keeping warm?
Hornets, scorpions, on swarm!
Foment, O my form!

Charm around the ruler's neck?
This will keep safe lords?
Sullen summertime, thy speck.
Light of Sin, fill gourds.

Judgement? For a prophet?
By what right, sir, and when?
Now? Well, this is, Tophet.
O dragons, from thy den...

Night Numbered

Night, drape deep in slumber.
O dream, to nightmare turn?
Multitude, legion, number!
Death, dearth to discern...

Rule of law in wasted land?
Show them, when ye stand.
Orderly, cold countermand?
Break before bed, band.

Young fools making with the schtick?
Candle, burn out quick.
Light both ends and nicker. Wick?
Bone within me, pick.

Wound in heart of warrior?
Stray, become the cur.
Dynamite, how to deter?
Blades and chimes a-whir.

Terrible to live? Oh, yes.
Blossom, O my stress.
Torment, foment thy best guess!
Who would be the less?

Ululation, ugly, meld.
Hound, bay in the street.
O for yearlings on the geld!
Bill, pay self with beat.

Fallow field in autumn?
Rickshaw on the move?
Congregation, sing a hymn!
Inspire to improve...

Noctilucent Now

Come to Now, brothers, and how!
Firewood after dark.
Compliments, O sacred cow!
Fling and flicker stark.

Could be, O my sages.
Riddles wrought in rhyme.
Time, bequeath thy ages!
Prime o'er Soul? Sublime.

Tapping on the clipboard?
Fingernail or pen?
Dragon, will ye guard thy hoard?
Fennel, fire, and fen...

Oblique? Carelessness, critique?
Frequency, catch flame!
Will the strong succor the weak?
If they want food, claim.

Catch up on thy sleep? Dig deep.
Cross the boneyard? Creep.
Preparation! Want to weep?
Stack behind the heap!

Present in the moment?
It's better that ye be.
Rebellions to foment?
Sink foemen in the sea.

Wind, rattle the weathervane!
Let the boy explain?
Yes, before we toss in main!
After a spring rain!

Educate for poppies?
Dreamers, why wile away?
Fish for gold or crappies?
O for, some sunny day.

Fright or plight? Best be polite?
Doom and dynamite!
Gods of death, thy dun delight!
Lone in line of sight...

Ill burn you,

To the ground.

Let the vapors gasp in empty airs around you,
And suck into themselves until nothing is left to drip across these acres of empty soil.

I'll tear you from the very skin aching for leave from the sinew drenched upon your bones.

Frequencies of follicles, a fallacy facade.

Faking.

F'd you into the floor.

Foment you in flames until remnants are but memories, blistering in dust particles, hovered in sunbeams, hanging through naked windowpanes, planked perpendicular against wooden floors, never to be seen again until memory chances you in a whim.

Premium Membersharp weapons

As we sailed the fast river of Rhône
the steady sun bleached it a sparkling gold
like the treasures of Caesar’s kingdom

A curtain of fawn-silken tackle, shaded
back the fervidly garish star scatter,
and cooling flower-scented airs tickled
the senses like touching down-soft silk

"zhuang hong zhuang sheng" (Chinese)
“Put on airs’ - Peter and I are Gatsby gilded.
Why not dress - on luminous forenoons?

Pick a heart, any heart and prick it, sharply,
with the sight of a handsome man.
I yet breathless, breathe

What weapon is sharper than libido?

I defend myself, with fashion’s sartorial sparkle.
Frankly, I was hoping for something passively erotic,
you know, foment a false perception - dazzle
with fancy outwork to tip the cosmic balance

Men will witness what they believe

Man O’ Man can’t conquer the mother!

Man O’ Man can’t conquer the mother!
Hitherto, the quoth be gather.

To the havoc, thy avarice, foment;
The virulence is a channel of chastisement.

Man O’ Man can’t conquer the mother!
Hitherto, the quoth be gather.

The virulence is evil of discrete; say vox populi.
Is this matter fit to greet; nay Mehdi.

Man O’ Man can’t conquer the mother!
Hitherto, the quoth be gather.

Ipso facto, there will be a Jenner;
But the limbo, thence, ratifies the beginner.

Man O’ Man can’t conquer the mother!
Hitherto, the quoth be gather.

To My Dear Helen

You began to write the history of your life
With a kind of fear;
I know not why you are so great;
O, Helen, to me, you are so dear.

You're talented, you're esteemed;
How enchanting your fantasy is!
Your voice is always buzzing in my heart,
Just like the honey-seeker bees.

You are fantastic, you are the greatest;
I look upon you as my buddy;
You're as broad-minded as Mount Everest;
You're cleaning my spirit which was muddy.

Whenever I feel frustrated,
Your story stimulates me;
O, pal, I really love you heartily;
In my melancholy moments, you provide me with glee.

You foment me with new vigour,
When my life is a smilax;
You counsel me to practise with great rigour;
You help me reach the climax.

Premium MemberWhat Matters Most

It’s clear what matters most
when time is running out
and death is drawing near;
the stuff that you possess
is sudden not so dear.

It’s clear what matters most
is how you use your words
for there are things to say;
withheld, foment remorse,
and you will rue the day.

It’s clear what matters most:
not time you spent at work,
nor dwelling on the past,
but rather that you cling
to promises that last.

It’s clear what matters most
as you anticipate
your Father and your God:
that you, in wonder, wait,
preparing to be awed.

Body Ails Yet Spirit Soars

Great our blessings throughout life,
Odd thoughts we have about the meaning
Don’t we have sorrow, sometimes strife
Sent us by a perfect being.

Will our faith withstand the moment
Illness sometimes tests us most
Leave to others doubt to foment
Let us simply trust the Host.

Believe in Him, He’s always with us,
Even when the path looks bleak.
Don’t disparage of his goodness
Only because the flesh is weak.

Now look toward long life and recover
Even in stress God’s love discover.

Premium MemberFomented

In field of emotions, a fire-storm has grown,
Seeds of rebellion aflame and wind-borne are sown.
Creating chaotic scenes, burned by spirit's flame,
Fomented fervor, a revolutionary game.

Fomented hearts, with courage compromised are made lame,
Unyielding on purpose, foments have staked their claim.
Anger simmers, rancor seethes, and heart beat wavers
In the cauldron of discord, it quivers quavers.

Fomented minds, with thoughts so tainted, twisted unkind,
Make claims to sublime reason, unravel unwind
They inflame the embers of long stagnant belief,
Awakening the masses asleep, pedaling grief.

The frothy foment foam spewed up into the crowd,
Ignites ferment and loathing in threatening cloud.

Premium MemberThe Moon By Day

Some fireflies lit the way of wishful whim,
the expectations fired diminished vim.
The lack of lucence rendered chances grim.
Design of great foment—I hugely now repent.
The flowers vie with scent—their vibrant colours spent
when light from Sun in lower meadow mean.
The crows at dawn abated soon to preen.
A gibbous Moon in western sky still seen.
Yet rainbows will succeed—the face of Moon must bleed;
the rays absorbed thus freed—its cast expressions knead.
I guess my chance to win your heart is slim.
Tenacious Moon by day espy torment:
From arduous labour I tire and wean
myself by increments in chocking plead!
