The Emille Bell

Still the feel where I can't get to see him lingers
as an Emille bell —
piercing on my mind
like an echo.

Not the song.
Not the fame.
Just the bell.
The distance.
The sound.

It pierces my heart —
not being able to see him near.

Hiding.
Like the bell under the curve.

Rare as a Blood Moon

A raspberry is sweet—
yet seeing you leaves me fresh and sour,
regretting I didn’t find you sooner.

You make me pop when you smile,
like a golden retriever greeting the world
with pure joy.

You make me burst like confetti
the moment you show your heart.

You leave me wordless,
blank as white paper,
whenever you stick out your tongue.

You are rare as a blood moon
when your eyes open wide.

Will these sacred words ever reach you
before I leave this world?
This feeling crushes me gently—
like a raspberry pressed into juice,
slowly draining me,
yet never losing its sweetness..

Magic At First Sight

For what's unearthly
Of its time-stilling
That space twixt both shocks, first sight's
Felt of them mists o'er.

As wispy-dreamy
What by each therein
And as pure, lovely, day, night
Were as such confined;
White tailed butterfly; combined
With luna moth drift;
Thoughts! On just such an impact
The world of Fae swore!

THE FIRST MEETING

The moment I saw her, I began to forget the world,
With her, I started dreaming of promises across lifetimes.
When I saw her for the very first time,
I began imagining a whole new world with her by my side.

She was dressed in the simplest of clothes,
No kohl, no bindi—just a smile adorning her face.
She kept talking, and I kept listening,
Yet somewhere within, I longed to meet her eyes.

I looked at her with all my heart,
As much as these eyes could possibly hold,
But how much can just two eyes ever capture?
Even that felt nowhere near enough for me.
And again, my gaze returned to her,
As if time had paused,
As if everything within me had stilled,
Wanting just a little more time with her—
That thought alone took over my world.

I wanted to live within her,
I wanted to call her mine,
And just then, she smiled—
And I was ready to forget my entire world.

AT FIRST SIGHT

You
And I
Are as one
Always have been
Ever since that night
I first set eyes on you
You entered the room
And suddenly it seemed to me
The room was empty except for us
All the others disappeared from view
And in that moment I just knew
Life would never be the same
I’d thought it was a myth
When they talked about
Love at first sight
Now I know
That it’s
Not

Found Love at First Sight

I was in a café shop, staring, wondering.
Then I saw her outside the display window.
She was extremely beautiful.
She was looking at me, not moving.
I smiled, light like a silver cloud.

For a moment, I was mesmerised.
She seemed in a hurry. I invited her in.
We sipped our drinks, which I ordered.
We spoke about ourselves and about love.

It seemed there was an allurement between us.
Indecision could not resolve our attractions.
There was a dangerous spell between us,
Something we could not easily resolve.
Was there chemistry between us?

Something lingered, I put my hand on hers.
Had we a promise neither of us dared to name?
Then, between stolen yet long glances,
A world waited vast enough to enthral us.
She showed me her train ticket for the next day.
That day, she was mine. I cared not for the next day.

Just us and our love

I just want to look at you—
your blonde hair, poodle-like eyes,
that artistic nose,
and your soft, pouty lips.

You stir my heart like a cyclone,
stealing every thought I try to hold.

I want to hold your hand
and tell you—
I’ve kept this feeling buried deep,
like a hidden capsule in the soil.

I want to carry your burdens,
just to see you smile
a little brighter than before.

I want to pat your head
as you drift to sleep,
the way a mother soothes her child.

I want to trace your forehead,
to ease the worries you hide.

Will you look at me,
just once,
with those gentle poodle eyes?

I’d be happy
just to hold your artistic hands,
where our unspoken love
could finally be understood.

At the end of the world,
let it be just us—
laughing, forgetting,
leaning into each other’s warmth.

Just us,
and our love.

Love at First Sight

I was nervous it’s been a long time since I’ve done this.
We met at a public space, simple,
The building the epitome of modernity.
It was light and clean inside,
Uncluttered, which is why he stood out,
Like a beautiful gem in a sparkly display case.
I looked him over too obviously, my interest unhidden,
Worn on my sleeve.
I approached him slowly,
Sipping in his good looks entirely.
Hoping so much the personality inside
Reflects this outer first impression.
Once we were in near proximity.
Once we were close to each other.
I tentatively, and almost sneakily, stroked him.
So, unusual for this type of first meeting.
Feelings were growing so quickly it surprised me.
Eventually I couldn’t leave without a commitment.
I’ve never experienced
This knee jerk gut punch type of reaction.
I was fully sold and completely all in.
I don’t regret what I know to be true.
It was love at first sight Mr. 2025 Subaru.

The first moment that we met
I couldn't believe my eyes
The woman standing before me
Was a sweet and elegant surprise

Her beauty was beyond amazing
And her smile was so bright
It was at this moment that I knew
I had fallen in love at first sight

Her eyes the pinnacle of vividness
That had utterly captivated me
My eyes were drawn only to her
She was all my eyes could see

I found myself just standing there
In a foreign state of bewilderment
There was not a doubt in my mind
That where she went my heart went

From the moment we began talking
And I asked you your name
I can feel my world changing
I knew life would never be the same

I found what had always been missing
The one piece that completed me
This gift of love God granted
Made life on Earth feel heavenly

How lovely it was to romp on the grass,
How easy it was to make friends with her.
I saw her in a car a comely lass,
But their red car sped on in quite a blur.

How easy it was to make friends with her.
I barked at my master to make him speed.
But their red car sped on in quite a blur.
We both caught up to park, and we were freed.

I barked at my master to make him speed.
I saw her in a car a comely lass,
We both caught up to park, and we were freed.

Love At First Sight

I fell in love at first sight,
Bringing in my world a ray of light.

When the first time I gazed at you,
This was where my whole world lies.

His smile is so pleasant,I thought;
With a smile on my lips that it brought.

Fighting with the world I will love you forever,
Because I promised, we will end up together.

Together in the garden,we will plant a tree,
Sitting underneath it whenever we are free

You give me the love I always crave,
Your love is the thing that made me brave.

Planting the seeds in the soil of Earth,
There will be many flowers that will take birth.

Love at first sight

Love at first sight
I was looking for a love, a love to set me apart
A love that made me feel alive, a love that would forever abide
I searched and searched and searched
And was always out of luck
And he came along
The perfect love
The one who never changes
He was always there, his unconditional love
Waiting for me to hold his hand
And at first sight, I knew it was him
Who would fill my heart to the brim
