Darn
Dentist
Dreadful deed
Damned if you do
Dah! Damned if you don’t
Disturbing drill din daunts
Drat! Delectable doughnuts
Digging deep childhood cavities
Done! Drear disposition diminished
Displaying the dazzling disarming smile

Prevent From Doings Things Bad

Prevent From Doings Things Bad

From doing things bad we should prevent,
Them being sure to obtain God's consent;
Rules  read;
Prayers said,
And now we understand what He meant.

Jim Horn

Barbara Bush ceremony was something else.
Incredible pipe organ.

Wrong Doings of Trump

Wrong Doings of Trump

Trump's wrong doings are vastly accumulating,
And results of each one has been humiliating;
Overhead waded;
Also, self-degraded;
Commit more corruption he is contemplating.

Human Doings

Somebody tell me what the hell happened to Cupid
Everyone everywhere walking around acting stupid

There is no love anymore and the World is full of hate
C'mon people we need to change before it's too late

Politics and Religion all of us take up sides for the fight
Well I've got news, your side, their side, neither is right

It doesn't matter if you’re a terrorist killing or a lawyer suing
Be more than a human being, it's time to be a Human Doing

Delightful Christmas Doings

Kaleidoscopes of color, lights sparkling in the night.
Children excited, stand in awe as they get their first sight.
       All dreaming of Santa and toys and maybe get their first bike.
Parents tired but still anxious to go through town on a hike.

        Back at Maw Maw's we open presents so fine.
So thankful that everyone's safe at this time.
       We pray for our soldiers protecting our line.
"Lord let them come home safe, we ask Thee Savior Divine."

       The midnight comes round, Santa's nigh on his way.
We must go to bed or have havoc to pay.
       For Santa won't come if we're still wide awake.
But mom's still in the kitchen with cookies to bake.

       The morning dawns brightly this fine Christmas day.
And we're up so early, we feel we must play.
       But first says my Maw Maw you know we must read.
About the real meaning of Christmas and Jesus who we need.

A Satchel of Daring Doings

I would like to thank you for your visit.
I have removed these poems for a distant future book publication.
I believe we poets, can make a difference
in this world. We live in the 21st century,
we have tools( technology), we have our past, and imagination.
We just don't have the courage, because
I guess most are afraid to fail, to loose money.
All I have to say is we can't take money with us,
when we die. I also say hasn't mankind failed enough,
and isn't mankind worth the effort, our children is worth the effort..

Thank you, and my your God Bless you
