my doggies need a tandem bike
where one goes, the other hikes
I need to get them bicycle shorts too
One can have green, the other blue
They will ride all around the town and honk.
Be given treats by every honky-tonk.
Returning home at a quarter to six for their duck.
They eat it from the can, Tommy and Huck.
I used to walk here with my dog, Betsy,
I used to walk here with my dog, Bo.
Both have gone up to doggy heaven.
Wonder if they're still making yellow snow.
It's true doggies can tell time
Our guys are on a tight eating schedule
8:00 in the morning and 8:00 at night
But it seems they can tell time
They start growling and woofing at 7:30
As if to say “what are you waiting for?”
So as I say they can tell time
They possess a special gene just like us
Smarty pants eh?
Imagine if dogs wore shoes
That certainly would change our view
Needing four
On the floor
WOW! They would be so confused
DOGGIES ON TV
Our dog Jake attacks dogs on TV
Jumping up and growling as if they were real
What do dogs know
Just love you and so
Allow them this display of aggression they feel
What do you think doggies think of
Besides eating, sleeping, or wearing no gloves
No finger holes of course
Putting them on they must force
But putting on shoes is worse than all else above
The mutt
Followed me home
Determined, unafraid
Wants to fit into our family
Loves us complete and immediately
Lives with us until his old age
Determined, unafraid
Kept forever
Our Dog
Are our canine friends hiding this amazing fact
They are very human-like trapped in a furry wrap
They chuckle under their breath
Preferring to wear a dress
Don't want to blow it, so on the lawn they still crap
I'll never get that back
that thing I had with you
but now puppies
they force a smile
love these little people
how they treat me
they love me and I'm lucky
I laugh, I can't be lost person
