she hung her sari out
on a hilltop clothesline
wisps of colours to the sun
playful lengths of silk
toying with the breeze
flowing swaying dancing
no fanfare no introduction no applause
just the unexpected gift
of an exquisite peaceful moment
of breathtaking beauty
on a sunny april morning

Monocrostic
Sapphyric sunbeams whisper roseate daydreams,
Bioluminescent spectrum serenade neon-lit streams.
a black eyes white bird
chromatic sunset turquoise
rainbow tail and crown
I wear my emotions on my face,
Cry at the snap of your hand,
With seriousness, life I embrace,
A tender touch, I demand,
Kind and gentle with a smile always,
That's what you will see outside,
Inside, I churn and hide my malaise,
You'll never know why I cried,
With straightforward faith to lead me on,
A poem to match my moods,
Looking forward to heaven's new dawn,
Brazenness, my pen exudes.

CHROMATIC ABERRATION
There’s another epidemic
Now infecting many a mind
With a source hap academic
Bending thought made colour blind
Viewpoints Green colour of nature
Must be blest, no reservation
Though they hide a scarlet tincture
Mask a socialist dictation
Black Lives Matter is respected
Cross the world now near and far
With its red heart unsuspected
Though it beats a Marxist bar
Red can only be rejected
When it’s on a MAGA hat
Some may then try to correct it
With a sneer and thrown brickbat
Pink once tint of ladies choosing
Air of tender love and grace
Now viragos, furies, shrews in
Street protest wave in-your-face
So-called ‘Anti-Fascist’ hosts
Indulge in Fascist style attack
Unaware that irony gross
Mocks their choice to dress in black!
Chromatic aberrations shifts
Dismay this old curmudgeon’s eye
Yet his spirits still feel lifts
To see red white and blue flown high
As the mind is tabula rasa
Runs into deep, deep into sleep-abyss
Enchanted by the wave
Unfasten by the speculum
Grip up a dust from nebula
Meridian air touch the hair
Again to prepare for a slumber
Down to the Caucacious mountain
The arrival of souls up there
To create a new lullaby
Mind is still taking an intercourse
With the unconscious
Travelling upper crest to sable abyss
Tears crawls from the corner of sleepy-eye
For pleasure?
For flatness?
Or blend of two side by side?
STROLLING IN THE VIBRANT OF AUTUMN
Strolling down the park, marvelous sight of wonder,
God’s beautiful landscape in kaleidoscope. My heart
in salutation in vibrant color of the leaves. Celestial
spheres, seems to meet the earth and sky, in bright
hues of stunning red, orange, yellow and purplish
nirvana.
Hand in hands, we strolled, emerald green and
gold splashes walkways. Beds of mums in rustic
classic, some view in bright solid chromatic hues.
The kinder breeze, sending the aroma of
thanksgiving feast.
We felt melancholic in the woods, trees dressed
in elegant gold, tears of farewell, to find rest
on cold grave. The sounds of crickets, signals
male calling, a night of dating. Migrated monarch
butterflies, finding a warmer home, to lay eggs.
Squirrels and herbivorous hare, busy digging burrows,
storing food for winter chill. That afternoon walk brings
romance in scented cold air. We tap dance to the tune
of crunchy leaves, stomped, laughed and rolled on the
bed of crisps and colorful leaves.

reflected in a lake
heavenly blues
The colour of Summer is blue;
A sea of bluebells in the wood,
Blue sky, blue sea and blue lake too,
Light breeze, hot sun and all is good.
The colour of Autumn is gold;
A warm glow from the sinking sun,
Shortening days, the year grows old;
Soon frost and fog : Summer is done.
The colour of Winter is grey;
A monochrome landscape. No light.
A dark and drear December day;
Low-lying cloud, continuous night.
The colour of Springtime is green;
New buds on bushes bursting forth.
So restful, calming is this scene,
Nature awakes ! A bright re-birth.

she said that yellow didn't suit
said she was leavin' me to boot
took all her shoes, of most the hues
'n' she left me nothin' but the blues
her lighter smiled hues of amethyst,
she left the blue but took the rest
that purplish-red jus' left my head
'n' she left me nothin' but the blues
her red soo hot, it fired my desire
she took that too, no more to eye her
ain't nothin to do - desire's taboo
she's left me nothin' but the blues
took her magenta in my absentia
I came to empty home to find she
crayoned me a goodbye memoranda
left colored in the goodbye blues
she said that emerald was her thing,
the thing was, she liked the green
took all our jack, 'n' left me slack
she left me nothin' but the blues
now she's gone like fifty shades
hued ghostly remembrance slowly fades
wishin' white was black won't get 'er back
I'm left with nothin' but the blues

========================
Take me, fly me, fire me away,
Make me belong in this blaze of apathy.
Bars of one don't fit my glove,
Beats of two won't give enough.
Refractions strike pounding the pavement,
Now all I see is pains in my statements.
Blue lights learn the darkness,
Black sights scorn the heartless.
The angst on the ground brings displaced water,
Lifted from its homeplace,
Its comfort and its grace.
No base for my centre,
This hole growing greater.
Make me blue, make me red,
And even make me white,
Make me all the colours of the sun that you like.
Pick me up, put me down,
It never was in sight.
Carry on in your soar
Of the skies it was rare,
Never again will this shade
Colour me through the air.
