Why do i miss her
When she isn’t even mine
The time without her
The time to whine

Complaining the winter
Complaining the loss
I miss my sunshine
My day was lost

I worry about her
I pray her name
And hope she comes back
Exactly the same

My time without her
Comes at great cost
I pine my disaster
And bare the cross

She is a shining star
To

Premium MemberMiss Christy Sambristy, a Little Tale

Miss Christy Sambristy had way too much hair!
When you visited, hair was on every couch, and chair.
It stretched all the way outside her blue and red door!
If she tried cutting it, the hair just grew
                   more and

Dear Christy

10 years later, you will read this
I know It’s hard and you hate it
I’m telling you now that
You made it

Everything you are going through
Is happening for a reason
And I see why
You will understand the purpose
God has for you in life

I’m helping people
That have no one to turn to
I’m helping people now

Christy Christafur Cat Tells

Christy Christafur Cat Tells.

Christy Christafur Cat is always telling,
in his meows, about a big monster who
comes in while he is asleep and drinks
all his milk, eats all his food and makes
a dogged like noise before it leaves.

To which Christy Christafur Cat has to bat
an eye, twist an ear, then goes back to sleep.
Only

Christy B

Christy B.
You came into my life in an unusual way.
An X of an X and you just showed up one day.
At first I thought it odd you'd make a journey this far.
You told us how you could reach no one, so you just hopped into your car.
So after your short

Gail's note: Inspired by one of my BFF's, Christy

Twisty Christy can wordsmith a rhyme
Combining meters and thoughts so sublime.
She helps open mental doors.
You find yourself asking for more.
Each poem feels like exquisite wine.

Twisty Christy wears her heart on her sleeve.
Talk to her and

Ms. Christy

Country songstress
Poetic charm,
All I hope for,
Is for no harm,
To come to my Christy,
Mother with love,
Forced to wear,
A tough love-glove

The "GoodNight Moon" mistress
My friend, for sure,
I hope and pray,
Much good fortune
Will be yours forevermore

Christy-I Send You Angels

I send angels to you my dear friend.
To minister you peace and strength within.
To guard you from all of the hurt and pain.
To give you shelter in the midst of the rain.

I send angels to you- you are special you see.
That's why the enemy is attacking thee.
You must pass this test so please stay strong.

For Christy

In times of despair
I kid you not
Love is all you need
Or have you forgot

You dwell on the bad
Wish for what is not real
Blame every one else
For how you feel

No one is perfect
Hearts remains full
It's your mind that needs taming
Or it makes stupid and cruel

For my dearest Christy
Please let your son know
My door is open to

When Christy Gets Misty

When Christy cries,
the birds stop chirping,
When tears flow from her eyes,
the rain stops, for it she is usurping
The very power of nature...
With her deep, deep emotion,
More powerful than the tidal surge
of a seismic excited ocean
Christy and I talk,
through poetry's strong power
be it humorous or dour...
We've both walked the same sad halls
of life and love's many
