An eastern icicle seems to impose
as it's dripping down a church tower bell.
Bitter cold made bell and ice juxtapose,
as frost took its toll, now no one can tell.
No galloping horse and no rebel cry
amidst drifting snows now resting calmly.
Yet not quite so, with kid's natural high,
cast snowballs up, with their spirits jolly.
A target shred reveals a silver bell.
Gone are their folly, just eyes frozen stare.
The front doors open. A priest says, Noel,
to all of the kids who were gathered there.
Merry Christmas all, have fun while you play.
I'll see you at mass for Jesus' birthday.
The nonstop negative news or publicities on Haiti
Hurt tremendously and disturbingly
The relentless or constant bashings of all Haitians
Twinge and twist my heart like cancer patients
On their death beds, who are resigned, hopeless
Penniless, helpless, and spiritless.
Haiti needs a mega break from all the powerful parasites
That are still exploiting our precious resources at countless sites
While concomitantly exploring and impoverishing our peasants
Our innocent siblings who perilously work for crumbs and cents.
It is time that all truths are spoken or be told
It is time that we unearth, unfurl or unfold
All vile plots so the world can witness the premeditated lies.
Papa Noël is a well designed invention in disguise
At Christmas time, the hurts are excruciating
And the misery is objectionable and nauseating.

KISS me under mistletoe.
MISS me not, I'll never go.
MIST you see upon my eye?
LIST the reasons I might cry.
LOST I would be, I might die.
LOSE you - no, I'm first to tell -
LOVE you, this, our first Noel.
Xmas is here tonight
At midnight, what a night!
Let's write a bad poem about Christmas
Before the Midnight Mass
As we offer our best wishes to all on the planet
This is it
Santa Claus is sliding in the chimney
Hurray, hurray!
Papa Noël is coming to town to bring gifts
Garlic, olive oil and onion
To everyone
Stop all types of cheats.
Long live Papa Noël
Who hates to dwell
On negative things
Santa Claus stutters and sings
All the time
And he will never nickel and dime
The poor, the crazy and the pelicans
Except the poor Republicans.
Long Live Santa Claus
Regardless
Of our mess
He has been fair to all of us.
If you like this poem
Please wish your friends and neighbors
A very Merry Christmas and many Happy New Years
To come
Oh! Ho
Ho, Ho!
This is a gaffe
For Baby Jesus: laugh and laugh.

Not everyone
Is having a Merry Christmas
Not everyone
In the masse
Is enjoying a happy one.
Many are attending masses
Many are shopping in the malls
Many are suffering in the hospitals
Many are busy in the classes.
Not everyone
In town
Is having a Holly Jolly Christmas
Not everyone
Has a crown
And a palace.
Many are sad
Many are mad
Many are carrying a cross
Many are sick and lost.
Christmas is about doing our best
Christmas is about working with the rest
Christmas is about Hope and Peace
Christmas is about Love and Feast.

Tinsel charm trees so bright how they shine on Christmas night
white snow falling gently calling, let us claim His light
forward into Christmas we are longing to ignite
as He gentles He potentials, He is power and might
Winter scenes and Noel gleams He is out of sight
this babe of love from up above has come to make it right
Beloved child of God Jul, riding on a mule they arrive tonight
that blessed family made of 3, such is our delight ...
Christ is born in Bethlehem touch his hem and heal thyself
yes he comes to save us all heed the call and share His wealth
lights and candles they do spangle as they roam with stealth
in a stable He is able, child of love and child of health,
Lights and candles how they spangle,
cling us to thy Holy Self...
My Yuletide joy is
To feed poor and hungry ones
Come in from the sleet
The parents humbly thank God
Children sing the song Noel
Noel set me off.
Memories, permutations,
Eating paper.
My mother in her apron.
Dad with the black bin bag
Ready to bin the now useless wrapping
and
I thought.
As I heard my children screaming, snickering and howling downstairs.
What would set them off?
Set them off in their driverless car
Minor technological switches
Urine to wash the British navy's kecks
Half an hour rinse
After I've joined the dead
Thirty years from now.
Noel is in the air, loving Christmas in every instance and circumstance.
Feeling excited about upcoming activities of mirth and merriment.
Silver bells are gently ringing all over the city, and enthusiasm mounts.
My heart leaps as I look into the air seeing the Christmas cherubs….
Now it’s Christmas now its joy,
I just met a guy whose name was Roy.
He said that he likes Christmas,
and then I said- So do I.
As we were talking and we were walking,
there was someone behind a tree, and to us they were stalking.
Well they started to follow us and I will say that was pretty scary,
we started to run, and Roy screamed- Ahhhhhhhhh!!!Katy Perry!
I didn’t understand what was going on, but this French guy stopped and said- Joyëux Noel!
(Merry Christmas)
Mistletoe and Christmas go hand in hand
The mistletoe and its beautiful cherries
Christmas carols and bells, bright stars and pine trees
With light snowfall can create a winter wonderland.
What a spectacle of lights and divine beauty
The whole world celebrates awesomely
The birthday of Jesus Christ born in Africa
What a shock for the entire Diaspora!
Baby Jesus was different, that’s why
From the crèche they wanted to sacrifice and crucify
Him, their goal was to kill Him like a goat
Which they did, but He returned. It’s time to gloat.
The Messiah can be a subject of controversies
Deceptions, propaganda, polemics and inconsistencies
Oh! This is Noël, let’s rejoice and enjoy the feasts
At least and at last in this joyous season, let’s live in peace.

The sky is well-lighted with bright stars
The streets are littered with shiny cars
The motorists are playing Xmas carols
The children are excited ‘cause Mr. Claus
Papa Noel is coming in person tonight
To bring toys to boys who did not fight
This year and gifts to girls and gals
Who have been good all year long
Let's sing along, let's sing this song
Peace to the World, Love to the Universe
Like Nat King Cole; there is no need to rehearse.

O holy night, silent night...
In the bleak midwinter
Do you hear what I hear?
Away in the manger...
The first noel
Joy to the world!
O come all ye faithful...
Deck the halls,
Twelve days of Christmas
December is the coolest month
Or the coldest month in some countries
Bring the toys, bring the candies
Grab a jacket, grab a coat and wear pajamas
At night. Stay away from the labyrinth
Get a Christmas tree to decorate
December is the jolliest month of the year
This is the winter month to go from fête to fête
Ride, ride the carousels
Ring, ring the bells
Beat the drums and blow the trumpets, cheer
Cheer and sing Christmas Carols to celebrate
The birth of Jesus Christ
Let it snow, let it snow
Smile and paint a rainbow
Be happy, be enticed
Have a very merry Christmas
Peace on Earth! Peace alas!
