On The Strip
I have bought in boutiques
on Carnaby street,
stopped in stores galore
on the Champs-Élysées,
shopped 'til I dropped
on Madison Avenue,
and, what's more,
I've been seen to arrive,
fashionably late, on Rodeo Drive,
but one thing I hate,
and doubt I'll see, or there'll ever be,
as there's not much call,
for a linear row of shops downtown,
in a small Möbius strip mall.

Cheers for champs
(Naani Poem).
Seeing life's stuff through,
Cheerings all champs, we are
Surviving, thriving
Thoughts, love for human race.

Starry Little Champs
They illuminate the muse giving it that zeal
Their gleams have a magical feel
Enchanting us with glowing appeal
They are loved by all across the board
Lighting up the imagination, wonderfully adored
Spreading their glows in joyous accord
Awesome little insects generating micro amps
Fireflies flickering, like starry little champs
Lighting up the

Little Champs - Nursery Rhyme
Little champs! Little champs! All we are!
Free from all! Free from all! All we are!
Better not instill your gorgeous dreams
Sweeter are our own valorous dreams
Free from all! Free from all! All we are!
Stop sharing your disputes and debates
Wannabe free from all splits and straits
Free from all! Free from all! All we are!
We aren't outlets for

Life Bown Champs
Sitting here watching the game
You suddenly realize it’s just that—
A game going from goal to goal;
Win or lose, you get to go again.
However, the awareness is this;
Life is a reality taking you from one
Goal to another; but lose or win
You never get to play again.
Now this may seem like wordplay to you
But when you hike,

Come Come To the Restaurant
Around the wet corners of summer
In the alleys of scooter-revving Paris
11 at night
A back light herd of red eyes
Bull-rush Champs-Elysees
Parting for an ambulance
Its siren wobbling like a half-drunk soprano
Sobbing a song
While a man in tuxedo
Is breaking plates on the cobblestone
For our attention to the menu inside
An invitation crushed in a shattered pile
At his heel
“Come come

Red Sox Champs Update
Game 5 starts with a bang, a base hit then home run by Pearce right away
Red Sox are 2 to 0! Go Sox – Yay!
Then the Dodgers come back with a home run on the 1st swing!
Making it 2 to 1, as their fan’s cheers loudly ring
Then a great double play and strike out

The Champs Visit
He walked slowly, taking in the sight and smell of the field.
The memories of games gone by, filled his heart with joy as he recalled his many turns at bat.
Baseball was his first love and he recalled his family cheering him on, in the stands.
His father had put a baseball in his hands as soon

Girl At Champs De Mars
GIRL AT CHAMP DE MARS
Beneath the girds of steel, rising to the sky;
where tourists go to watch the world go by;
the children come to play, and lovers walk
through myriads of life and idle talk,
this is the Champ de Mars where Paris goes
to show that side of life that only Paris shows,
with donkey rides and jugglers

Belgrade On Champs-Elysees
my soul plunged into sadness
and this town becomes my cry
Belgrade in Paris
when I feel its beautiful avenue
singing the hymn to nostalgia
oh land of my youthfulness
my lovely Serbia
