Over a bridge
and past a bright green meadow
appeared a little squidge
an angry monstrous short little fellow
"Come, Come my Sesame Balanja,
Follow me to my CrossjaKanga!"
He jumped and he whelped
screaming such strange things
he motioned, and he dotioned, and he complepleded
"Let us go and sing of kings and rings...
Come, Come my Sesame Balanja,
Follow me to my CrossjaKanga!"
So I went where he motioned
under the bridge and into his cavy fridge
where he said he makes his devotions
and as I tripped on a wire, he smiled a smidge
"Come, Come my Sesame Balanja,
Follow me to my CrossjaKanga!"
Soon I realized I could not get up
over me had fallen a net
and there before me- bones in a pileup
I knew this the end, my gullibility my regret
A quiet nearing voice behind began to windup...
"Come, Come my Sesame Balanja,
Follow me to my CrossjaKanga!"

Itty bitty guinea piggy
How you make me laugh
I'm glad my mommy gave me you
Instead of that giraffe.

My pet, my Cavy, died tonight,
Crippled but beautiful,
He was my delight.
Arnie, my pretty one,
Legs so weak he could never run,
Neck muscle to weak to hold up his head,
And now he is dead.
Shiny, tri-colored coat,
He loved to munch on his rolled oats,
Voice that spoke so I understood,
Gentle he was, and oh, so good.
My Arnie, my pet, died tonight.

Dutchess was my bunny,
Her disposition, oh so sunny,
Her ways and actions-oh so funny,
Oh my! I loved that bunny.
Dutchess!
She came from my son-in-law, a gift,
My pet cavy had died! I needed a lift,
My room became hers-and so did I,
She made me laugh-she made me cry.
Dutchess!
Dutchess made noises-a grunt, a growl,
We became friends, we were great pals,
Her eyes like coal-they are So black,
Her nose always twitching and that's a fact.
Dutchess!
I had to move-she couldn't come!
My Grandson took her, she has a great home,
I love her! I miss her so very much,
But life goes on, I stay in touch with-
Dutchess!
