Thinking Outside Of The Box-buzzwords
The four tall walls
Suffocate me.
I can no longer,
Breathe.
I kick and scream and cry
I need the light
Please, I beg.
Oh, I beg.
Rocking in the corner,
I see the light I so crave
I run and run and run
Never looking back again
Once the light is hitting every part of me
Only then I realized
I'm outside of the box
And the four tall walls collapsed to nothing

God is cheering us 24-7
By reminders from His Word, the Scriptures
Propelling our steps midst varied slogans
Expressing “Just do it,”** or asserting
“Never ever, never ever give up.”***
God is on His throne 24-7
Reigning graciously with omnipotence
Granting eternal life to believers
Transcending the “good life you can afford”****
Sans return of investment’s assurance.

Yes, two arms’ length, six feet apart
to save a life and show some heart.
We can’t let the old covids roam,
So send them to the nursing home!
Hydroxychloriquine? No thanks!
They sell that where you buy fish tanks!
Joe Rogan says, “Ivermectin!”
It’s goat dewormer for the win!
So get two jabs; before it’s through
You’ll likely need a booster too!
Pandemic of the crude unvaxxed;
Mandates will stop this in its tracks!
The blue checks moan their moral fall;
Seems omicron has come for all.

Whatever you bring to the table, your time is well spent.
For 24/7, we listen to various ideas, some have gone viral
Enough, I tell you, to send most of us managers into a funk
Others from the get-go, though well-presented, tend to spiral
Out-of-control, no-brainers ... we are inundated with junk!

Why is it Return On Investments
when one’s only Interest is in Returns,
to achieve my end, when I see lethargy
I tag my team as lacking in Synergy.
In my mad pursuit masked as Goals, I drive my team
In my Vision and Mission statements, what I say beam;
To appear caring, I balm my ego and paint a Big Picture
sheltering in Corporate Social Responsibility, I rapture.
When I don’t make money, I term it Negative Growth
Oh! this is a Roadblock in my Roadmap that I loathe,
At wits end, I hate to see myself in this mess, I press
Out of Box thinking the team must Leverage to progress.
Attack the pain point, I tell my team else you will rot
deep dive meaning show up with results that are sought,
this is the New Norm meaning old rules to stick to
only if Working from or far from Home gives my due.
In my FOMO, I bring every Buzz word to bear
these Low Hanging Fruits are all I can effortlessly share.
