Premium Member Rock eternal ever strong

Jesus builds forever only.' other edifaces fall.'
Those who rage and plot against him
Now falter and call, their odour is of death
They are rotten to the core! lacking true knowledge
They prepare for feast and slaughter.' Yet on them
The eternel blade will fall.'

Premium MemberUnless The LORD Builds The House

We are facing a time is history that we have never been before, election year 2025.
Some may agree and some may not, that's an individual choice.
Negative and positive we face each and every day. Who do you trust, God or man?
As I was studying this morning, this Psalm came to my heart and mind:
                       Psalm 127:1-5 (ESV)
"Unless the Lord builds the house, those who build it labor in vain. Unless the Lord watches over the city, the watchman stays awake in vain. It is in vain that you rise up early and go late to rest, eating the bread of anxious toil; for He gives to His beloved asleep. Behold, children are a heritage from the LORD, the fruit of the womb a reward. Like arrows in the hand of a warrior are the children of one’s youth. Blessed is the man who fills his quiver with them! He shall not be put to shame when he speaks with his enemies in the gate."

BIRD INSIDE OF ME BUILDS NEST AND DANCES

the bird inside of
me wants to just fly be free
O’ God lift me up

to the trees that I
may lit stand sit on branches
build nest while dancing

the bird inside of
me wants to just fly be free
O’ God lift me up

Confronting Obstacles Builds Up the Courage

Confronting obstacles is building up the courage,
don't believe the skeptical coward who pulls back
and says, " It's useless to fight, be smarter than a liar! "
I reflect on this and continue to observe the knowledge
which nurtured the minds of bold knights more than a friar
who wrote down their victorious battles in a parched book
decorated with images that offered readers privilege.

Confronting sorrow is growing in strength,
shedding some tears can release much pain;
the ones we lost cannot be replaced by others,
their uniqueness made them special beings,
and remembering them makes us realize that graves
symbolize death and not accumulated wealth...
and this can change the perspective of a Machiavellian
who maneuvers politics with schemes, not with facts:
even he had to deal with reality and beat his brain!

We came out of our mother's womb,
we saw sunlight and emitted a scream so terrifying
that predicted either suffering or joy;
nobody could foretell riches, poverty, or even tragedy...
only the certainty of being laid in a tomb
adorned by pretty flowers and stars ever-shining!

We can and do cooperatively learn
less painfully from WinWin experience
to think pro-actively like competing climate survivalists.

Yet to fully act like restorative thrivalists
to unlearn WinLose
Business As War Makes War Unusual
eco-political bipolarizing pathological
undomesticated climates
of purging degenerate hate.

Each matriarchal born of democratic WinWin Inside/Outside-learning
Against Hate advocating plutocratic anthro-centric WinLose competitions
not economically health efficient or effective
nor political empowering long-term wealth
nor personal-salvation Winning
nor morally neutral values for pro-life PositivEnergy.

Love builds peace and positives and prosperity and paradise
UnLove purges out the other LoseLose polluting stuff.

Beware the Man Who Builds Towers

Beware the man who builds towers,
Who above us needs to see,
For it's shadows not flowers
That will fall to you and me.

In his cityscape high above
Where ever upward his to climb;
Who'd believe he was thinking of
What is yours and what is mine?

Till looking up I see it's true,
Who is first and who is last
And though it seems all bright and new,
A shadow's all it will cast.

And the Ness Builds

Do you ever feel like you’re about to scream?
For no reason?
Like you have all of this…
           Ness
Just building up inside of you
And if you don’t let it out somehow
You’ll burst.

You know what I’m talking about.
When you feel like you’re made up
Of strained rubber bands
Ready to
Pop.

And if you don’t slowly
Relieve some of the tension
That has your mind
And body
Right on the edge
Then you might just fall off
The ledge.

The ness of life has you
Wanting to run
Ready to destroy
Standing by
And waiting
For God knows what.

I can see in the way
You stare down at the
Nothing
That you know just what I mean.

I can see the scream intensifying
In your eye’s mind.

I can see the ness of life
Captivating the reason
Destroying the decent
And taking over.

I can see you turning into
Me.
And me into you.

The ness builds
And turns us into
Itself.

Friction Builds Up Sense

Magnet transmits strength
                                      Iron bar remains touched

Podunkistan Builds Its Military

Podunkistan Builds Its Military

By Elton Camp

The country is far too poor, of course
To raise and support a military force

Its dictator is determined to have his way
“Do it anyway you can,” is what he’ll say

It’s a poorly trained army that they equip
So on their enemies they are able to slip

Hapless soldier will think he’s been had
But the generals will only say, “Too bad.”

Perhaps with such hardship a man to saddle
He says, “Without Indians chiefs can’t battle.”

And if all the others would simply do the same
So then, “They gave a war, but nobody came.”

Premium MemberValour Builds Temperament

Decisions, decisions
So much to assess,
So many pitfalls, fear is ubiquitous

What if you open the wrong door?
What if you don’t like what you discover?
Then you just deal with the consequences,
if you leave it close, you will always wonder…

So be bold and open that door
it may augment you and build your character
either way, you’re the winner

because you had the valor
to face the unknown
and the backbone, to face your demons…
