Bring on the rain
I want to again
To wash out this burning Haze
I feel it a drift in my nights distance Seas
Pounding a flight through my heart
A Temple of soul
Pulsing tight to the back of my eyes
I think of that little face you know
The wood grain talking to me again
Or that shadowing whispering things
I do not like to know
Walking toward me in silent halls
It says things I don’t want to hear
I just want the pain again…
This brings out the things insane
I want to wash these ruined hands
Of theses peculiar stains
I want to scrub my face my mind
As my void expires
In nights a drift, hues of pure vermilion
I need it again
Bring on the rain
Bring on the insane
Watching it drift in crowded rooms
But I am silent
Alone feeling this pain
again & again
Feels like at home
A coming doom
So bring on the rain!

Tedious, dull, and lacking little interest
Unfortunately, pressed and cracking for the best
Laying a brick then another, just come gather
As there is one more to make it merrier
Not a grand feat breaking the arid barrier
Just a little intelligence to jump the fence
Everything you want today not a boring sense
With a small change to keep the dramatic suspense

A happy circus, life was then;
bring on those dancing bears,
like ones I used to hold with love
while saying nighttime prayers.
Or if bad dreams would wake me up,
bear hugs would calm me down
with confidence that made me feel
secure in my nightgown.

as they skipped in to take their place
on tea-time party chairs.
As I, with a sweet friend, would sit
besides our special one,
and pour some tea, just make-believe;
share bear hugs when all done.
Or just like Goldilocks, we'd play;
bring on those dancing bears.
Enjoy their porridge, chairs, and beds
without foreboding cares.
Wish, like a circus, life could be,
as was when I was small;
when grizzly bears and bear hugs were...
no way, monstrous at all.

At the famous Folies Bergère
all the dancing girls fell sick
No one to entertain the tourists
who wouldn’t get to see high kicks
The manager of the venue
thought so long and very hard
He unchained the dancing bears
that lived in the tiny back yard
They went through their routine
since they’d not performed in years
They were absolutely step perfect
the manager was moved to tears
The polar bear and brown bears
became a massive hit on stage
All the dancing girls got sacked
dancing bears were all the rage!
But the animal rights campaigners
set up petitions on a Facebook group
It was deemed that the act was cruel
and disbanded the dancing bear troop
The high kicking girls were re employed
See them can can the whole night through
The dancing bears are now retired
They’ll end their days in the local zoo

He thought the apocalypse has come
That the world would soon be crumbling
She he found his favorite spot
And frantically started shoveling
Getting ready for whatever comes
Whether it's a disaster or zombies
He will be prepared as ever
He won't go out easy he is ornery
He's been saving ammo for years
And canning and stocking his own food
Stashed away deep in his bunker
For the moment that he had heard the news
It was an outbreak and was airborne
It's time to prepare for the apocalypse
This is what he has been ready for
This scenario his best shot at this
Cause a nuke is harder to survive
Or an asteroid hit on impact
Harder to make it out alive
For humanity to make a come back
But us humans we are stubborn
Oh yes we love our guns
So please give us a reason
To fight back instead of run
So bring it on this apocalypse
He is ready to take his last stand
He refuses to be taken or killed
He will fight with his bare hands

Down from its azure sky,
Sun runs long fingers
over gold fields while sun’s lovers sigh
knowing the affair is ended. Summertime, bye bye.
Bring on October. How cool is its breeze.
Poets sing praises most beautifully
for the bright hues bedazzling trees.
Pumpkins on porches lend festivity
as kids trick-or-treating scurry with glee.
Bring on November. Days now grow cold.
Older now, Autumn is wearing a shawl.
However, before the winter takes hold,
families gather to give thanks for all -
for all God has blessed us with; bring on fall.

The leaves are falling, falling, enriching
cool of fall season. Shades of fiery red,
yellow, gold, emitting light; bewitching
green summer leaves. Wondrous mystical bed
a time of windblown beauty gone and fled.
The past forgotten upon umber boughs
which shudder left disrobed, misbegotten.
A new beginning, a new smile endows
nature's convergence. Up comes the cotton
spun and woven into cloth, not boughten.
Wailing chill of long hours of Halloween.
Scrumptious Thanksgiving aromas, feasting
with loved ones. Time full of gladness between
new birth of a child and birthdays lasting
smiles. Season of rainy days were jesting.

Today the breeze can make me believe
that Summer's heat is now in the past.
From this season we all need a reprieve.
Please bring on Fall at last
as Summer takes her final blast.
Late starting, the Summer made up her mind
to bake us all where we lay.
We await a season more gentle, more kind.
So Summer, please be on your way.
We long for a fresh Autumn day.
To once again sleep with soft blowing breeze
and air not so cruel and dry.
We've waited impatiently for some ease
of the temperatures that climb so high,
while praying for some rain from the sky.
The parched earth burned, as did we all.
Summer fires filled us with fear.
Now above , I hear the geese call,
telling me Autumn is near,
with rains to wash everything clear.
