Bring On the Night

************* On velvet reams of cobalt carpet. I embrace loves' memory portrait. On streets, or in dancing memory, Be thou, forever, in my dreams, plenary. My dreams rarely of my own flawed  greatness. But center on you, god of all my love and preciousness. In whispering, secret shadows doth we in darkness lie. In love with each other and the tender, twirling stars of the sky. Love for you, oh,doth keep my pen moving! Your hair, your eyes, forever my soul be soothing.           12-9-2020
