Abyss Above the Vale

High in the Eyrie, stone cold and stark,
Where stars peer in and walls leave a mark,
The sky is a floor and the wind is a blade,
And the edge is a whisper where brave men fade.

The stone is slanted, the door left wide,
So night may beckon and pride may slide.
Here justice hangs by a falcon’s cry,
In a cell where the floor meets the open sky.

But gaze too long at the void below,
Where clouds swirl soft and shadows grow,
And Nietzsche’s warning starts to sear—
The abyss above begins to leer.

It sees you crumble, stripped and bare,
A soul unstitched by frost and air.
What stares from down may dwell within,
And pull you out with quiet sin.

So watch your thoughts and hold your breath—
For the sky may sentence more than death.
In silence vast and justice thin,
The fall begins not out—but in.

Premium MemberThe Blooming Block

Sitting on the block of the day
Looking into amethyst abyss
No longer seen as hunter or prey
Disenfranchised like blue cold kiss

Watching the animals fight their wars
Knowing some win some lose
Feeling the wrath of attention whores
Singing their hill street blues

On the block of irrelevant images
Whatever the dress of the time
Homeless roaming toward suttle scrimmages
For resources of food courses limited line

Lemon love served in a soul bowl
From churches so big from no taxes
The church like homeless grow
Seem to me there’s no homeless factoring

We can pay for sports arenas sure
And ship athletes around the world
Leaving disenfranchised potential pure
Of the unhoused blue boys green girls

Sitting on my writer’s block
Not pretending to know wisdoms hacks
Really disenchanted with it all
Maybe my pen can bring me back to black

Old Scars

I strip in the solitude of my room.
the mirror reflects secrets that I keep.
All the silent screams of my faint life’s doom,
visible unhealed scars that hurt so deep.

Still I dream of you, naked in silence,
Nosy fingers deepening on my skin.
Scared of your rage when love stays in suspense,
Before your decree I hide with my sin .

Because I know you and how do you think.
It is not your fault life made you like this.
Crying in despair swallowing this ink,
so your eyes don’t see holes in my abyss.

In pain I must gulp the bitterest of drinks:
When flawed looks are heavy the ship of love sinks.

Blue

Everything perfect, something amiss
memories I hold in my heart’s abyss
unsaid, unheard, unfinished
Treasured always, only mine to be cherished.

Laying awake on the bed so warm
Waking up to the azure of the dawn
Scent of pinewood that lingered in the air
Feel of carpet on my feet numb and bare.

Melody of the hymns faraway sung
Aroma of delicacies in the cottage that hung
Nestled in a meadow somewhere uphill,
Sitting cozily in the misty morning chill.

Rowing together to the places unknown
Beads of sweat ,on my forehead shone
In lap of the mountain lay a lake so vast
Wishing that time stops and moments could last.

Faces unknown, yours etched on my mind
Travelled miles, so you i could find.
A rosy picture painted in my head
Found myself in the tryst instead.

Two minds who fell apart as older they grew
Little did i know it was my last time with you.
You were my something old, something new.
something borrowed and something blue.

Premium MemberLittle Blue Butterfly

Why so blue my little butterfly
is it because you cannot fly
have they closed the windows on you
dimmed your pretty shades of blue?

Why do you perch along the ledge
have you lost your nature hedge
Are you waiting for the sun's allege
for it to cause a little open wedge?

Why do they trap you inside like this
and take you away from your magic abyss
Do they not know that your wings are amiss
when they shut the world on you like this?

The Mystery

The mystery

The mystery of life is enduring
what is its purpose?
A couple having sex on grandfather´s sofa
while he is out milking his two cows.
The consequences of this brief union
was far from the couple´s mind.
So, I ask again, what is life´s purpose?
Was there a plan behind it?
Winning the toughed race and be born?
Or was it only a happendash?
Something a spur of the moment encounter
Was the newborn destined to become great?
And leave behind the immensity of the human mind
So, the individual could understand its meaning
“what was it all for, Alfie?”
The devil had a good day bringing forth another loser
doomed to the lowest rung of the ladder
and bring the idiot´s genes further down the abyss.

Blue Hole

Like a blue hole in exquisite caves
There's much beauty to behold in you
Only, your blue is of sadness...
A symbolic hole is the emptiness that exists
However, your soul is a glorious abyss
One that emotes hope, courage, love
One that absorbs radiant sunlight
Warming your blue hole, your heart

Your heart, the center of your being
It beats with gentle kindness
Amidst the blindness and peril of humanity
Blindness that leads to corruption and war
A treacherous world, but hope is not gone
It is not a complete afterthought or notion
Surfacing when least expected....
Emerging at times when really needed...

Hope is still there, your blue hole real
Your blue hole is your amazing heart
Share your joy, spark a flame of triumph
Prove the strength of your blue hole to all
Dive into your bluehole, dive into yourself
Reveal a new you, be true to you
Discover the hidden jewels you failed to release
The treasures that will ultimately make you whole

Premium MemberMorning Darkness

Every morning my heart falls

Where~
Dark dreary souls lay
Swirling in the abyss
Clambering at the walls
With frightful moans
Long spiny toes with razor sharp claws slash about
Half melted faces with their rotting flesh
Screaming souls

I sit in the middle of this,
my morning ritual

Souls of lost love
Adrift in flesh
The scars of my heart fall
Swirling amuck
Souls who lost so much~
Devouring what is left
of my heart

I struggle to escape this pit
It lays within me
So I am trapped
My heart beats
That is all it is
A mechanical device within

Without You

I thought we had a bond that was unbreakable
two hearts that beat as one
shared desires, hopes and dreams
our future together planned
out lives forever entwinned
when you left there was so much empty space
my head full of words unspoken
a heart weakened and broken by sorrow
nights became dark and lonely
days-an existence that held no joy
No longer was I blinded by beauty-
there was none
the world was a strange place
full of people I did not know
And then I saw an escape
from the pain, the lonliness
But, as I looked into the abyss
a bright sun shone and sparkled
on a blue clear sea
golden sand shimmered
children laughed and played-
flying kites in the wind
And, I saw hope
you were gone-the other half of me
but I knew I could go on without you.

Mist Of Blue

Liberal twain souls existence viewed permanently interlocked, in a blissful capacious abyss, whilst a perceived suspension of their statuesque posture gravitates their animation,

As it stretches anybody mental perception or imagination, an angular poise of various exemplary dimensions poses atop the shrouded mists as it accumulates at their feet from the void,

A couple whose enfolded eyes and affectionate extended arms ends inwards, a passionate touch, amidst the raised cushioning cloudy firmaments on one opposing faction,

And of an extravagant home base of our wondrous Earth, and captivating Moon as the other faction, amidst a mystique doorway channels an aura, and conceals them in vaporous worship.

Beyond the lens of understanding

            Transcendent to the haven of

                    Oceans lies the perfect jewel

In the abyss of blue depths

          This gem illuminates in

Perfect roundness

       Of hard pallid ash

                    Glazed with a

                Touch of

     Angels breath

           For its soft glow

                         Of diffused silver swirls

                         A radiant, ambient contrast

As light to the darkest waters

For the treasure seeker to uncover

The epitome sister to the opaque moon

Ocean Circe

Ocean (Circe)

Clearly an abyss,
you paint your lips blue,
adorn yourself in light's zirconium-hue-
masquerading as some golden gem, laden Queen.
Lying in your bed in waiting,
offering the possibility of adventure,
of hidden world's of retreat.
Your magic mesmerizes and flaunts.
Teases with possibilities imagery.
Endless font.
Stories to sell.
Corrupting your fools, licking your taunts upon their feet.
Mermaids minions in seductions reflection so
demure.
Reflecting the sky with their tails.
You are a sourceress,
a prostitute and a street, storefront sign purely forged in a spell.
A true window to your soul and it's keep, that rolls like a dungeon on the back of a Great turtle.
That of a corrupting changeling,
unpurely-changing with every phase shift of swell.
Your great alchemy is fusing illusion with serenity's false sleep.
With your ambitions that run silent, and run deep amongst that subsiding pillow.
Your platform for your maelstrom of sinking- through Azurine- dreams.
Your quicksilver beads above the morpheant sands that flows so easily,
like the lies that lie beyond men's reach.

Dark Thoughts

I spiral down a slippery slope
Entwined as I descend
I’m drowning in a kaleidoscope
As My mind begins to blend

Swallowed as Im consumed
As I sync into the abyss
Left as hollow as a vacuum
Neither extinct yet nor exist

Falling down this internal funnel
All life is drained from inside
Like crawling down an eternal tunnel
But no sight remains to guide

Condemned, I see a rope
I hold it tight but it’s just another chain
I see an end, is it hope
I see a light, it’s not, it’s a train

Would You Still

WOULD YOU STILL?

You call me beautiful
Would you still?
If I unveil my decaying cracks and rotten scars
Would my messy acrid baggages be pleasant to your sight?

You desire to board my sailing Friend-Ship
Would you still?
When waters become shallow and runs low
Would you still?
When the turbulent storms of life puncture and wreck this ship

You are intrigued by my unending muse
Would you still?
If I let you inside the dark maze of my mind and expose my weird idiosyncrasies and
lewd thoughts
Would you still?
When the voices start taunting you

You wish to walk in my shoes
Would you still?
If you see the gory blisters and gashes I get from walking my walk
Would you still?
When my demons torment you into an abyss of nothingness

You are mesmerized by my demure facade
Would you still?
When I erupt like volcano and spew fiery venom
Would you still?
When I unleash the treacherous Chaos raging in me

You say "I love you"
Would you still?
When the chips are down and all my cards have been dealt
Would this love stand the test of time?

Premium MemberFrom Ones Abyss

When one descends from ones abyss
Seeking that light you couldn't reach
You feel your so close to your shadow
Striving for ones freedom outreach

Whilst the fortunate break the surface
So many are pulled back down
Sadly the descent is quicker than before
Where many of us eventually drown
