Bloodiness Poems | Examples

Truth Hurts

Your love for the truth
Awake and arise with eyes,
Wet in a fleet moment’s worth
Open, to see bewildering skies.

A loud sigh cry in you to renew
places where the search begins.
With glimpse of tears that drew
the coldest pondering inklings.

Discerning fear alone in despair
With bleeding hearts crumbling
with the torn war atmosphere
That has lost all means for living.

Truth hurts like the fire of words
Mindful furnace in many parts,
Circumstances changing worlds
Into shadows of unpleasant arts.

In awe, we are drifting far away,
Further from a state of humanity
Down into the bloodiness of decay
Where truthful reality is cold enmity.

Premium Member I Could Not Keep Up

Attempting to revive them
I felt my nostrils fill
With the bloodiness of their deaths

Determined I kept digging
My fingernails full of stench
of her hopelessness and despondency

You are in there! I told her.
I remember you.
But the problem is, she didn’t.

No matter how much muck and grime
I extracted from her beliefs,
I could not keep up.

She was a maestro at
generating self-deprecating
beliefs that kept her dendrite highway full of self-loathing

Crucifixion of Jesus of Sabaoth

By your red scars you crucified the moving stars
By your thorns you crucified the entire world
By your dolour you crucified the world-ruler

Jesus cried loudly “Why have you forsaken me”

Through your bloodiness you destroyed our drunkenness
Through your painfulness you restored all the fullness
Through your blood drainage you became unmixed knowledge

Jesus cried loudly “Why have you forsaken me”

You were nailed on a crucifix to heal the sick
You were nailed on a cross to retrieve what was lost
You were nailed on a tree for all to see

Jesus cried loudly “Why have you forsaken me”

Through elevation you cured the sin of wisdom
Through rising to the blue you caught and killed the brute
Through elevation you went into fruition

Christ at the near end calmly said “It is finished”

Depth

What makes the essences of me
Could it be the cold-bloodiness
Down on the inside of me
What is it that makes you love me
It must be the depth of my intimacy
Yet you thought
You would never be
Captivated by me, but you must
Open your eyes to see
That the depth of a woman
Is needing and being with me

Omnipresent Omnipotence

OMNIPRESENT OMNIPOTENCE
It was the worst tragedy I’d ever care to see
And it happened to me
It was the first tragedy my life would undergo
It was a tragedy worse than a roaring ocean’s undertow

There was blood involved and painful screams
This was torture beyond my malevolent dreams
Many were there to watch the agony displayed
Bloody hands, bloody sheets, and blood that will never fade

That blood is a reminder of the day torture came to call
I can envision the bloodiness and agony of it all
A woman moaning and begging for the pain to end
As for me that day of torture left scars no one could ever mend

“oh please dear God,” the woman pled
“end this torture for another’s body I have bled”
Now this may not have been the worst torture on earth
But for me that omnipresent torture began on the day of my bloody birth
