Insects and mice, beware, beware!
Black-footed big cat is inside that lair
She will gobble you up without a care
I smell her scent in the autumn air
Mice were creeping along with their loot tonight.
One had a satchel of cheese; another’s burden was light.
Is that the grain then? Or the popcorn or what?
A third mouse crept by, carrying a bag on his gut.
Big cat stayed where he was, staring at the three.
He would jump down and grab up one by grubby paw or knee.
The others would scatter, trying to run off and flee.
But Big Cat had been hired by a mean guy named McGee.
McGee would hold onto his fish if he did a bad job.
So Big Cat jumped down into the middle of the rodent mob.
The mice were ready, their friends came out with hammers to attack.
Big Cat decided to quit the job, and he has never been back.
words
The reflex of ego is to go toe to toe with evil
the more mental bloodshed the better...
But ego is a sloppy plodder with ill-conceived plans.
its artwork is far from perfected.
Too often the victory is short lived.
and ego - easily detected.
Evil will always come back around.
The circle is its favorite shape.
Endless nothingness- its favorite sound.
It's better to let the big cat do your dirty work.
it's been tracking down evil since time was an infant.
The big cat is steady-stealthy-methodical-star silent.
Until the final pounce.
A quick bite to its fat neck
will bring evil to the ground.
Since the big cat is undetectable and evil-ignorant...
it won't ever know what bit it.
It will be forever hamstrung and never circle back.
For the big cat karma is a circle slasher...
Do commission her to paint your next revenge.
Big cats in jungles
We heard or seen
Rat knows of cat
But never seen it
In my trap a rat
Thinks me the big cat
The big cat
It was a brilliant day, summer lasted long
in the rustic landscape, I lived, when I saw a cat
in the yellowing grass, no it was not an ordinary cat,
but a cheetah, it had been running after cars not
quite catching any, and now it was tired.
The car had no air condition all windows were open
the cat vanished from view when there was
a commotion in the back, the cheetah had grabbed
my old dog and run away, into the bushes.
I was consoled by the thought my dog had put up a heroic
Fight before the cat ate it.
My neighbour gave me whelp this helped me, dazed
as I was by my grief.
I am the biggest and the strongest of all the wild cats.
No I do not live in Africa. Sheesh! Why would you ask that?
You can find me in Southeast Asia, India too.
My cousins in Siberia would really scare you!
I scratch tree trunks to scare other tigers away.
I roam at night, rarely during the day.
I will travel twelve miles to find my prey.
If I told you my pattern, it would give me away.
I am a meat eater, my colors are pretty.
I swim and climb trees, my blind cubs are bitty.
I will kill another male’s cubs if I mate with their mother.
I hunt buffalo, deer and wild pig with my brother.
I am a Tiger
Your advisory pursues the light
Like a beast that hunts
in the night
Even after he has been fed
This animal won’t stop
unless he’s dead.
The race is fixed
the tackle is set
The bangle tiger will
cause him regret.
