I hold your gift of love with tender hands
and travel the perils of life with you
we'll feel sighs and tears that life demands
when our souls find a sense of love so true
in a glow that welcomes a brighter dawn
to light this realm of our love's sacred ground
when honeyed lips kiss before we've gone
and break the silence with a breathless sound
as lovers, we meet on a wondrous shore
to cross the sea of faith with hearts aglow
on winds that fill our sails forevermore
as we bask neath' the sun where love will grow
we tack upon the sea that time will chart
with a promise, that we will never part
The same memory haunts me
Over and over you take me to A place where I do not want to
Be.
I hear the sound waves against the shore.
I feel , no I know I’ve been There before.
There in a place I do not know,
There in a place where my mind continues to go .
If only I could see it clear,
Yet I only have the sounds it never does appear.
Like a mist it hides from me.
Always calling out inviting me.
The answers so many questions
Are behind that mist,
The answer to what has happened to my life and what I’ve missed.
Friends and family are no longer here ,
What is wanted of me is still unclear.
Dare I cross beyond that mist,
Dare I venture and see what in life I’ve missed,
The sounds of the sea once Again call out to me
This time I will I make my way
Through the mist and see my Destiny
Beyond the sea an enchanted place lies
With fairies, and mermaids, and fireflies,
And other creatures you will rarely see
An enchanted place lies beyond the sea.
I yearn to travel where fantasy reigns
Sunbeams are forever, and it never rains
Exquisite mysteries for me to unravel,
Where fantasy reigns, I yearn to travel.
To places beyond my wildest dreams go
While I am fast asleep, I do not know,
Miracles can happen at the wave of a wand
My wildest dreams go to places beyond.
I shall sing and dance with merry maids
At fairytale parties, we will play charades
While dragons and giants look askance,
With merry maids, I shall sing and dance.

Gone Beyond The Sea
Happy in heaven we soon will be,
Now that we went beyond the sea;
Once grieved;
Am relieved;
I thank God so much for saving me.

Beyond The Sea Line
One day I wish to go past the line where
The sky and the sea meet,
I wish to sail on the water while the
Dramatic breeze blows through my hair
I wish to live my life the way I want and
Be free and happy, with no worries.
Over beyond the sea
My dream lies…
I dream of paradise
Skies of rainbows
Pockets of silver
And golden dust
Raining down from
The sky..
A magic mystical
Sense
Filling my heart
With love..
Over beyond the sea
My dream lies..
With such sweet
Emotion..
I dream of paradise
And the open sea
As its magical misty
Mist..
Entangle me into the
Beautiful sunset..
Over beyond the sea
A song she carries in black locks,
Her treasure brings their ship to dock.
Transparent to the deafened mute,
To eloquent a note to loot.
Set to mesmerize the men,
Fixed upon this maiden gem.
So caught up in her melody,
Forgot a cast beyond the sea.
A drink to her!
Another round!
To satisfy,
A lustful hound.
So beautiful,
A girl so fair;
Like mermaids,
In a water’s lair.
Tonight they’ll empty Davy’s fears,
And bask in heaven’s light and tears.
To smell the lavender and blooms,
A rare treasure sure to lift the gloom.
To drink and sing their past regrets,
tomorrow’s day brings toil and sweat.
For death awaits in lines and sails,
Their true mistress - the sea-bound trails.
Another drink!
And fare thee well…
A tale of wonder,
Sure to tell.
About this night,
Her song will swell -
Above the open sky,
And dwell.
They sailed from Nova Scotia‘s Pier.
The jealous ocean soon brought fear,
As waves as tall as mighty oaks;
Did crash into their fishing boats.
The mast did crack and slam her deck,
The men all struggled soaking wet.
Then voices rose “Farewell to thee,
Our maiden…” then sunk into the sea.
