Best Will Power Poems

Premium Member Determination and Will Power

Whoever said life would be easy was nuts
In spite of the all good times, it still takes guts
Determination and will power
And love stuff by the hour
And a sweetie to help you through all of the ruts

Some days are diamonds

Some days aren't that great

After many many years on this planet Earth

I've discovered attitude makes a huge difference

This WILL be a good day because I WILL it to be

WILLing it CAN make it so

Where there's a WILL, there's a way

An old saying but it still holds true today

We must always look on the bright side of life

Days of sadness are unavoidable

But can be made less formidable by one's attitude

As we age, those things that were so very important

No longer have the same relevance

Our outlook on live is much more relaxed

Much more like 'WHATEVER!”

It's really too bad this feeling can't be achieved

While we're young

To enjoy while we still have many years ahead of us

I guess I should practice what I preach

Because today is not turning out to be a good one

But my WILL and ATTITUDE to survive

WILL see me through

Will Power Resolution

My mountain, will I climb it today?
Will I strive to make it, or just stay
far away?

The powers in my muscles will not count
for this mountain.
Just thoughts in my head, to overcome ,
is at play.

I want to get up there, will it happen today?
Obstacles like harden obsidian, dark and
challenging impede my path.

Try as I may, mind games prevail,
and influence my every thought.
Will I see the next day,
Or die on the way?

Envision, don't deliberate is what I must do.
Find the path that is right , just for you.

Being positive is the only way to climb
my mountain, and make it fade away.

This morning my weekly weigh-in was due
I screamed, surely it just couldn't be true
I tried not to cheat
But oh.. something sweet
Out the window my damned will power flew

Premium Member Endurance, Will Power, Strength

The rain is falling hard outside
The wind is picking up
It's miles until we reach the next point
But we can't even think of giving up

This shelter is so rudimentary
It's only half killing the cold
The moon light above is shining brightly
I think it's time we took a hold

A body count sees that we are missing one
We go and look out at the fields
The fields look like black, uneven tracks
But our comrade may well be out there on his knees

Let's retrace our steps back to the previous point
Let's pretend the sun is out
Let's pretend we're off for a country walk
Let's do it now, right now!

We have to stick to watching backs and following the line
Until we find him we will walk no matter what the tide!
We won't be able to hear ourselves the wind is so strong now
The horizontal rain will hit our faces hard, we must protect our eyes!

100 metres and we do a check, to make sure we're all here
When we find our comrade we may well have to carry him back here

No rest now boys, no food, no drink, try to remember how strong willed you are
The wet cold fields and cruel weather vast will try to bring us to our knees
But this fight against the elements will be true and hard but we will win, we will win.

An injured, lost, soldier is out there now, and we will do this for him.

Premium Member Super Human Will Power

Autumn can be really depressing if you let it
Takes super human will power to smile, I'll admit
But stop for a minute
While eating your spinach
It's certainly not reason for murder to commit

You'Ve Lost Your Desire and Your Will Power

You’ve lost your desire and your will power

Written By Dean Masciarelli

You’ve lost your desire and your will power

And you just don’t want to be here anymore

Because you’ve been living in your darkest hour

And you want everything to end so that it can be over

But listen you’ve got to get yourself back together

Because there is so much more for you to live for

Just let the good Lord lift the weight
of the world off of your shoulders

And I promise you that you will feel a lot better

Because there is still a purpose and a meaning for you to be here

Premium Member The Craving

As a boy Charles fished on the Thames riverside
He had a songbird, a dog, but life took a slide
His father got him a dead-end job in a Scottish town
It became a vortex bringing him down.

He got married young, soon nine kids to feed
His job barely paid; how could he get freed?
He illustrated books, still not enough
If you want to restart, in that situation its tough.

He ordered goods on loan, sold them for the bottle
Urge above reason, opened up full throttle.
He raided his kid's money box, he had little choice
The craving was too strong, it suppressed that moral voice.

One night he drank wood varnish, had no money for a drink
Such crazy self-damage drove him over the brink
Got delirium tremens, for months had to crawl
Doors closed behind him, he entered hell hall.

He ended up confined in a mental home.
Hallucinations crept in, much memory gone,
Was he a victim, or would you call it his sin?
Punished beyond justice, then epilepsy did him in.

For Charle's son Arthur, fate made amends
Arthur made his own path; could back out of dead ends
He created "Sherlock Holmes" a story that still has a hold
He wanted more fame for other books, but there he stuck gold.

Maybe Charles too could have made it, was not sealed for doom
Didn't have to have ethanol carve the letters on his tomb
But the craving is strong, drugs modify the brain
Sheer willpower can't take a man off the runaway train.

WILL POWER

If you do something half-heartedly

The results will turn out the same

If you're not being the best you can be

You have only yourself to blame

Everybody has willpower

Dig deep, I am not wrong

And when you find it hallelujah

Now you can be strong

All you need now is a goal

To reach where you should be

And when you're there, you'll be so glad

That you are now in the 5% minority

This 5% I speak about

Are the people who become a success

They are the ones who had goals

And put their will to the test

They are the ones who never quit

And always did their best

Have a goal, use your willpower

Yes, you have it in you

Be your best and never quit

And you'll be successful too!

YOUR WILLPOWER YOUR CHOICE

It seems the term delinquency,
Tunes into almost any frequency,
The Meter band does vary though,
In societies both high, and low.
For adulthood they haste to make,
A taste of life they wish to take,
A status symbol is their aim,
A marred reputation their only gain!
The shadow seldom leaves its prey,
And with the dawn of every day,
The will to turn o’er a new leaf,
Is intermittent, and so brief.
If strength is found to
Steer away,
And find a forward way,
To keep this evil grip at bay,
There’ll be no need to ever stray,
Can say goodbye to this
Ecstatic evil,
Destroying lives,
Causing chaos, and upheaval!

Fight

Fight
For obstacles are nought,
Lest we accept it is.

Fight
For dreams only become goals
When actions are taken towards its achievement.

Fight
For no man is paid for having a head and hands;
But for putting them to use.

Fight
For no great man ever had it easy;
Whatever we do, shouldn't be done halfway.

Fight
For the greatest glory in living lies not
In never failing, but in rising up after every fall.

Hoping For Change

Notice that it's time to change; change your mind, and frame, battles with your self esteem, and pride matters; because of the wasted time, you the blame, It's a shame all a person need is his, or her mind to change, and the most high above; people rather stay the same, "hoping for change", don't won't to make him, or her mad, because you adore the love; procrastination is bad like satin when it come to change, he found that it wasn't any remorse today; so he died with no voice to say, "I need a change"!

Will Power

Will power will power
In defining moments may build or demolish towers
Monuments and pyramids it really only takes a step
Yes not only that
Sweat drying into crystals
Droplets of effort driven by purpose

Choosing wisely what comes first and foremost
Suddenly shallow is cool
Discarding everything you once used as a tool
Don't you see?
This is deeper than a pool

Blowing racks chasing trends just to call on the parents
Pay as you live and the Rents due date is not up for extending
Living beyond your means
It seems you've been splurging
That's why you lacking
And for your plans you never implement
On the periphery you stay lurking

Its only actions and consistent actions
With due calibration that will change a vision to a reality
Yes you will probably find Prodigy on some
Selfish before you get kind type of flow
The resultant wave drilling through wells
Keeping God's people hydrated
Seek synchrony with your Will power
Forever keep your eyes open till you turn blind oh lord
God forbid

Will power
Will power, in defining moments may build or demolish towers

ProdigySpits I pray whatever I say
finds a place in your head and sits

WILL WHO? WILL POWER!
Recently started a new walking routine
Must stick at it this time so far so good
So fired up this time maybe it's a good sign
Not overdoing it...
Was my down fall last time around
So fired up but quickly before too long
The novelty wore off and it was old news
So how to prevent this happening each time
Will power and determination
Sounds simple enough to me but...
Wait hang on a minute not so fast my friends
I repeat WILL POWER!!!
Okay look at yourself in the mirror
SIDEVIEW!!!
Is it encouraging or are you more depressed
Now let's go back to square one
