Nuptial Vows and Bliss

P-erfect nuptial vows and bliss
A-re approved neath the heaven;
B-ride and groom are one,
L-et their hearts be
O-pen.

&

P-ure nuptial vows and bliss
U-se the words of love;
R-ighteousness they learn
I-s from the Father above.
T-he fifty-third anniversary of their marriage has come;
A-ll through their lives, the couple are not numb.

A-s the children remember them
S-eptember fifth Tuesday;
U-nder the wide blue sky,
N-o cloud has turned gray.
C-ommitted until forever
I-s the partners' promise;
O-ne faith and one trust make
N-uptial vows and bliss.

Shine When It Is Your Time

H-ighly shine when it is your time,
O-pen your mind to success;
P-ure delight will be brought,
E-rasing the blue sadness.

S-hine when it is your time,
A-llow your heart to wait;
N-ever put others down
T-o make yourself great.
O-n Sunday February eleventh, there is mountain to climb;
S-eek the summit of triumph, shine when it is your time.

Ode To Tupac

Flava flav, Run DMC,
Digital Underground.
The early 90's I found hip hop.
I found poetry..
Langston Hughes, led to
Tupac Shakur.
Do you remember "Jada"
and "When ure hero falls"

Flamboyant, charismatic,
scholastic,
a ghetto philosopher..
"Thug Life", "2Pacolipse"
I heard you, I felt your pain,
your struggles...
"All Eyes on me"
and my favorite,
Makaveli...
You inspired me.
many have lost resolve to me,
by your collaboration with Jodeci.
"Me and my Girlfriend"
A masterpiece...

Tupac and Biggie,
friends turned vicious enemies.
Five shots,
an attempted murder plot
brought conflict and
a Bill Boards top ten spot...
interactions with Faith,
enhanced Biggies rage
"West coast, East coast"
beef took center stage....
Yet through all of your controversy
you would shock and amaze.

God has judged you my friend!!
I see you in white, sharp
with a glass of "Thug Passion".
When I meet my fate,
I'll see you with Nas
chillin',
in "Thugs Mansion"

I love you Pac!!

     This poem is dedicated to one of the greatest artists of all time.
    Tupac Shakur will never be forgotten, his message inspired many
before and after his death.... The name Tupac Shakur will always live on..
                June 16th 1971--- September 13, 1996

                            RIP, we miss you Pac!!!

Enjoy my friend!!!!!

Penny Dreadful

Pure girl, the fallen angel does possess
Envelops her, unwanted legacy
No way out, fighting fate is her life's test
Night’s blackest suitors are her destiny
Youth’s betrayed friend, to rescue she risks all

Dark paranormal quest, what will they find?
Redemption or damnation may befall
Endgangered soul is tortured by her mind
A lone bud may emerge in deadly bloom
Down, can she be saved by her fate’s true love?
Foul evil’s power may the world entomb
Unclean beings roil beneath, God soars above
Lost world winds to its dark and baleful end
      --Last fateful choice in strong arms of a friend

Letter To a Poet

Freestyle to Quatrain
**Letter to a Poet**

Langston Hughes inspired me as a young man
with "Daybreak in Alabama".
A plea for racial equality,
his words meant so much to me
and still do!
most times funny and witty,
bringing out humor when times were ****ty!

Tupac Shakur has had a huge impact
in my life!
His message opposite from mine,
from different sides of the track!
I remember the first time I read
"A Rose That Grew From Concrete"
"Jada" and "When Ure Hero Falls"
I remember the conviction,
I felt he was falsely accused!
But controversy never shook
his convictions,
In rap he took refuge!

Can you see the common theme
of what inspired me the most?
An ambitious white boy with a dream
open mic nights from coast to coast.

Lewis Carroll, Emily Dickinson
William Shakespeare and Walt Whitman!
Poems like "Jabberwocky"
and "Oh Captain! My Captain"

I've had inspiration a plenty
from a variety of minds.
I found my muse in my twenties,
guess the stars had aligned!

Although she is not famous
much like myself!
poetically she's a genius
triggering emotions I'd never felt

Collaborations, late night sessions
helped a novice reach a new plateau!
Poetry is my release, my confession!
So my favorite poet is you, Consuelo!!

Pc Generation

With our new PC GENERATION
 Texting seems a total obsession
 Our heads bowed down on tiny screens
 Writing confessions that everyone sees

Letters used to arrive from friends
 Right through my front door
 Now ure lucky to get a text
 It's not the same our world no more

People seem so obsessed
 With that big Cloud in the sky
 We must all look so comical
 Head stuck in WIFI

Seems such a shame
 Advancement has cost so much
 No one has the time
 To stay in proper touch

 Just a word of warning
 Make sure you pay ure bill
 Or you will have no phone
 To text Facebook at your Will

Real

Being real requires you
not to conform to society's lies and
learn about what makes you vibe
and embracing it
Standing firm for the things you love
and taking the negative things and erasing it
Refuse to let it rear it's ugly head
Negativity comes from how you process the nonsense you've been fed
I recognize it's easy to be misled
SO
I encourage you to find the truth in what's been said
and gain knowledge of self
because I just can't help but to moan about
the many who allow themselves to become slaves of misunderstanding
ignorance begets ignorance and it's time for overstanding.

Simply repeating affirmations of well being is a start in achieving what needs to be
addressed...Simply repeating affirmations of well being is a start in achieving what
needs to be addressed.
Meditate on that
Wrap tie your hair ladies show some respect

And in the meantime
haters got gray contacts attached to their pride
denying who they are
accepting that black is a disease and that it's ok to be called a nigg(a)er
I was once considered 2/3 of a person
How does this make sense I just can't fig(a)ure.

Treated like my ancestors before me
didn't slave for this country and that the
blood sweat and tears from their tired foot steps running
Was just a thing! BUT SCREW THAT
I want reparations
AND a formal apology
No matter how mediocre it may seem!
and 40 acres and a mule just not enough for those uprooted
and forced by guns and was seized
Transported like sardines
and thrown overboard for the sharks to eat
The rest brought here to perform dirty deeds

Sold, bought, separated and hung by the noose
of the thought of running away
Illegal for me toeven learn
so I fight for the children of today
By encouraging them not to become modern day slaves
and teaching them to take advantage of a system
where some still deny that black is ok
Reminding them that change takes time
But there's power in numbers
So it's time to
UNITE

Premium Member A Callused View of Human Calluses

Can your calluses callus enough that God’s touch
will not touch a nerve ending (to reach you) if God
wants to kiss you (wants contact?) Yes, there! I’d guess not!
But that does leave unanswered if God would allow
you to ‘unfeel’ that feeling, to unring His knock
up your virginal doors? An unfruitful advent-
ure, a dalliance nipped in the bud, that’s your fame?

But delays to ‘what rhymes,’ might that mean you have crutch
or a leg left to stand on if Judgment’s not odd.
Is God’s Grace hope you’ve ace-in-the-hole (it’s a thought
though you hate to admit it?) You’re drawn to Macau?
There’s a bargaining chip? You have something to hock?
(You think hedging one’s bets is an option?) You’ve hint
there’s an exit (non-death) that’s not God’s to proclaim?

Life has binary options, it’s on, or it’s off.
We can’t choose to be ‘good,’ but we can ‘like’ God’s Grace?
If God’s real, ‘God’s’ not Fraud, but God still could be Fraud,
which might mean grace is fraud too and ‘life’s’ what all get.
Yes, we’re here then we’re not, yet death might be unreal
like some say God’s not there (if He is or He’s not!)
It’s confusing to me, and some think that I’m smart.

Are your calluses assets? I don’t mean to scoff,
but it looks more to me like that’s spiting your face
(you want calluses there?) Feet, hands, fingers seem odd
when feet shoed, and hands gloved still can bless life a bit.
Don’t confuse souls with soles (that would not be genteel!)
There’s no knowledge that lasts, and all feelings will rot
if no God is Creator (whose Love’s breath is Art!)

Jesus Acts of Healing

Jesus’ Acts of Healing

There never were any miraculous healings
Ramifying the existence of a god or heavenly king
Events entering the supernatural or metaphysical, none
Acts which contravened rational thought, not one
There never was an external validation of divinity
Making it motioned and pertinent to humankind
Eclipsing character, personnality and functionality
Negligent of the physical: muscle, nerve and neuron;
That’s what I know for sure and I stand tall upon this call!

At that, I believe Jesus to have been a medical doctor
Never having miracles from god or any quick fixes
Definitely with plant mixes, resuscitation and exercise techniques.

There were plants which helped cure colds and other illnesses
Each one with a different solution and smell
Conversations with the parents that calmed them down;
He gave resuscitation to those thought dead
Never leaving them to die as society would allow;
Ingenious with paralytics he exercised their legs and arms
Quick to therapy them just when they were ready;
Using water, he washed the blind man’s eyes
Eyes dirty because this person had not known the daily wash -
Sure that his work could continue by others efforts.

A Lilit Poem - Hark

HARK
~~~~~
Hark! The world, it cries!
Cries for all of life!
Life without nature can't
exist. A plan, a fact, yes.
No need for man, maybe? No!
I'd go for that, let us all agree!
Agree, no lies, please.
Please let's get this right!
Right, for nature now depends
Yes! Every creature, yes!
And every plant form, all!
All of nature back to perfect norm!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

The Lilit is:
Stanzaic, alternating Raay couplets with Kloang quatrains.
Syllabic, the couplets are 5 syllable lines and the quatrains are L1-L3 7 syllable lines and L4 is a 9 syllable line.
Couplets composed with a chain, linking the lines of the couplet and linking the stanzas.
Rhymed, composed with cross, interlaced and end rhyme.

For more info use the link, however, you will find that the info and the example contradict each other. My shot at it is based on the above criteria. The italics in first 2 stanzas show the rhyming, not an easy form, hopefully, my next attempt will be better, and will follow the format in the example. The link:

Fantazija

V sanjah smehu nisem mogla uiti

Upala sem da bom vecno spala
