Dedicated to Kyle, My Darling Son
Listen Kate, listen dear,
I have a new word for you to learn.
Tell your ears to clear and hear.

When you fight shoes and socks,
Throw them down with your eyes round,
It is like the night I dropped my bags,
Fell on my knees and broke my keys
Because they caught inside the lock.

You thought that I was mad,
But that is not the emotion I had
And mad is not the feeling you got
When you bunched up and threw your socks.

When things will not cooperate,
The word we should choose to use:
	~~	hold steady, get ready,
		The word I now state:
		FRUSTRATE ~~
Once is not enough, so again, my small mate:
A big, new word to be your friend:
	~~ FRUSTRATE ~~

Hey, hey, big word you now say.
Hey, hey, for you I have a clue
For your smart brain to learn and use.
Here we go, one more time is great:
	~~	FRUSTRATE
		FRUS sounds like hush,
		TRATE rhymes with Kate,
		FRUS, hush,
		TRATE, Kate,
		FRUS TRATE,
		Hush Kate ~~

So, when you cannot shut the gate,
Reach a plate, find crayons to create,
When you get six, but wanted eight,
When these things happen to you,

Remember then your new clue:
	~~	Hush Kate,
		Hush Kate,
		FRUS TRATE,
		FRUS TRATE ~~

After that, do not cry, do not yelp,
Just find someone who can give help.

The Paedophile

No one likes me - they put me on a register,
you must be sick they told me, yes you're right;
my mother made an amazing statement - like this:
'There was nothing more exciting than a twelve year old boy.'

Let's digress: all these things happen in the animal kingdom,
we are supposed to be of higher intelligence and morals,
animals have no knowledge of God or human morals,
they have their own codes, territorial and hierarchy.

That being said, humans are animals, behavioural;
we come to another idea - God should nudge us back on track,
he created us, has responsibility, not hide behind 'man-made,'
no wonder his fantastic creation, design, began to fade.

I'm locked away now, I know it's best if I don't get out,
perhaps you can tell me -what was God's plan really all about.

OLD BOB

Tell ya bout old Bob
Long bout O-One he lost his job
Twernt much ova job I fear
Hadn’t been fer many a year
Standin out front a this here super store
Welcoming folk in kind of a real dang bore
Best thing though bout old smiling Bob
Didn’t mind goin ta work
Kinda liked his job
Standin out front through weather foul or fair
Helping even the infirm with lovin care
Ya might say that there super store was Bob’s true home
Cause after hours Bob sat and sat quite alone
Sat in this one-room pad above a whiskey dive
Listenin ta noise all night all kindsa rock and jive
And as nature will Bob got much older then ill
Standin in front a that there store weak-kneed full a
    pain
One day old Bob collapsed couldn’t come back again
He lay on his back atop that whiskey dive
Nary a soul knew old Bob was alive
Ya’d think after years front a that super mart never glum
He’d a wandered round inside found him a chum
“If some help had come he’d have survived” Doc said
This a course too late when they found old Bob dead
Well these things happen in this runaway world
Everybody caught up in their own little whirl
Old Bob it seems uz jist one of the thousands come to a
    sorry end
Done his best made mistakes society don’t bend
Old Bob died fer want of a friend

When You'Re Just a Teen

When you're just a Teen

(Verse 1)
Backpacks, notebooks
Hair done
What a good look(look)
Let's start with my shoe game
It's on point
Can't explain
Peer pressure
Don't crumble or break
Never worrying about what people say
Mind set
To learn
Met this boy
How things turned
Never knew how it felt (felt )
To like somebody else

(Chorus)
When you're just a Teen
It's cool (it's cool)
Got to finish
Stay In school(in school)
It's OK to be liked
But focus don't lose sight
No matter how it may seem
These things happen
When you're just a Teen (teen).

(Verse 2)
Make up
On deck
Cell phone
Ready to text
Don't talk to just anyone
Observe yes
At all times
Know your worth
Is not pennies and dimes
Running out of time on this verse
Didn't have a chance to rehearse

Chorus)
When you're just a Teen
It's cool (it's cool)
Got to finish
Stay In school(in school)
It's OK to be liked
But focus don't lose sight
No matter how it may seem
These things happen
When you're just a Teen (teen

Rock left to right
Right to left
Do your dance
By yourself
Rock left to right
Right to left
Do your dance by yourself

Chorus)
When you're just a Teen
It's cool (it's cool)
Got to finish
Stay In school(in school)
It's OK to be liked
But focus don't lose sight
No matter how it may seem
These things happen
When you're just a Teen (teen)

Repeat until chorus fades

Propaganda Machine

A time when money rules
We can only watch
We dream of what we could have been
While just burning the clock

Don’t take life lightly
It’s never too late
You can have a second chance
Don’t make the mistake

You have your solid job
That doesn’t what makes you tick
You move through your life
Pretending for the next

But you fake the things
that really you should mean
It’s cover for this outside world
Just so you don’t have to face them

You are not forgotten
You’re not left behind
You have the contents
And you make your move

This life is what you make it
Do you want to leave it alone
Don’t run away from it
That’s a journey we all know

Take what you have
Throw all else away
There’s hope for all others
No matter what they say

If one could define evil
I think one thing we can agree
Not performing to your potential
Is killing like a mercenary

The world keeps us in front of the tube
Scared of what might happen
How can we view their ads
If we’re always on the move

The world’s not strong enough
To make these things happen
We don’t have bad luck
It’s the propaganda machine

Don’t let it keep you down
You don’t have to take it
This all cause and affect
So be what your meant to be

The Fisherman's Torment

5am, the alarm goes off
Who knows what today will bring
Im up for the early worm
Competing with the birds that sing
But today is my day
I’m prepared you see
Maggots in the bait box,
A flask full of tea
Cheese rolls I have made
These are for fuel
And my thermal undies,
Protecting my jewels

So its off to the lake
In my head a silent wish
But make no mistake
I’m gonna catch fish!!
With my trusty rod
And favourite float
I arrive at the water
And climb in my boat
I row into the middle
Mist creeping around
The world is so silent
Im hearing no sound

I send out my first cast
Oh this cannot be
I didn’t see that coming
I’m stuck in a tree!
Not to worry, these things happen
And I reel in my line
Not panicked or shaken
I’ll get it right next time
So now I am fishing
Maggot on my hook
My full concentration
Like it say’s in the book

8 hours later,
No fish you will see
A whole pint of maggots
And I’ve drank all my tea
I’m cold and I’m hungry
But how can I go home
With no tales of success
Fingers froze to the bone
This is some kind of torture
Cold hands I now rub
The wife will be laughing
So I’m off down the pub

I think I’ll take up golf

This is a piece about five rocking girls
At seventeen years old they rocked my world
I think I first heard of them in Sounds magazine
Five girls next door whom entered my scene

The cover of their Album just blew me away
These five American girls, music their say
Behind bars they were in delightful pose
At seventeen years old the love in me grows

This I had too purchase can't wait to get home
Needle to vinyl in groove rocking roam
All ten tracks played, time and time again
These "Queens of Noise" these five sure do reign

There was Lita, Cherie and Sandy West
No disrespect I liked Sandy the best
Then there was Jackie, and lastly Joan Jett
Five girls my heroes, rocking their set

Next thing I know they are playing "Live in Japan"
This I must buy, cost, 'I don't give a damn'
The glossy pictures melted my heart
Once again in the groove, the needle did start

Just my luck, the line up didn't last
New members arrived that left me aghast
But these things happen in Rock 'n' Roll
Knowing they existed, rocked my soul

I leave this short write to say my thanks yous
My favourite Sandy West, was too young to lose
To the original band including dear Sandy above
At seventeen years old, boy! was I so in love

There I was an eight year old girl
On an adventurous whirl
We had a thing for hanging
I ended up dangling
With a driver that wanted to hurl

these things happen when dramas befall
I got stuck between the van and the wall
out cold I was lying
driver almost crying
vans were forbidden, for fear of a sprawl

*Naughty me, ended up unconscious
from hanging onto the back of our neighbors’ van,
poor man needed shock treatment, luckily
I lived to tell the tale lol *

Lafyev Pou Lanmo

Come to me, and hurry.
I grow tired of worries.

Come to me,and hurry
I grow tired of pain.

I offer every single good deed under my name to end this game, this life.

To end the misery dancing down my spine.
Punching my walls in the morning, upset that I even woke up, all the time.

I take a good look at life with all three of my eyes and wonder why.

Why can't I be happy? Why can't I be free?
What did I do to have these things happen to me?

Come to me,and hurry.

With Every Ending There Is Always a New Beginning

With every ending there is always a new beginning

Written By Dean Masciarelli

With every ending there is always a new beginning

And old doors will close and new ones will be opened

Just try to remind yourself when these things happen

To embrace each moment as much as you possibly can

And always do your very best to keep an open mind

Because you never know when that final bell will ring

Because there is also a beginning and an ending to everything

And when that final bell rings your time will come to an end

So live each and every day to the fullest while you still can

I Saw My Mother

The other day, I saw my mother sitting in a chair.
She was staring at the TV, but she knew that I was there.
The television was not on; it had been off all day.
I don't know what she thinks when she looks at the set this way.

A quart of milk was on the carpet; all of it was spilled.
I did not see a glass and maybe no glass had been filled.
The edges of the milk were firm. They'd taken time to set.
It didn't seem to interest Mom to clean it up just yet.

She had not glanced my way, so I spoke first. She made it clear
that she'd prefer it if I stayed away, although she called me dear.
She's hostile when she's like this, but she loves me very much.
Still, this was not the time to talk. I said I'd be in touch.

The other day, I saw my mother sitting in a chair.
She looked down at the floor, but seemed to like my presence there.
She rambled on – she always does - then asked me if I wouldn't mind
it if I signed a check for her. It always puts me in a bind
whenever these things happen, but at least we could converse,
and I didn't have to rummage through the contents of her purse.

The other day, I saw my mother sitting in a chair.
She chattered - all that endless monotone, completely unaware
that I was drifting out the door because I needed space.
I’ll return when you have something real I can embrace.

The other day, I saw my mother sitting in a chair.
We watched the TV, and there were good programs on the air.
She likes sports and politics and follows the election.
She doesn't think the country is off in the right direction.
I enjoyed our talk. She has a very good, sharp wit.
I said I'd visit soon, and on my calendar, I marked it.

The other day, I saw my mother sitting in a chair -
not on that date, but I had phoned before I'd driven there.
The phone had not been answered and I knew what had been brewing.
I went anyway so I could see how she was doing.
Now we resume our Maypole dance one way around the pole.
A dance the other way would unwind patterns in her soul.

Rise Along With Me Like the Morning Sun

Rise along with me like the morning sun

At this time
What job I got at my hand
To rouse me like a nymph
Placing the tip of my lips
At the soft ear lobes and breathe hot
While you write love poems
Keeping your hands on your parts
Or make you sink in hate
Like the king Nero did
At the time when Rome was burning
Or keep a piece of stone chips
Under the tongue of this pen
And in front of the mirror practice
To deliver a fiery speech
Under the garb of freedom
And pit the races against each other;
Or make you travel Mongolia
Walk you on the rivers of Amazon
See you the sights of Spain and Andalusia
But I regret to say
This is not the proper time to plan
A honeymoon trip unnecessarily
Nightingales have stopped singing
And robins do not come out from their nest
As a war has been broken out everywhere
Among you
In your house
And among nations
Under the hunger of power and greed
Like mad dogs hounding and pounding
The ferocious creatures in disguise of human beings
The race of is dying
But this is not my job to tell you all
How man woman children are murdered
Raped, kidnapped and mutilated
All these things happen openly
And not unknown to anyone
I have great job this time to tell you
In the form of warning
Before I depart or drop writing
I see a plan, a plot woven out like web
By some evils at the behest of some so called chosen beasts
To enslave the entire race of man;
Now it is up to you
If you want to have a sound seep
Then along with me rise now like the morning sun.

One Love Per Annum

On this day the yellow flowers bloom

The sun still shines after a million years

Our eyes are sparkling and not shedding tears

The world is so bright; there’s no place for gloom

One may ask me why these things happen.

What a lovely year for us it has been!

One year has passed when I heard you say “Yes”

The memory is like a green apple –

Fresh! In my mind I can clearly recall

Our dialogue later leading to bliss.

‘Twas the beginning of my life complete

Together with a girl nicknamed “Entet.”

My love for you is like an interest

You are the rate; I am the principal

After a year I make a withdrawal

For one love per annum – it is the best!

Even your amount remains the same

I will increase mine, so we shall still gain.

Happy anniversary, dear Princess!

The sun still shines; the yellow flowers bloom

For what are they doing that and to whom?

Every mind filled with love must never guess,

For surely the world knows it is our day

For one love per annum, so we must pay.

I hope that our love will be like trees

Evergreen and strong despite drought and storm,

Giving the world fresh air and cozy home,

Lasting not for short but for centuries

My love for you is like the green, green leaves

While there is plant around my love still lives.

To Princess

My Seconds For You

The millisecond you take to read this word this second this poem is my seconds my minutes my life's time for you.

For you
to spend a second
                           a minute
         To know I've written it

The moment
the second you sit in your chair
you're no were else you're here
in the chair. Or wherever you'll say.

The time you spend is the time that's gone
the money you spend and that period you've been on phone
 Typing on the smartphone
The ones around you still there . Watching you- glare ...

Gratitude in the second counts
a moment spent worrying pessimistically with low self esteem .. to scale .. does it really matter?
If you're always you and can't be replaced as the second already gone.. even a yown is a couple people born..
You're only you seconds are yours for fun and knowledge expand..

We're all a single soul
 with ability to give love

You're just like me im like you

What does it all really remark-
a great part of your life?

Right attitude has a rack

My seconds are your seconds if we spend them together
objects around us and people ARE in the same time lapse. Bounce.

 Ones lonely ones in groups
ones in family filled rooms ..
Ones with their lover in the separate room
Ones in the hospital hoping for either survival or death
Ones in the hurricane and ones in the faulty train...
 Yes these things happen but
The perception of moment when not so unfortunate is still worth a coordinate..

Are the moments in your control ... are they worth their weight in gold? Completely insuperable. Unparallelled.
Fled with unrepelled always-giving love?

Hatred is a strong word carrying a ton of steamed coal ..
that's just weighing down
putting down ..
The circumstances of all of us are like they are , a rusk , unfixed task
why should you hate the one in front or in back? Why not just understanding and not try to fight back ..
Just love and care
Not keep that glare
In seconds just with positive flare
Make a pure smile not so rare

It's to your self you need to refer
Making aims clear
Purity in feeling is fair and great.
In these seconds we undertake
